    Was seen by two employees and was not approached or much less greeted at the counter. I had to call the walmart from my cell to get someone to make the keys I needed. Terrible service.

    Customer Service personnel need some serious training in Phone Etiquette and CUSTOMER Service! I called to ask if I could exchange a faulty propane tank, purchased there, with another propane tank! My call was disconnected 3 times, so on the 4th call I asked for the Store Manager, and again my call was disconnected!?!? This Walmart can kiss my A$$, I'll shop where I know my money and business is appreciated!!!

    This review specifically pertains to the customer service as a whole. Yesterday, my two children and I were shopping at Walmart. My 6 month old was in his carseat in the basket and my 20 month old was in the seat in the cart. I knew that my bagged groceries would not fit in my cart after checking out. It was approximately 11AM on a Monday - not exactly a busy Saturday. When I arrived at my self checkout station, I asked the young man working the area if he could radio for help so that I could receive assistance with taking a second cart out. This happened before I even started scanning a single item. For 20+ minutes, I waited for someone to come and help me. Both of my children were tired and hungry. My baby was crying and I was growing more and more impatient. The employee who was in the area, Sam, was trying desperately to get someone - anyone- to assist me out or even cover for him at the self checkout so that he could assist me out. At one point, he even asked the manager who was working around the area for help. I waited another 5 minutes and then thanked Sam for his help and told him I would manage my, now, TWO CARTS on my own. No employee that I passed even acknowledged that I was struggling. Thankfully, a kind woman who was walking in to do her own shopping offered me assistance with my second cart. I'm more than just a little disappointed with Walmart. As soon as a grocery store in the area that can compete with Walmart opens, I will exclusively go there when I am short on time. When I have the time, I will drive out of my way to avoid shopping at this Walmart. Ridiculous!

    Why do u only have 1 cashier open and all self checkouts open. If you gonna have me scan my own stuff pay me.

    Terrible customer service. Attempted to pay with a gift card, Walmart representative stated that the gift card was not valid. After talking to representative on the phone, they stated that it was in fact, active and valid, proceeded to try and pay for my purchases, however their system stated that the gift card is only valid online. I had the physical gift card in my hand. How is it online only? I would understand if the gift card was sent via email or via the app. Their representatives did not know why this might have been.

    I'm sure it a cool store....I was just having a bad day with the jewelry department. They wouldn't resize my ring so I just took it to another Walmart and all is good. 😎

    I mean really! What can you not find at Walmart! This store I love. It has everything! You just gotta find it. Most employees are helpful, but there are some employees that don't seem to concerned with much of anything. All in all its a well-supplied store. CLEAN, LOTS OF OPTIONS, I go there and want one of everything and sometimes two!

    We were just passing thru the area and had some light shopping to do. This was probably the cleanest, most well stocked Walmart that I have ever been in! The staff was very pleasant & helpful. This is a Walmart that is getting it right! We were very impressed. 🙂

    I went to Wal mart on Wednesday 6/14 to but a dozen of roses, but the whole section of flowers was empty. I asked a manger and he did apologize. We end up going to Vista. So, a couple of days later I wanted to print some photos for Father’s Day and to my surprise the printer wasn’t working. A girl from electronic called me and told me that I could go in the store and use the instant kiosk. When I get there those weren’t working either. We made two trips to Wal mart and left with no pictures, end up going to Wal greens. Not sure why I kept choosing Wal mart as my 1st choice.

    I made an online order for pick up, and when I went to go get it, the order wasn’t ready. I spoke to three people asking where my order was and they kept telling me that they were going to bring it out shortly. 50 minutes later, the manager finally walked out And told me they lost my order and gave me attitude. Ridiculous.

    When I needed assistance in the register manager Valentina came to "help" by saying say "what?" She is very unprofessional and ruined my trip to Walmart I'm very upset by the whole situation she looked liked she was overwhelmed and not helpful at all she should be pushing cars outside instead

    Don't mind the shopping. But the check out? A friggin nightmare. No control.long lines people using 100 coupons . I had 4 things. And don't tell me about 20 items or less.that line is a joke

    Great store. Usually always has want I need. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because sometimes people are idiots and drive down the wrong way in the parking lot or dont wait for you to get out before they try to take your spot.

    Everything is all good as expected from a super center. One thing though, the chicken,beef,and pork sections are the smallest limited selections ever for a Wal-Mart.

    Ms. Delia in the vision center was super friendly and helpful. I went in to get new glasses and she was prompt about getting things done. Overall experience was great and I left happy.

    Went to the Walmart on Horizon Blvd. Horizon, Tx yesterday (7/17) evening (5pm) and parked by the automotive department. I shopped and gathered my items to purchase and went to the checkout area also there in the automotive area. I waited to see if any employee was around. I asked the young lady employee monitoring the exit door if there was a cashier and she advised me that there was a button I could press and someone would come. I waited approximately 5 minutes looking back at the young lady employee who was busy on her phone. I repeatedly pushed the button for someone to help me with no response whatsoever. At this point I called the Horizon Walmart via phone and asked the operator to connect me to a manager. A few moments later another female employee walked around the checkout area where I and three other customers were waiting. She never acknowledged us and walked away back where she came from. Soon after a man came to the checkout area and asked me if I needed help. I asked if he was a manager and he said that he was Jessie a store manager. I explained to him all that had happened and how by this time I had waited about 10 minutes to be helped. A young man employee at this time came by and said that he was on his break and how he needed his break just like I would. Jessie scanned my items and apologized for the wait. I explained to him that if a checkout was not going to be open there should be a sign. Also managers need to monitor their employees and that a customers does not need to hear the complaint from an employee as to how they deserve their break. Hope this review helps the Walmart managers and employees pay more attention to customer service.

    I want say Delia in the vision center was quite helpful throughout the entire process of getting glasses for my son and was extremely helpful with the usage of insurance to aid with our budget.

    This Walmart is very pale but it has everything you need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My recommendation is to build a new Walmart in this area because is the only one in Socorro and Horizon.

    The team at this location continues to shine as one of the most professional Wal-Mart stores in the entire borderland region. Jesse Luna and the-well-oiled-machine of his team make what could be a tricky situation, a smooth sailing experience. We will continue to bring our business to this Walmart!

    Helpful employees but, I deal with price errors constantly. I always have to call someone to correct the price in self checkout. Someone has to double check if prices are correct. Photo included, while humorous, shows how bad most of the store is. Multi BILLION dollar company, and the shopping carts are in atrocious condition. Sure let's update the store but not touch the carts. Embarrassing. Obvious illegal price gouging going on too.

    Very clean store. Seems to have a huge variety of pretty much anything. This walmart out of all the locations In El Paso seems to be the cleanest and seems to be the only walmart that has it all together.

    Always enjoy shopping here, but was very disappointed that they tried to limit my purchase of bottled water to two 24 packs. After a discussion with Manager I was able to purchase a third pack. There's no water shortage so I was confused by the stores actions. All is good now. I will make my next purchase before I get so low on water.

    I love their grocery pickup...so easy and the staff are very friendly. In store shopping isn't bad either. Depending on its popularity an item will be sold out occasionally but no complaints all around.

    If you're not familiar with Walmart, it's much like McDonald's in that you know what to expect before going in. This store was typical of most stores I have been to. Being from out of state, I found myself comfortable and satisfied in this store. Good prices, and variety- clean, adequate parking.

    What's to say about Wally-world? It's WalMart. The store is one of the newer ones in the county. It's generally very clean. The produce bags always seem to be in short supply (most are empty whenever I go in). The garden center is kind of hit-or-miss. Sometimes very well stocked and sometimes bare displays. Grocery selection is pretty standard. It's often crowded in the mid/late afternoon, but not in the mornings, at least on weekdays. Not my first choice for a lot of stuff, but it's conveniently located.

    I liked how spacious it was, and how many more options I have buying my hair products there, than at my local Walmart location. There's lots of good clothes on clearance and I always come here if I wanna try a candy I've never eaten before, since they always get new brands stocked

    Went in to return 2 items today, normally my shopping experience is very pleasant as I do shop there at least 4 times a week but today "Cynthia" (member service desk) was quite rude. I work for Sam's Club (32 yrs) I personally do not treat my members this way! I'm just hopeing she was having an OFF day.

    Very friendly staff. Shelves are well stocked. Checkout is very smooth with new self service registers. I shop here often and would recommend to new families in this neighborhood.

    I think we found the Walmart where we can find all that we need, without having to do rounds to other locations. But could be better if there was at least a Walmart neighborhood market, closer to the Amazon DC, because there isn't a direct connection to the Horizon Ave. That area NEEDS a large cheap Grocery Store (NO Whole paycheck, I mean Foods)

    I used to like Walmart, everyone was friendly I had people that I actually knew who I would hang out with and chat to so I give it at three just out of nostalgia. One they moved everything around two they have self checkouts not only are they impractical they’re extremely frustrating if you have something you have to get an associate to sign in for you have to wait until someone who’s actually watching everyone else finally is done to come see you and that could take you half an hour. My mom and I had ice cream in the cart and by the time we actually got out of the checkout it was melted and leaking through the bottom and we only had four things. So yea, we have an Albertsons opening up in a few weeks and as soon as it opens we’re not going to Walmart anymore, sorry Walmart.
