Rather compact rooms but spotlessly clean & tidy, with excellent bed. Good shower. On site parking & very convenient on site restaurant, which is quite good value. Definitely stay again

Great little hotel in a great spot. Short stroll to the Botanical Gardens and all local eateries. Very friendly check in staff. Hotel nice and quiet, comfortable bed and great shower. Great for our 1 night stay.

Very happy with the room, very good value for money. Room was well appointed with some nice touches such as a nightlight in bathroom, large TV, and a bedside clock with wireless phone charger. Room was modern and clean. Short walk to to the centre of town. Definitely recommend.

This old motel has been refreshed. It is well lit and clean. Staff are friendly and the motel is in the main street. Rooms are quite are airconditioned, have free WiFi and have a mini bar. There isn't a lift to the first floor. Therefore, if you or another guest has a mobility impairment ask for a room on the ground floor. A licensed cafe/restaurant, The Capital, is on the ground floor.

Possibly one of the worst places we stayed on our six week tour of Australia. The rooms in the pictures are not the ones that you get!! There were three old air conditioning units in our room as no one had bothered to take the old ones out. The wardrobe opened onto the back of the fridge. The pool was really murky. 3 x freight trains came though in the night! It's cheap but still certain standards should be met. AVOID !!!!

The room was clean and quiet, reception was great and the process easy. The restaurant was expensive and not great, we kept waiting for Gordon Ramsay to take off a disguise. We stayed over the grand final Friday night / sat morning so it was either here or a pub for dinner & breakfast Breakfast we paid $4 for a mushroom as a side dish and also got a ham and cheese toasty that A/ they admitted to forgetting to turn the toaster on so it arrived 30 mins after our bacon and eggs and it looked like it could have done WTH an extra few mins in there

Modern and very clean. Easy parking. Quiet room. Simple TV/ Movie access. Economical. Will return. Shower was a bit dodgy in the AM. Shower at night. BYO shower cap and skin lotion.

Spacious, clean and well equipped room, - the room we booked included a couch and table which was nice. Well situated away from traffic noise but still located on the main street, so able to walk to restaurants and pubs if not eating at the on-site restaurant. Parking was easy and convenient, if a little tight. Staff were helpful and courteous all weekend. Will absolutely stay here again on our next trip between Adelaide and Melbourne.

What a great little hotel to do a stop over in. Definite value for money. Modern and fresh looking. Comfortable beds and quiet. I would definitely book here again.

Booked a table for 7 people on a Thursday night. Lady took our name and number and confirmed. Arrived and couldn't accommodate our booking. Funny enough the people behind us booked for 7pm also and were rejected as we were. Staff member showed no care or consideration after inconveniencing us and left us unable to find another restaurant at short notice. Would not recommend and certainly will not be returning.

Very quiet. Nicely presented bed and room layout. Bathroom clean. Mini fridge, tea, coffee & toaster available in the room. Electric blankets on beds. Very comfortable beds. Only let down was the ripped and heavily stained carpet.

I stayed only 1 night. Very clean and fresh. Super friendly welcome on arrival. I had a warm night which was a 100% improvement on another budget priced establishment I had to stay at. Best to bring your own pillow if you like super soft. Well priced and just a short walk across the park to a lovely bistro for dinner.

Absolutely WOW. 😊 This motel is a stay where value for money is not a gimmick. The room was spotless, clean comfortable and a good size, Bathroom immaculate and updated and comfy bed. Great room service available for breakfast and Dinner. The Meals cooked fresh from the amazing bistro down stairs and I thoroughly recommend the Pumpkin risotto. The location only minutes from the main street, Cafes, Pubs, Shopping precinct and the Aquatic Centre. The stay is also very affordable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great little place to stay in Horsham; safe, comfortable and central to the town. Reception was very nice and brought a microwave to our room on request. Room was a little on the smaller side but more than adequate for our overnight stay. I personally found the AC control a little hard to master. The shower head was a little low on output. Also pays to shop around online for the best price - the online price was better than what I was offered when calling direct.

Nice quiet room. Sadly arrived just gone 8pm asked about bistro told closed. Asked if there was somewhere was still open was told "I don't know". Less than helpful. Housekeeping staff good though.

Just super easy to book, find and relax. Lovely and clean and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful at the restaurant on site and room service was perfect after a big day of travel. The food was absolutely superb!

Staff at dinner service not very professional, sat in wrong spot so was told from across the room that we had to move. Funny that as an hour later still no one sat there so it didn’t matter. Glasses were dirty. Ignored by staff Hotel room is good, no cutlery or plates but have a toaster what are we meant to do with that?? Also staff could ask how our stay was, never do

We’ve been coming here for 8 or 9 years now. It’s ALWAYS been spotlessly clean & comfortable & we’ve never heard noise from other guests through the walls. The rooms are well appointed & I particularly appreciate the standard lamp, which gives nice subdued lighting. On this visit (9/22), I was thrilled to see that their new, LARGE, wall mounted smart TVs have screen casting integration, which allowed us to seamlessly watch Netflix within minutes. There is plenty of on site parking. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Great breakfast available at the adjacent restaurant. You can even get a cappuccino to go! We highly recommend & will be back time & again.

Great location and rooms good. Shame about the frosty receptionist my wife encountered. Arrived at 6pm to book in, so no excuse. Cheers

I enjoy my stay and the rooms where clean and tidy with all the basics a Assistance that one would need for a night or two in a Deluxe Room ... BUT would of got 4 stars if the bathroom had a exhaust fan only down fall... woke up to this view

This is an establishment that is hiring young local students and new Australians (from Kathmandu) The food was delicious and the services fun quick and professional. Thank you Dani, Sophie (happy birthday) and Hari. Keep up the great work

This was a very pleasant stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to all shops. Take your own toiletries if possible. Did not get to sample the attached restaurant but looked ok - have attached pics of the menu. Mini bar was well stocked, but there was no price list.

The staff were so wonderful especially when i had to check in after 10pm. Hotel was fully booked so no parking avaiable inside but staff were so helpful in a nice safe place right next to the motel that i was able to safely leave my car. The bed i thought was hard until i slept like the dead on it so thanks for a sound night sleep for the first night. I was not aware that the bottle of water was complimentary and there really wasnt any information in the room about where other than the attached bistro was good to eat or what to see around Horsham. I couldnt even find information about what time check out was but i guessed it would be around 10am like most other motels. The second night was terrible but this was no fault of the motel or lovely staff, there was a doof doof music fest going on across the road at the pub who apparently has an outdoor DJ to combat density limits during covid. I urge the motel to make a complaint as i never got a wink of sleep and i left the following morning feeling upset and drained rather than refreshed and happy. The price for the room was reasonable ( considring i was a last minute urgent took the only room available guest ) I loved that the second day i went out with my bed unmade and came back to it made and the bathroom cleaned and restocked. as well as my coffee cup washed and everything in the tea/ coffee area restocked as well. I found the reception staff wonderful and very accomodating with information i couldnt find in the room. The shower was above and beyond what you would expect hot the whole time without going hot and then cold like so many other motels i really appreciated that. Anything you might need is just a short walk away so was great that it was right in town so no need to drive anywhere

Perfect place to relax and take a break from driving. Very comfortable and exceptionally clean room. Everything we needed to take a quick rest stop over night at a good price. Would definitely recommend.
