Had a great Frappuccino at this location. I wish there was sitting inside but I guess they want you to sit in the food court. They did have a few table and chairs but it was cold and drizzling when I was there. Great employees!

Something about Starbucks sparks that feeling of "Friends" All of a sudden you are taken back to the "Central Perk" and for a breif moment life slows down and you can enjoy it. Then just as the theme song says "I"ll be there for you" the caffeine kicks in and helps you navigate the rest of your hectic day. This location is not very big, but efficient. Fast friendly service, with a small outdoor seating area.

Absolutely rubbish I've just had a cup of dishwasher, not offered sugar, no chocolate for capocino, staff couldn't be bothered.

Tried the pink drink, so refreshing. Taking a break from mocha Frappuccino. Love vanilla bean and blueberry scones! Cheese dainish also good.

Everytime I go, the same coffee always tastes different. Some staff very friendly, others not so much. Order ahead is almost 90% 5 to 10 minutes late. Taking a break from there for now.

It was very crowded since it was so close to Christmas weekend but the line moved relatively quickly and the employees were friendly.

Easy access in the ranger outlet. Fast service for a simple cup of coffee but they did not have anywhere to sit and you have to go outside. They did not have a condiment stand with sweeteners and creamers and when I asked for them to addy it they put too much in.

10/10 but the line is usually a lil long, good service and drinks though!

My favorite go-to Starbucks in Myrtle Beach. There is no drive-thru since it’s in the Tanger outlet outdoor mall. My only suggestion is to move the Starbucks sign from the food court entrance since many patrons kept going in the wrong door. Maybe painting arrows or markers on the concrete might work too.

Very busy when I went. Ordered my drinks online. Took about 5 mins longer than app projected. Watched people get through line and get their drinks before I had mine. Drink was made wrong and the employee rolled her eyes when asked to fix it. I understand busy but to make a customer feel like garbage for asking to get their order right is not what a customer wants to feel.

I only went in to get a SC coffee mug. The line was sooooo long that I had to ask another customer if I could get infant of them and assure them I was NOT purchasing coffee. I would never want Starbucks coffee if it takes that long.

in town for the holiday weekend. Place was packed. They were taking orders and filling mobile orders at the same time. Staff was fast and friendly.

Picked up some gift certificates for a small token of appreciation to the flight ✈ attendants on my recent trip. Starbucks employees were so helpful with this time consuming request. I will definitely return to this location again.

Experienced barista made the first good macchiato I've had since moving here. Guess I will drive the extra 7 miles past the other two that are closer! Thank you for the great service!

A little tricky to find, as it’s in the outlet mall, tucked in a corner. But there’s is open air seating.

I dislike everything about Starbucks. The coffee is bitter, the food is overpriced and not healthy even though it looks like it should be.most of all it's there corporate policies. They're self-entitled employees, that border on arrogant and just flat out rude most of the time. And their total disregard for law enforcement.

Out of a lot of stuff but to be expected as the outlet itself was completely mobbed. They were upfront about what they were out of so you didn't have to come up with something else on the spot while ordering. Super polite employees. Clean store.

Mobile ordered, estimated wait of 10 min. 30 minutes later, still no drinks. We walked in to get our mobile order and saw people who entered to wait in line and get their order before our order was even acknowledged to be missing. Had to ask the staff about the order, appears they lost it, and made the order on the spot incorrectly. No apologies offered, ridiculous and not what I’ve come to expect from being a long-term Starbucks customer.

Stopped by several times within the last month and the AC was broken every time. Service is always great even though the wait can be long when busy, but it's ROASTING inside -- miserable temps to be in to wait for our coffees, but I have to imagine it's even worse for the employees who have to stay there. Can't be safe in summer heat. Going thru the drive thru Starbs instead til it's fixed!
