I had a pretty awful experience with one of the ‘senior stylists’ who had horrible customer service skills. Not only was this woman unwelcoming, she treated me like a second-rate client. I received a dry trim, barely anything off the ends and was charged $55 for it. I was shocked at this price for a dry trim, I’ve been to many more salons that do dry trims for $15 with excellent service, but this business was woefully overpriced and the staff were rude to me. If you’re looking for a great salon in Horsham, head to Sheer Urbane Salon for amazing service and reasonable prices. Honestly never been so underwhelmed by a salon before, I do not recommend this place at all.

I went here to get my hair done for my Deb and the staff were so nice and my hairdresser did such a great job! Really welcoming and are great at interpreting what you want and are looking for :)

Overdue review. Went in for a style change, going from just longer than shoulder length to a stacked, choppy, asymmetrical drastic bob. Shannon was absolutely brilliant! She worked quick and confidently taking the length off and working with my thick hair and was very insistent on me checking the results to make sure I got exactly what I was after. She was so patient with my "just a little shorter here/more tapering here" and other little requests and gave me tips on how to easily maintain and effortlessly care for my new do. Throughout the process she was friendly, chatty and was able to answer questions about potential future treatments I had in mind. Overall a fantastic experience and I'll definitely be going back to her to maintain my style. Oh and the massage chairs during the hair wash are great too!

I had the most wonderful experience getting my hair done. The girls were very lovely and the attention that was payed to getting my hair just the way I wanted it was outstanding. Will definately recommend this salon to everyone i know.
