Honestly I think customer service can improve. I walk in and ask for help with certain items and some, not all the employees I encountered here seem bothered when I ask. Im always super polite but some seem miserable being there and not very happy to help you. Maybe I'm being picky but maybe someone that goes often agrees that some of the employees are a little slow and unhappy with what their doing.

It's convenient because it's close to the house and not busy, but they don't have a ton of selection and often run out of what they do carry. The staff isn't the most helpful. They're not rude, but if you look lost, like I did, they don't bother stopping their conversation to ask if you need help. Maybe I'm being too picky.

I've loved Pet's Barn for years but the customer service is sad. I know it may just be a job for some people but it can make or break someone's day. Very monotoned and unhappy was my cashier. Just walking by me not even just a greeting or asking if I need help with anything. Something needs to change honestly. I'll still be a customer but at a different location.

Went in there looking for hamster accessories and possibly an addition to my hamsters home. They didn't really have a wide variety of stuff. However the staff there was very friendly and helpful.

They sell good quality products. They have a great variety of dog food and other products you wont normally find at a regular supermarket. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable as well. Another visit and it was great! Employees were friendly asking to see if we needed help. They have a special on dog biscuits of different varieties which is great too.

They are able to pick up anything that you need for your pet. One of our Frenchies is allergic to corn meal which is found in a lot of dog food hut they helped us find the right food to help the little guy out. And the fact that some of there treats are grain free is amazing too. Would highly recommend if you treat your animals like children

Best place for dog food by far!!! My four dogs have never had better check ups from the vet and the food is all that we have changed!! We do the grain free with the supplements!!

close to home and more convenient than standing in line at walmart but prices are high. They make up for it with good customer service

I got a puppy which they didn't mind me bringing into the store. The person working was helpful, patient, and nice. As far as I know the prices at least on the food are fair especially on the brand made nearby. I bought two bags and got one free. My puppy loves the chicken one. I have two more flavors for him to try and if he doesn't like any of the flavors they said I can bring it back and exchange it. Also had to get cat litter and I believe I got a 60lb bag for under $7. Thanks for being a wonderful experience.

Iff i didnt have dogsnid never go but its intresting to see a yung girl lift up 50 lbs.baggs of dog food as iff its a 10 lbs. Hokeingly: i call her strong girl no type of punn intened.nore any diss- respect: just clean word play👍allright.✌peace taljing words. & or talk thats all.😇
