    I love this Arby’s! The food is always so fresh and comes out fast! The staff is very nice and the insides are always clean. It’s always a peaceful vibe everytime I visit. This is the only location I’ve ever been to since trying Arby’s and I’m afraid to go elsewhere because the service may not be the same. This is an awesome location especially when I have a taste for a sandwich or quick lunch. 10/10 recommend.

    Outstanding Arby's incredibly clean on the inside with very polite sociable staff. The wife and I had a great chat with the man at the counter. Food was hot and fresh and delicious as always. On another visit I went through the drive thru. The line moved quickly my drink was served first and the lady at the window greeted me with a smile and made sure I had plenty of the various sauces needed for a Arby's sandwich.

    Went with my husband on Saturday because they had a promotion going on for national cheese day. It’s a key chain for two dollars you buy and after your purchase it you can get a free cup of cheese all year long. Well my husband ask about it and she rudely replies to him i don’t know nothing about some key chain. Talking to him like he was stupid. So he ask for a manger and the lady comes to speak with him and says they where sold out. It was 1045am and no one was in the restaurant they lied to us. It’s not even about the key chain it’s the fact that every time me we go in to this one Arby’s this lady is always is so rude and talks down to you. We called the manger and they gave us both a free meal in hernando. I will never go back to this location for the simple fact they are so rude.

    It seemed really understaffed. I waited awhile for someone to answer the speaker and when they did, they really struggled with typing in my order. Maybe they were new, I don't know. I asked for the buffalo chicken sandwich and I got the wrap instead. I didn't realize this until I got 30 minutes away to my final destination. The food itself was great just the service was a little lacking.

    Probably the best fastfood restaurant in Hornlake in front of the Home Depot on Goodman Rd being that I have never been even once and not received hot,fresh, and fast food. I absolutely love Arby's after discovering this location. I drive further to this location than the one closest to my home that is next to Popeyes in Olive Branch because of the above listed reasons and also because the Olive Branch location is slow, 50% of the time mess up your order, can be seen heating you food in the microwave instead of making it fresh which makes the lettuce horrible if ordering the Gyro and don't you dare ask for it to be made fresh because then they act as if you just ruined their day and how dare you expect your food that you just paid $35 for to be made fresh instead of reheated, they also then give off the vibe that you question whether or not you should even eat the food they had to make fresh because you just know that there is something extra in it that shouldn't be, they are very vindictive!

    I just recently started going to try fish strips and chicken sandwiches. I've been recently 5 or 6 times, and at least three of those times, they have gotten my order wrong. They always put the wrong type of fries in my box. A couple of times, the fish was not fried all the way through like they rushed it. Overall the food is really good and I've only been through the drive-thru. The employees could use some more customer service skills even manager.

    I haven’t been to Arby’s in over a year now and they use to be the best, but today I stopped by to get the bacon Swiss chicken sandwich and it was the worst chicken sandwich of my life. I keep trying to eat because I haven’t ate anything today and I need to put something on my stomach and the establishment was to far me to go back. Even if I had went back I probably wouldn’t had got a resolution to the matter because the lady at the window that appeared to be the manager was very short and annoyed since the beginning of me ordering.

    I live close to this Arby's but for now on I will be going to the one in Hernando. I ordered two number ones a classic and a double and a chicken sandwich through the drive through all combos. My order was 40 dollars. When I got back home the roastbeef sandwiches both had cheddar cheese on them which I didn't want. The chicken sandwich was old the lettuce on it was wilted and turning color. I just hate I spent 40 on it and I can't get that back. This isn't the first time this has happened at this Arby's to me but I hadn't been to this one in a while so I gave it a nother try and was burned again I've learned my lesson . If I want Arby's I got to go to Hernando.

    My fiancee and I love coming here. His in love with their buffalo chicken sandwich with the crinkle fries. One of my top three favorite restaurants for sure.

    Went there around 11-11:30am(bet the lunch crowd). Was greeted upon entry. Cashier was very friendly. Had to wait a little while, but my food was hot and fresh...got the Greek(lamb)Gyro combo. It was very good.

    Drive thru is horrible. 35 min with us being the 4th car in line. At least 10+ customers walked in and out of the lobby with their orders while we were stuck. When we finally got to the window the employee, Maddy, was just looking around doing nothing and we watched as multiple orders kept going to the dinning area. THEN we were asked to pull around and wait. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME??!!! There explanation was new employees. If they are new then the manager should be in the back helping and not filling drink orders and standing around! If I could give this place no stars I would!!!

    All I've ever really liked from Arby's was their curly fries The last couple of times that I've tried them... Not so great But there are some nice employees there 🙂

    Philly cheesesteak tasted sour, I threw half of it away. Havent been to Arby's in years, thought I'd give it try. Very disappointed a waste of $6+. 🙁

    Don't eat here. Find a different Arby's. Horrible customer service. As I pulled into the drive thru, the clerk was already speaking saying something like 'we closed'. I arrived at 9:30, they don't close until 11 am. When I moved in closer, she yelled, 'Go head'! My reply to that, met her energy. Don't ever patronize a business that does not respect patronage. From this experience, I believe the workers there do not understand how their payroll is met each month. Management offered no apology for that workers decorum. Roll right by this one to Freddy's- better everything there.

    Service inside lacked silverware and napkins. People behind counter aware, since at least 2 people asked for napkins, since none available They just gabbed a few and handed them out but didn't put any out even at the checkout counter. Only silver handed to us was a knife. And none available. Men's Restroom out of paper towels and TP.

    Ended up throwing gyros in the trash, I only wanted chicken and cheese and they still added seasoning and oil I believe but definitely seasoning, medium 🍟 instead of the large and they were warm nowhere near hot.

    I orderd0othe french dip sandwich, which was extremely salty. I couldn't eat it, and the fries were cold. The young lady at the window sounded angry and didn't seem as if she wanted to be there. I will not be returning to this location.

    Very disappointing with the service. Placed my order, received the order. Then the cashier stated that I had the wrong sandwich. She removed it from my tray. Brought another sandwich to me and it was NOT WHAT I ORDERED. So she then brings a slice of cheese in a cup over to me. That's NOT what/how I ordered my sandwich. 🥴🥴 Last visit.

    Solid drive thru service. Appears to be a good Arby's. Tried the Wagyu Burger and it was really juicy - might ask them to go easy on the sauce. It was a bit messy but good. Roast beef and Turkey sandwiches are on point.

    Food is always good at Arbies. Service here was not however. I think the employees take their breaks in the restroom. I waited a very long time and another employee came to knock on the door to tell her to get out.

    It's exactly what you want it to be. And THIS location had great service. The head lady stopped the window girl twice in order to add missing items. This was after she said everything was already there. You're a hero manager lady!!

    I placed my order at the Drive Through Kiosk. I asked for the $6 Special, Well done Chicken and Curly Fries. I pulled to the window and paid. I was the only car there. The young lady at the window was nice. I was checking my food while I was at the window because the door was locked. The older lady, the manager approached the window after the told the young lady my chicken and fries was cold. She had a Horrible and Ridiculous Bad Attitude. To be a manager she is unfit. I told the cashier that I wanted a refund because because I don't want no one fixing me anything with an attitude, she said, "Me Either." The manager on duty sucks. If she don't like her job, she needs to leave. She destroyed my happy spirit because I was happy when I got there and angry when I left. This restaurant is close to my home and That manager on duty was TOXIC. I WILL DEFINITELY BE CONTACTING CORPORATE OFFICE AND THE GENERAL MANAGER.
