Wonderful!! Staff!!! They are friendly from the time you walk into the door and organized.. I was sent a link to take care of my paperwork before hand. I showed up to my appointment two minutes ahead of schedule, and they did not waste a minute. I was in and out and I never felt rushed! Dr. Jason! is fantastic! Down to earth, caring and makes you feel like you are family! Great place..wonderful people..

This was actually my first day. The employees were very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt during the visit. I am glad that I am client there. The office was clean, spacious, and I feel that they are taking care of the patients during this time in the pandemic. Safety is very important and I hope and pray that it continues as a patient.

I feel soooo much better! I've dealt with back issues for years, alot of years. Doc and his staff are understanding, accommodating and gracious, kind...just all around awesome! I am def a believer! There's always a reminder of my appointment the day before! I will continue to go once a week at the very least, just to maintain all work they have put into making my life easier. Absolutely love!!! I have the best experience everytime I go!! Very professional, but still personable. The facility is always clean and decorative. I went in to find relief for my back pain, but ended up getting so much more. My neck pain (that I didn’t even know I had) is gone, headaches have vanished, and even my sinus pressure is gone! I wish I could give more then 5 stars! I highly recommend going!

Expensive , and even though you want them to be quick...I think 3 min in and out feels wrong. I never saw the same Dr. twice . Felt impersonal. I discontinued using their service.

Dr. Kim and her staff are EXTREMELY nice and helpful. Being that it was my first time there, they made me feel at ease. Also, when I walked in they had a welcome sign with my name on it. I knew then that I made a great decision on going to them. 💛🌻

Two very dear friends of mine, Debbie and Larry, referred me to Mid South. Mary was so friendly and pleasant from the moment I walked through the door. Dr Chip was awesome. He listened when I spoke, seemed to genuinely care, and was very kind. Highly recommend

Had an appointment at 8:15 and upon arrival noticed they didn't even open until nine also the Dr that says she is the lead doctor there is very rude and needs a course in patient relations
