Lovely managers. Very honest, helpful, and attentive. I felt at home right away. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are hot and fresh and served with a smile.

Very nice reception, clean rooms, just a little bit out of the city centre. But overall good motel. 🙂🍳👍🏼

Friendly lady at reception, made everything a breeze! Travelled for work with my partner and our toddler, organised a late check out and she was absolutely amazing to deal with - she (sorry I can’t remember her name) is an absolute asset to the team! Clean rooms, comfy beds, Netflix, wifi, great air conditioning and heaps of information about what there is to do in their room information booklets! What more could you want! The only negative thing I could honestly say is that the indoor pool is such a great contribution to the motel, the bricks around the pool and on the way into the pool are a little loose and could cause some real damage to young someone if they’re not being careful. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and we will be back! Hopefully with some updated brick work around the pool! ☺️☺️

We arrived very late (23:00) and were greeted with a helpful, smiling face! Majestic has a few years on her, however VERY clean and service was complete for a small private lodge. Perfect affordable respite on our journey from Melbourne to Adelaide. Thank you for the pleasant rest! Good WIFI, in room microwave, fridge & coffee. Spacious room.

Good place to stop off between Adelaide and Melbourne. The room was clean and had good facilities.

Whilst manager tried to sweep over the problems, our stay was bad. No wifi, tv reception bad, very outdated bathroom in particular, noisy in wall a/c and bedside light not working.

I got stuck in the middle of the night on my way to Adelaide and got a glimpse of this hotel, gave them a call and there was just the spot i required. The reception was excellent. The gentleman at reception despite the late hours took time to attend to us. The room was excellent too. Each time I am around Horsham, MAJESTIC motel shall be my home

The perfect stop-over motel for the drive between Adelaide and Melbourne. Decently priced, spacious room, well cleaned, comfortable bed, and hot high-powered shower. Wouldn’t trust the on-site pool but other than that it allowed us to rest in comfort. As it was a 5-minute drive from town and an hour away from the Grampians, it made it the perfect gateway for road-trippers travelling through the area.

If you are after a room that is nothing more or nothing less just the basics this is the place. You can see the owners care about the place. It is a good spot to stay at for a few nights if you are after just the basics.

The room was tidy and air conditioned. The shower was nice. Parking was a little tricky at room 7/8 though. A pool is available too, although we didn't use it. Beds were comfortable.

It was my friend booked a room for 4 people serval weeks ago. Check in time is 2pm-11pm. Told us they cancelled the booking when we arrived around 6 pm. Ridiculous and horrible. The card details and contact number is 100% correct. It can't be wrong. My friend took the photo of it when he booked. We didn't receive any msg but only the phone call. However we were not able call back because we were on the mountains of Grampians. You shouldn't have canceled customer's booking before the check in time is due !!!

Clean & comfortable but very rundown and in need of refurbishing particularly the bathroom and electrics! In our room there was an ‘in wall’ air conditioner, directly at the side of my bed! I’d hate to have been there during summer if it needed to be in use! The motel was full - we just needed a bed so weren’t concerned by location etc! The management were very pleasant - it advertises a Resturant but that wasn’t operating, so don’t count on a meal.

Stayed 1 night on our way back from Adelaide, and came away thinking this motel should be bulldozed It must date back to the seventies with no upgrades Very tired in appearance, shower recess small, unable to adjust nozzle, all in all dissatisfied.

BEWARE! WHEN BOOKED ONLINE AND NEEDING TO CANCEL, THE HOTEL WILL NOT CANCEL SO YOU CAN ONLY CANCEL THROUGH WHICHEVER ONLINE SERVICE YOU BOOKED THROUGH. My Mum lost her phone after making a booking and could not access the Wotif app she booked through, so we called the Hotel (3x with no answer) only to get a call back saying that they cannot cancel her booking which therefore cost her $100. Awful Customer Service, they do not even answer their phones. JUST A WARNING, DO NOT BOOK ONLINE, THESE PEOPLE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. If you really NEED to book here, do it via telephone 👍

Spacious clean rooms, beds were good. Family rooms are great,2 single beds and 2 double beds. Kids loved the indoor pool. Massive shower and the water pressure was terrific.

New owners taken over just 3 weeks ago .. Motel is old world, so budjet price taken into account for this. Good for a stop over .. clean room.. On main road so road noise.

Room was clean amd tidy but clearly straight from 1980. Ore than adequate for my quick overnight stopover. Pool was filthy green and couldn't see the bottom. Can't believe people still swam in it.
