I pulled into this business and asked could they do an oil change on a Fiat 500. The technician said yes. I was quoted one price and told I would receive $5 off because I was a new customer. It was apparent they were having a hard time. I ask if everything was okay because I could hear the technician complaining and I also heard her say this was too much trouble for $5 off. They finally completed the oil change and then I was told another price because I needled a "premium " filter. I know that was a lie. My car is not American made, but I know it does not require a premium filter. I will let everyone I know to not got to this business. If you don't know what you are doing, just be honest.

I went lift got going down the about 59 miles oil filter fill off my car the manger came out but a new on all ways good came back last week to get it changed again since they own me a free oil change every since than after I lift my car been leaking oil I just done with this place befor I went in to have my oil change it wasn’t leak oil at all so now I am taken it to Toyota

I use express oil change for all of mine and my husbands oil changes. It’s great to not have to schedule an appointment for when I need them done on our on schedule. Everytime I’ve come here it’s a quick process. We don’t have to get out of the car which is great for the cooler weather and days I have my kids with me. I come here for tire help as well. I’ve had nails in my tires to where it’s flat and they always get it done without overcharging me. Today 10/20/23 they have customer appreciation day offering chips and drinks. That ls really cool to do that. We will continue to use them for all of our car needs

New to the area! I couldn’t choose where to go for an oil change and I gave them a call! They had open availability AND top notch service. Very welcoming and reliable. I was in and out within an hour!

I visited Express Oil Change on the morning of 9/1/23. I arrived pretty early around 7:23am. Employees arrived promptly in between 7:45am-7:50am. I was greeted with a smile and asked what service I was looking to get. Tyler was such a great help with suggesting and explaining my service to me. I was even offered a windshield cleaning. Everyone seemed to be very knowledgeable and alert. They also all communicated very well amongst each other. I will be back!

Just left here. Will be using them from here on out. I used to let landers service center do my oil changes but they are getting ridiculous with their prices and they require appointments and still will have you waiting all day. Here, I was in and out. Much appreciated

My experience was a 10/10, upon arriving I was greeted and asked what service I needed! I didn’t have a long wait at all & when my car was serviced Tim walked me through each step and kept me informed on what he was doing! Great customer service overall!

The entire team here in Horn Lake is the best! We have been a customer of Express for 5+ years and they are the only place we will use. They are friendly and welcoming and have great customer service. I don't hesitate to take my truck here and I can't recommend them enough.

1st visit …….I drove up right before closing time for an oil change and was met by 3 overwhelmingly kind service-employees and a manager…. ready to help me! Not only did the gentlemen change my oil using synthetic as I asked for, but checked a number of items on my car including putting air in my low tires and even checking the cabin air filter! I can’t give enough stars for the service I received! Next will be a tire rotation… and thank you !!

I went in for an oil change and was extremely sick that day. Alex went above and beyond. He quickly changed my oil while also having compassion for me and asking if I needed water or anything. He showed his work, unlike other places that you have to blindly trust. He was quick, courteous, compassionate all while remaining professional, explaining to me what was what and showing why I needed a new filter. Mike was vwry helpful. Air was coming from my tire and wouldn't hold any. My rim had damaged the tire. Unfortunately, they didn't have my tire type in stock but were able to put the spare on until I was able to get it replaced.

Mannnnn this business is AWESOME! Today was my first time there and I must say I never experienced anything like it. I pulled in and was greeted by right off the back By summer jones. She asked me what all I needed done and gave me the run down on everything else they do. She even offered me water coffee and a nice seating in the warm area of their building. On top of that she intros me to her boss Hayden who is a very down to earth fellow. When I say professionalism at its finest I mean it. I’m coming to them every time I need something done on my car 😁
