Really enjoy coming to Swan Walk for a spot of shopping. Stopped for a quick coffee break last time and enjoyed my delicious latte, right up until this strange man started taking random photos of me while ordering his drink. He then came and sat down at my table, proceded to tell me how wonky my face was (its actually quite symmetrical except my dodgy eye) and then relished in covering his face in cream from his hot chocolate, while telling me he wished it was my cream. Made me feel very uncomfortable! None the less, I will be back for more shopping. I'll just watch out for the weirdos!

Nice little shopping centre. I always park on level 3, or on the top floor. I've set up the parking so it's automated via the website. Toilets have been redone so nice and new. Shame there's soo many empty shopping units at the moment though.

Visited Horsham on a day trip and it was nice to see how clean and well kept this area was. Vast selection of shops, pubs, restaurants, basically something for everyone. Definitely worth a visit

Ok the shops here aren’t the best lots of empty shops and the shopping centre is a bit tired. But on walking through I needed to use the loo and as a disabled person I a always bracing myself for smelly skanky loos but I found the loos and a cleaner was just cleaning one disabled toilet she smiled at me and told me to go ahead and use it as it was all clean I asked her if she was sure yes she said she was done and going to clean the other loo - she held the door open for me and to my surprise it was so clean and fresh smelling. That kindness made my day thank you.

A warm and inviting atmosphere with a well-rounded selection of shops. It's spotless throughout and the staff are incredibly helpful. Ideal for leisurely shopping, but it would be even better if some stores had longer evening hours. A true community gem!

Stopped at the D&D coffee place to grab a quick hot beverage to warm my cold cockles... it was very nice, a lovely hot chocolate complete with cream and marshmallows.... very tasty! It was all lovely, apart from this weird lady who was there! It started out with some strange stare... which was a little wonky! Then it turned into her taking my photo... it seemed to be a bit of fun to start... but just turned a little creepy come the end of my hot chocolate! I would happily visit again... but I will be keeping my eyes peeled for the weird lady...

Giggling squid restaurant Horsham to be precise. We had two set meals from the lunchtime tapas menu , both were very tasty and good portion size , prices range from £13-£17 each which I felt was good value for money . Beautifully decorated restaurant, had small problem with drinks order however management removed charge from bill with no hesitation which was very grateful. Will definitely visit again.

Great place to go shopping! Although having most of the shops you need, however, I feel like it would be better if there was more variety for men, few shops to choose from. Since wilko has gone the shopping centre has lost lots of the variety and usefulness. Nothing has replace it which means there is a big shop missing from the selection.

One of the most boring and uninspiring shopping centres around! A lot of empty shops and a few stores that are just too expensive. For a proper shopping experience and lots of places to eat, County Mall in nearby Crawley is far better.

Not a very big shopping mall but basically you can find out all you need in there. They still got some market there some are selling crystal stones, body cares, skin care products and it is really good to have a look.

An overall, poor quality shopping experience! Can't say much more. But the staff at The Body Shop are very good and know their products!!

Whilst suffering, like many other Malls, from empty shops, Swan Walk is still much better than neighbouring County Mall. Bright, clean and pleasant to walk around.

Clean bright, variable shops could do with an injection of more variety of new retailers, the people from Horsham are lovely

Easy to find . Parking costs are reasonable and the bays are a good size. Good selection of shops including independent plus a couple of places for coffee

Yeah. Actually like this place. They made a bit of an architectural effort on this 'mall' in the 90's (noughties? dunno). And you know what? All them retail slots is occupied. You wanna take a trip round poor old Blighty to see how it gets. Not gonna set world your alight, that's why it's a 4. But solid

Swan Walk shopping centre, right in the middle of Horseham has all the usual shops and facilities, plenty of places to eat and drink, plenty of parking. It is a great place to visit.

Easy parking in Swann Car park. Centre is accessed directly from the car park. Good selection of shops under cover from well known High Street chains and some individual shops which was a breathe of fresh air. Few coffee shops and restaurants to catch a bite to eat. It was a Sunday when I visited and most shops were open, there was a couple of unoccupied units and the centre wasn't overcrowded. Would visit again when next in Horsham.

Parking and shopping mall. I haven't used the shopping mall much, but from the limited areas I have been it seems to have the usual shops and amenities. I actually found a hidden gem upstairs the Next store - that is a Costa Coffee tucked away on the top floor of Next. Finally, this is a great place to park for exploration of the town centre.

Swan walk has changed considerably since our last visit to Horsham. Nice to be able to shop undercover with a good selection of shops inside & outside. Also not too far to walk to John Lewis at Home & Waitrose.

Does what is says on the tin. Small shopping mall. Nothing out of this world but does the job. Got a few good shops. Parking can sometimes be tricky, especially in peak times.

Lovely shopping centre with many good well known outlets e.g M & S, Boots, Next and Holland and Barrett to name just a few. Plenty of decent seating and the disabled are well catered for. Clean and spacious, well looked after with Horsham Town centre easily accessible.

DIVINE BROWS HORSHAM Went here Tuesday August 2022 for brow and top lip. The lady went so fast I thought she was going to tear a hole in my top lip. Next day I had two cuts on each eyebrow. I went back and they only refunded me my eyes charge as they ‘couldn’t see any damage to my lips’ I had been here previously and had a similar experience but hoped it was a one off. DONT GO HERE!!!

Not been here before and comparing it to the likes of Waterlooville/Fareham type of town it is much better. Centre full of shops / high street full of shops so winner winner 🐔🍜 parking not that cheap but worth it, there was a few market stalls as well on Saturday so check it out ppl!

The car park was easy to use but busy. Visited the play cafe with out children which was a lot better than we had expected. Prices were reasonable and they were allowed quite a long play session with 2 different age small soft play areas and lots of toys and books plus an area to drive toy vehicles. Seating was abundant and there were a lot of lunch food options with drinks and cakes. We ventured into a small shop while making our way out which had lots of craft items and when I got to the back of it, a lady practically ran to talk about her face creams. I was fairly impressed at her products and thought she was rightly proud but it became clear very quickly that it was an MLM and I felt a bit foolish. Promptly left.

Love Swan Walk, a dinky little shopping center in the heart of Horsham. Perfect for Horsham, some small chain stores like Next, Boots, H&M...always clean. Toilets and a multi storey car park. Lots of places for coffee too

Lovely shopping centre with a variety of shops, some big name brands and other smaller chains, lovely to see charity shops and independent stores here! Good choice of cafes to stop at too.

Absolutely awful! I was clearly the last client of the day, didn’t ask me what I wanted and just literally ripped my eyebrows off and have been coming here for a couple of years and never had her. So disappointed, ruined my day.

One of the less inspiring modern shopping malls with some depressing empty units. But recent improvements have been positive, like the new toilets and so on. It would be good to see more popular high street brands, particularly for the many younger people in town. The retailers do tend towards an older clientele which is a bit samey and drab. Overall though, it's a decent enough place to do one's shopping, with a big Boots, M&S and H&M. Just cater to a more diverse demographic base!

Parking plenty of spaces beyond level 2 at reasonable price. Swan Walk though built in early 1970s is clean, bright with a good variety of stores including M&S, Next, Roman & H&M. Toilets clean and maintained.

It's a great shopping centre with horrific security staff who enjoy bullying the younger kids. I personally witnessed an incident where some 11/12 year olds were messing about, a simple word would have been sufficient but the two security staff went out of their way to escalate the situation by being rude and overly aggressive towards them.. when I approached both security guards changed their attitudes immediately and were concerned I'd filmed the event take place

It was my first time visiting this shopping centre today, as there was a Star Wars convention happening. Really lovely shopping centre and really spotless. Not too crowded, which is perfect and there's a market on the high street on Saturdays. Quite a handful of cafés and shops to do your shopping. I'll definitely be coming here again ☺️
