Always great to get some nice affordable pizzas with the family that comes also with bonus excellent service from Dan, Femi, Walter, and Jesse. Great group excellent outcome!

The service was great & the price was very reasonable. Pizza was cooked & prepared very quickly. Unfortunately the pizza itself was just awful. There was about 5 pounds of cheese on top of my pizza, which would have been ok if it wasn’t for the fact that it had absolutely no flavour. Tasted like melted plastic. The dough was boring & not at all special. I had pepperoni on my pizza which was clearly very cheap. I even asked for a BBQ sauce swirl on top to try & add some flavour to the pizza but it was a pretty nasty sauce. Overall I was very disappointed. I knew it was never going to be a 5 star pizza, it’s dominos after all. But you’d think they would be better at their bread and butter, the pizza. If you’re in Horsham and looking for a pizza stick to Bonnie & Clyde’s. it’s pricey but it’s worth it.

They made best vegetarian pizza.I tried many domino’s outlets in victoria but this is one of the best and quite place to be. Store manager is very helpful. Fast & Great delivery service,too. Thank you Domino’s Pizza Horsham :)

Worst experience....!!! They don't know how to behave with customers even after delivering wrong pizza.

If you are ordering any pizza from this store, you would miss the main ingredients of the pizza. The worst experience ever. Never ever order pizza from this store. We ordered Peppy Paneer pizza and there was not even a single chunk of pizza in any of the seven pizzas just because we have ordered the pizza through app. They are not trusting the customer. They told us to return the pizzas at 10:00 PM. Annoying, Ridiculous, Not Reliable, bad way to serve the customers. These guys told us that the DOM check system (Quality Check) really never works. So forget about the quality at this store.

Went to the Horsham store yesterday that’s under new management first thing I noticed was the glass door was filthy. Then after we ordered and sat down I noticed the floor all the dirt was along the whole front of the window was disgusting. Then when we were seated the table was also dirty. Had the little garlic rolls the bottom was burnt but the pizza was divine. Hopefully they will clean properly now I’m surprised the health department hasn’t looked at it

Worst excuse for a deep pan pizza base I've ever had. Base not cooked properly and tasted doughy, crispy bacon not even close to crispy, very little toppings over run by the taste of the sauce. To top it off the pizza wasn't even close to being cut through properly and it's the smallest large pizza I've ever had. Only confirmed why we don't normally buy them. Never again.

Good delivery service but a horribly woeful app that is confusing and if you are not careful you will be surprised with what you get. The large size for dominos is a complete joke, lucky to feed one normal man. The sourdough base is average in taste and fairly dry. I felt cheated with what we received and will not use dominos as a choice again. A regular pizza shop will give much better value, the only thing dominos has is that they are fast delivery

I just eat here with my family, I may have ordered wrong pizza but the staff was so polite they changed my order without extra charge. Very happy with my experience

Staff members need to improve their customer service skills because they are unprofessional. Today was a terrible experience because I ordered cheese and garlic scroll but got garlic bread instead. They refused to give a scroll when asked why, claiming they didn't have any, and they didn't notify us and didn't give a refund for the garlic bread.

People who ordered after got their food first. Waited an extra 15 minutes after the timer said the pizza was ready saff where unenthusiastic

Had to wait for order when I walked back in and the staff walked out the back while I am standing waiting to be served again they did not look to see if there was a person waiting to be served I recen if they had one more staff serving they would be ok and they do stuff up orders and they don't give what a customer ordses

Absolutely terrible no service no delivery apparently rang 4 times but I gave then the wrong number. Don't waste your money

Hi please cook the food properly under required temperature. No chicken pizzas were visible in the app ane had to order a garlic cheese pizza. Uder cooked.

Ordered a vegan pizza and it came with regular cheese. I checked with the staff before leaving that it was vegan and they said it was. From the taste of the pizza it clearly wasn't. Very disappointing

Ordered 2 pizzas for $46. Called back 2 minutes later to ask if we could add an extra pizza for the $35 deal. Got told they couldn’t change it. What’s to change? Adding a pizza? They just had to make an extra one. What’s the problem? No transaction had been made so nothing was finalised. I could have just canceled my order, then re ordered. But I didn’t. (Sadface) The Manager is a bigger Karen than me and I write reviews on the internet 😂

Always get order wrong not very much toppings an very small no where near a large an I ended up with someone else's order so my nearly $50 order went somewhere else an when I put a complaint in they offered me 1 pizza an side order not happy at all
