We left that CFA and looked at each other and said “that was an amazing CFA!” A nice & new building… but per usual with CFA: it was the people that made it outstanding. Very quick, organized service and outstanding customer service. If there is an employee of the year award, Paul should get it! He had our kids (and us!) laughing the whole time.

The young manager, Micah, is unprofessional and arrogant.He asked me to pull forward and wait at drive thru when he couldn’t find my order. After nearly 20 minutes, he acted like I was lying that I’d ordered. I showed him my pending charges and order, but he refused to complete it. Instead, he insisted hat I reorder and pay again.. He told me I could get a refund from my credit card company for the original charges. Outrageous! He represents the amazing Chick chain terribly. I am very disappointed in his inexperience that reflects poorly on the Independence location. Please give this poor young man some customer service training.

Just picked up takeout for the first time from this new location. We were a bit disappointed. Our orders of chicken strips were barely warm, and the fries had no warmth at all. Had to reheat everything when we got home. Shakes were excellent. $40 for 3 meals is pretty steep for food that seemed to be sitting around past it’s prime. Hopefully the quality the food will improve with more training and better management. We’ve been going to the Daniels Road location for years, and I can’t remember ever having a bad experience like this.

Have been to this location multiple times since they opened each time, hoping and expecting that with more time pass that their service would have improved but I have to say I have yet to have one decent experience here everything from messed up orders to long wait times to missing food. How do you miss place and bump we later found out a $38 order Asked numerous times for the owner to please contact me as every time I call never get an answer and have yet to have the owner reach out to me not even a manager that apologized reaching out and it’s now been at least 4 to 6 weeks since the last incident I now go out of my way to go to Daniels Road so at least I know that my order is going to be fresh And correct this location and its owner very poor does not belong in the horizon west area we want attentive, business owners, who care about their customers

12/04/2023 Order#383388 drive thru order and failed to bag everything I paid for. Once home and I inventoried the food in the bag, they shorted me a spicy chicken sandwich. EVERY TIME I visit this location, they screw the order up!!! I decided to bag everything back up immediately and drive back. Of course I had to wait in the drive thru line again, and obviously the food was cold at this point. I got back to the window to have Genesis explain that they were only going to replace the sandwich they shorted me and the chicken nuggets. She told me that I was supposed to bring my wife cold food back home because they screwed up my order!!! Only after I made a phone call explaining what she had told me, Genesis brought me a fresh order of everything I ordered. Beware that you need not to accept what these poorly trained kids tell you. They have zero business sense nor any common sense. Genesis needs to be retrained or find another position that’s not in customer service.

Service was quick and and accurate. However, only person acknowledging you is the person behind the register. Not like the usual Chick-fil-A where customer service is instilled in everyone. You have back of the house ignoring everyone and just hanging out in front.

Poorly trained, careless attitude staff at this location. Screwed up my drive-thru order. When called, they say they will have my name and number on file so when I come back, they can “make it right”. That was a lie. They just tell you what you want to hear on the phone, but no intention of making the order right. At least three people will ask your name as you creep through the drive-thru line, yet they STILL screw up orders. The franchise owner obviously has no handle on this store-Ron Florence (on the receipt). Save yourself the hassle and go to the Daniels Rd location. MUCH better!!!

Facility is great but food order is constantly wrong or missing something. Doesn’t matter if it’s drive through, counter or food delivery. I always have to get something fixed. They have also swapped out their usual leafy green salad lettuce with iceberg type watery lettuce.

Great place. Staff is very organized and car line is not more than 5m! Appreciate it!
