This brand new Taco Bell should be amazing, but it is horrible. We have been there 5-6 times now. Drive through is never open. You pull up and they say it is closed and come inside. Well, if you can do that, why can't you take an order? Absolutely ridiculous. Especially in the Florida rain. When you go inside, there is no staff to greet you or take your order. Only self serve kiosks. We have received the wrong food twice. Over all of the visits, some items missing and often they are made wrong. So many people are so mad at this location. There is not much in this area, and if the owner did not want to run a successful business, they should have allowed a REAL business to take the spot. I don't understand why any franchisee would spend all of this money on build out and rent and then let the place fall apart. I've never seen a manager onsite and the employees don't go out of their way to be helpful. Hopefully it will get better. We need more food choices in Hamlin.

I placed my order at the drive thru and when I pulled up I asked to add something to my order that my kids asked for. At the time there was no one behind me in the drive thru. The girl at the window told me I needed to drive around and place the order for the other items. I asked for the manager who told me she can not add to my order it would hold up the drive thru. When I said that there was no one behind me and I didn’t want to go through the drive thru again she closed the window on me talking to her. I sat and waited and told her sense she couldn’t help me that I wanted a refund and they could take the food that I already paid for back. Now there is a car behind me. She told me that I was holding up her line and I explained that if she had just helped and given good customer service there would not be a problem. She closed the window on my again and did my refund when I asked for her name she walked off. I sat and waited for her to give me her name and she told me I needed to move because I was causing other people to wait that were hungry. She finally said her name was Tiny and closed the window and walked away. I guess this is how that Taco Bell treats their customers. Well they just lost my service.

I’d recommend doing mobile ordering as the restaurant only has self ordering kiosks inside. When we visited the ice maker was out of ice and we had to give our cups to the employees behind the counter to get our ice. There is minimal seating inside the restaurant, it seems the model is for mobile and drive thru orders. The parking lot is extremely small and will probably be difficult to navigate at busy times.

Arrived at 7pm tonight and went inside to order since I like to customize my items however after beginning to order on the computer a worker informed me they were out of everything except crunchy tacos and I could only order crunchy tacos…even though the app and the computer shows everything available. What caught me by surprise was when I asked if they had any burritos and the response was no because the tortilla shells are only for drive thru customers…. I ended up just leaving and going somewhere else. It’s sad this location hasn’t been open very long but it appears the owners really don’t care about the business

Super disappointed at the service given to customers by the employees in this location. My husband went to this location one hour before closing and noticed that all screens in the drive thru were off. He approached the drive thru window to make his order and he was spoken to by two women who , with attitude, said they don’t take orders directly through the window. Btw like I said the screens were already turned off. One women then told the other “ why are you taking orders at this time” mind you it’s 12am. This location closes at 1 am . It’s a shame that a nice neighborhood like Hamlin could have a restaurant with such horrible service. No wonder there’s hardly ever customers walking into this place.

This is about the 5th time I go to the drive through and they’re closed half an hour early. It’s Friday night and they’re closing early? The menu screen was turned off and as soon as I pull up I’m told they’re closed. Doesn’t make sense to me. I hope management is aware of this. Seems to me it’s just teenagers working there without any supervision and closing early just because they want to.

Food was okay. One of my Chalupas had some old pieces of lettuce in it. Besides that, they were neatly made, and the young man that gave me my drinks made the service pleasant because he was so friendly and courteous.

Terrible. I went to the drive thru and no one said anything so I asked if they were open and they said drive thru is closed you have to come in. I should’ve left then, after I coordinated my escape from the drive thru lane. I saw they were struggling making food so I made a very simple order. No customization. It took 30 minutes to make. When I finally got my food it was wrong, cold, poorly thrown together.

It's Sunday, 12/3, 12:20 p.m. Just wanted to run in the lobby and have a quick lunch while in the area. The lobby is closed, again. Packed drive-thru, though. Why have a lobby if you can't use the lobby? This a new location, do better....

Not too bad. I looked up the reviews after pulling into the lot, and most were pretty bad. Restaurant was clean, there was a staff member attentive. I told him my name, and that I placed an online order. The team member making the food accidentally brought my bag to the drive through, though I selected carry-out. The team member up front went right over, grabbed it, and handed it to me. Only other issues were ladies room was unavailable, and a patron was very loud, giggly and coughing a lot (though that’s no fault of the restaurant). Decent trip. 4/5

I read the comments, however, they did not get my order wrong! The employees are really sweet and seem like they are fun to be around! The food was made fresh and the lobby was clean! I really liked the girl in the drive thru the first time I came she asked me if I wanted sauce after I forgot to add it! I will be coming back for lunch tomorrow too!
