Excellent dining experience. Once inside, the decoration is brilliant, adding to whole experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Once the food arrived it was presented well and excellent portion size. Left feeling very full and will definitely be returning if ever in the area again.

Came here for a birthday meal and enjoyed every moment. The service was exceptional from the initial friendly welcome to our leaving. All staff came across as attentive and happy in their work. The toilets were sparklingly clean. The food was delicious and we loved the birthday belly buster complete with singing by staff. Our waitress, Georgia, was the best.Thank you everyone.

The venue is 1 min walk from the Piries Place car park. A warm welcome for our party of 18, and it wasn't too busy. Service was fast and excellent. All food to a high standard and in pleasant surroundings. For this level of dining I thought the pricing was reasonable.

Really nice place, has a really friendly vibe and all the waiters are super nice. We were especially looked after by a waitress called amber. I had the Mexican chicken which was advertised as a bit spicy but it wasn't really, still delicious! We had nachos to share and that portion was massive. If you like large American style portions this is the place for you!

Had dinner here last night with my 5yr old and husband after the theatre. It was fantastic! So so lovely inside in full western theme. Friendly service, prompt, and good food. Kids menu is great, caters for under 5s, under 12s, and a bigger portion, too. Colouring sheets with activities and pencils. Unlimited drink refills for adults and kids, which is great. The only thing that could be improved was the kids' meal was small and didn't have many chips. We ordered from the under 12s. There is no way this would have been enough for a 10yr old! Otherwise, I had a lovely dinner. Would recommend.

What a brilliant place!! Went for mother's Day and it was superb. Food was excellent, service was fantastic and unlike some restaurants we were not rushed or pressurised to eat and go. Special mention to our waitress Nikki who was absolutely brilliant and a credit to this company. She was charming, professional and fun. Well done Nikki!!

My first time here. Was with 5 other friends and family celebrating a 40th birthday. When the birthday celebrant suggested S&W, from the name, I assumed it would be like the various steakhouses I’ve experienced in the U.S. I was partially correct. I wish S&W served a warm, fresh bread basket prior to our meal. That however, no bread did not contribute to my 3-star rating. Most of our Ranchers Feast was less than was not even warm, almost as if it had been just sitting out (not under a food warmer) while the rest of our order was being prepared. They get 5 stars for customer service. When we brought this to the attention our server, he took immediate action to help rectify the situation then sent the manager over. Our server brought out some freshly made portions of our Ranchers Feast. The manager ended up removing the £36 item from our check. We didn’t ask him to do so. That convinced me that S&W deserves another visit, down the road. I will order the same thing to confirm if lack of adequate food temperature was an isolated case.
