Almost always an issue with drive-thru orders. Either cold food, wrong order, or both. Order fresh fries and they ask you to park and bring out cold, old fries. Nuggets are always cold and rubbery like they've been sitting under a heat lamp too long. The past few months this location has gone downhill. I never complain (look at my other reviews) but someone has to know about the consistent bad service and food here.

Ordered a simple order through drive thru- sausage mc griddle and hashbrown with 2 pies. They had me wait at the front door for 30 minutes to give me the wrong order. I went inside to fix the order. Then checked again and it was still the wrong order. Worst Mc Donald's I've ever been too. Mind you I wasn't rude or anything just trying to get breakfast man.

Ever wonder why employees can work on their phone but cannot prep your order? This is the place. Very rude all the way around.... shocking, as this must reflect management...

I have always loved my sonic but....I am so tired of driving in and finding the drive up window backed up around the store and into the street. You pull into a stall and are told they are only doing the drive up window. And not politely told either. My assumption is that the management treats their employees poorly and dont pay above minimum wage. Therefore not enough personnel to have car hops. You can't order from the app either so I am done....

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Honestly I can’t even began to comprehends the thought process behind running this heap of rubbish. This McDonald’a makes me never want to go through soccoro ever again in my life.

I was driving through the small town of Socorro on a breezy Thursday morning. Coming down form abq not getting anything to eat because I knew there would be a trusty McDonald’s in town. I was shocked when I found out this POS wasn’t open at 7 am. How are you not going to be open?! And of course nothing else in this town is open except a Walmart? All a guy wants is some pancakes and a hash brown but the terrible management at this establishment couldn’t even open up.

Glad for this location however it was for a coffee stop and the coffee was a little on the weak side I believe. Have drank McDonald's coffee for years but I don't know why the difference here. Excellent customer service.

Employees attitudes were terrible. Order taker in drive through clearly hates his job with a passion. They got order wrong and gave a nasty attitude and told us to pull forward and they'll bring it out. Based on everyones attitude there was 100% chance they spit in our food so we just left. Worst McDonald's ever. I love McD sweet tea. Would go in 2 or 3 times a day just for tea, everyday. The first time I got soapy tea, I thought, okay, new person. By the third time, I quit, I'll go home and make my own tea. You can always expect a wait, but 45 minutes! If we could of drove off we would of, but we were stuck. I know how small towns are, you know everybody, but if your conversation is holding up the line that long, there's a problem.

Not the best, not the worst. Gets the job done, but don't order the seasonal items that are advertised because the ladies working the day shift don't know how to make the items. Storytime: Got an Oreo shamrock shake, took 4 of them to figure out how to make it. Even after making it, it was very running like melted ice cream and didn't taste like a milkshake at all (more like whipped cream with a hint of mint and some cookie bits). Overall disappointed but just got to make sure you don't order their milkshakes or mcflurries at all.

Everything we ordered was over done and practically inedible and to top it off the lid on the soda wasn't put on properly and it spilled everywhere in the uhaul. Save yourself the trouble & waste and pick somewhere else.

Went to 2 Sonics in 4 days... not much choice while travelling during a pandemic. I'm not sure which one I'm being asked to rate. They were both in S New Mexico, S AZ. Both were sub par. One was out of lids for 3 sizes of cups and 2 actual cup sizes. One did not let us use the Sonic app to order ahead. One only had the drive thru and 3 drive in slots open- next to each other. How this keeps us safer I haven't a clue. I generally like Sonic and I'm glad our local one is managed better.

Well let's just say the drinks good. Until we ate a greasy crumbled up onion rings. The food for at least 3 times now was gross. Will never eat there or recommend to any one.

Sonic usually is fast on drive through, I don't mind the wait ad long ad my order is correct. Except today they totally didn't get my order correct. Asked for 3chili cheese tots medium I got 3cheese tots small. Very disappointed. He even said my order back. Next time I'm not leaving till I check that everything is correct. Other than that, I love the specialty drinks you can make. All of it is great!!

Waited over 20 minutes for a cold burger and fries around 2:30. The parking stalls were barely having 6-7 cars in them. Usually I’d wait for Sonic not to have to eat McD, but this wait was ridiculous, especially when wanting to get back on the interstate. Carhop at least did apologize but nevertheless not that cool..

Held door for manager and she did not acknowledge me nor say “thank you.” Food was worse, ordered two burgers and a McChicken and it was as if the crew sat on the sandwiches. Fries were cold. No one else was in the store and drive thru was empty. Hard to go out to eat during a pandemic with a manager of this caliber and poor food quality. I won’t be returning and feel sorry for those who live in Socorro and have to deal with this type of customer service and food quality.

Your average McDonalds location. Nothing overly different at this one, service was average, and order was accurate. The location however is a needed one with not much else around. Socorro has a limited selection of places to eat, especially fast food wise, and the location was a welcome stop after cutting across the open country between Ruidoso and San Antonio, since its located just off the highway.

Food is good IF they get your order correct. Sometimes if there is a lot of traffic, the employees seem to get really overwhelmed. I remember a time when I had to get back in line because I was missing some nuggets and one of the employees just scoffed and was just overall rude. My husband and I like to eat here, but lately the service seems to have gone downhill.

Oh my goodness. EVERY time we go we are forced to park in front of the store with at least 1 other car. What's the issue of handing me my food at the window. You don't need a 15 second turnaround. I was gonna order a $5 20 piece chicken nugget that was being advertised on my McD app. When I tried it said 20 pieces where unavailable. However they had other sizes available for a higher cost??? Couldn't they just put 2 10 orders together to make a 20 piece 😆 just saying. BTW none of the kiosks worked. The staff was very nice I must say.

Ordered two mobile orders. Got one and was sent to the drive thru parking. We waited TEN MINUTES before someone came out and asked what our order was. We waited another FIVE minutes and they never returned. So I went inside and they NEVER EVEN STARTED IT. I got the excuse that they already gave it out, even though they never once came to the drive thru parking spots. The lady next to me in the drive thru parking never received her food either and had to go inside as well. When she was handed her food, they forgot one of her burgers. I eat at McDonald’s pretty often when I have to drive long distances, and this proved to be the most incompetent McDonald’s I have ever visited.

My spouse and I visit this MacDonald's franchise on the reg. Not to purchase food though, to watch the elegance and gracefulness of the staff. We bring score cards and usually sit for an hour or so after our shift at the Burger King in Las Vegas (New Mexico that is! Go Raiders tho!). We'd much rather work here, however, at this Taj Mahal of an establishment. Oh how the staff members pirouette through the kitchen, bundles of fries or nuggets or burgers held gingerly in their well lotion-ed hands. We love the smell of the friers, the sound of the bathroom being cleaned, music pure unimpeachable sonic wodner! Bach and Beethoven could never. Maybe Kid Rock could though, considering his recent statements. The foods pretty good too, our daughter gets a kid's meal usually, tho she never seems to like the toys she gets. We've been stopping in for a few years now and I have never once seen the ice cream machine function properly. Mystery mystery mystery!

The line for the drive-through was long, so I went inside, but there was no one inside. I got my food super fast. The fries were fresh, and my girls loved their double cheese burgers. My big Mac was awesome.

I gave them a middle of the road. Sometimes their employees can be down right rude, but then you get those employees that are pleasant and get your order correct. Sometimes food is good other times over cooked, under cooked just bad. Frozen drinks are great and priced reasonably.

Not very friendly here and almost always screw up the order. Many times the meat has even raw. Half the time their fountain machine is broken or the ice cream too. Also really expensive.

Even though it's on every table, and the self order/pay station says that they will bring your order to you, the employee there came to check our table number and tell us that our food was ready. She walked all the way to our table, so why didn't she bring the tray? We saw the same employee take trays to several other tables while we were there. Why were we discriminated ?

They wrecked the Crispy chicken sandwich. The big Mac has no taste. The fries are flavorless. How can corporations so screw up their products and have so little respect for their customers? We have been going to McDonald's for 60 years. No more. Note they haven't totally screwed up breakfast yet, but the Egg McMuffin sure has shrunk.

I really don't like the sterile feel of many new/renovated Mickey-Ds. 6 or so standing touch, order screens and a nearly camouflaged register, that if you patiently stand in front of, an employee will come and take your order. The kitchen is hidden from view and you'll think the place is un-tended but for the customers - except for a single employee coming out with a tray of food.

Hey it's McDonald's, it's only as good as the people working there, food was good, was still hot, and they seemed to be taking care of business, took a star off because I had to wait quite awhile, which I don't mind, because I understand that they get busy certain times of the day, but 3 people who ordered after me got their orders before me and their orders were bigger than mine, I ordered a hamburger and small fries, nothing else, so yeah, I didn't understand the 20 minute wait.

It's a bad McDonalds, not much more to say. I'm not really lovin' it. Also employees usually seem dead inside all the time, if I had to guess maybe just a bad manager or somethin. They also don't offer any good deals, or cheap menu items either. Don't expect promotional menu items to ever show up either.

This review is based on cleanliness . We decided to co.e here because we figured McDonald's typically has clean restrooms. Well, this was definitely not the case. Bathroom was filthy! Trash everywhere.... the floors were disgusting . To think this is one of the renovated McDonald's ans it looks like this. So sad! Not a resident in the area... just passing by .
