    Popped in last night as I was on a rush. Ordered cheeseburger extra value meal and wrap of the day, sriracha. I asked for no ice but got served with ice. Asked for a dip and told it was now 10p. Money grabbing. I said you never used to charge but they said prices have changed. Chips were hot for once but it was full of the little bits. Money grabbing. No chips longer than an 2 inches, so very greasy. The cheeseburger was awful. Luke warm but the bun had gone hard in places. It was well past the time mcdonald's would say for keeping food for. More money grabbing. Wrap was ok but the only sauce was at the bottom. On top of that all the bins outside were overflowing. I had to take my rubbish home to throw away. Shows the management dont care. The serving staff were ok. Ill give it a miss for a long time.

    Quick, efficient service, friendly staff, and hot, tasty food. When we went it was very busy, but the staff were constantly cleaning, and managing the queues well. We usually go to the newer Guildford branch where customers are treated like garbage, so this was a refreshing change. Well done and thank you! We will be back!

    Whilst on his break, a kind young gentlemen, Ben, assisted my husband and I as we struggled to work the technology ordering machines. Also lovely and quick food.

    Love the idea of being able to go and order on our own, no long lines, no long waiting and the staff was pretty helpful, polite and welcoming. Thumbs up, loved the service. Young lady who gave assistance at the ordering post, didn't get her name. I like her

    10p for a ketchup / bbq on £9.80 order of food just unnecessary from a huge worldwide company like this. But they only except cash when your collecting your food at pick up drive through window so useless if you paid with card and always busy so not going to que at drive through again. Food ok but chips seemed a bit underdone and not the first time they are a bit raw from this McDonald and no sauce to dip :(. Because this is the 1st time a McDonald has tried To Charge for bbq and ketchup 1 star.

    Used the drive through for a quick "pit stop" meal between jobs. The plant burger meal I chose was adequate, though I'd requested no processed cheese and it came with some anyway, but the atmosphere was ruined by the large number of rats running between the bins. In just a few minutes I was able to photograph at least twenty of them, totally unperturbed by the large volume of traffic and people...

    Took ages to get served paid, asked for 1 ketchup & was told it was 10p. I had no cash. Why was I not told this when I paid for my food. It's the last time I go to McDonald's. The food is so bad you have done me a favour. I will probably live a bit longer now

    I had a great experience at McDonald's South Water today. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious. I ordered a Big Mac with fries and a Coke, and everything was cooked perfectly. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

    Outdoor seating area I.e 3 tables, seem to be for staff meal eating as its next to the Ash tray. Needs more. Food was thrown together in a rush even know they wasn't busy in side. Staff just stand in the door way giving dirty looks to anyone with children, must be thinking oh they will make mess

    It's hit and miss with McDonalds sometimes, at least the burger was fresh for my visit. The lineup for the drive thru was only 3 or 4 cars long but still took about 15 minutes. Will search for a Burger King next time as the burgers are bigger than McDonalds mini burgers.

    Grabbed a quick bite, very short wait time despite restaurant being busy. Food was freshly prepped and came out hot - makes a change from some Maccies. Staff were polite and friendly.

    10p for a sauce even though I ordered a large meal? Absolutely taking the mick. Assistant manager was blunt and rude, didn't say thanks or anything when I paid for it, just put it on the counter and walked off. Chips also had crispy burnt bits all over them, yuck. Won't be back.

    It's a McDonald's! I question the premise that "you can have it how you want it" so how come it's so difficult to just not put so much top up water in my americano. ? My theory is that the crew who are polite now take orders off of a computer screen so what is lacking is a warm welcome and a fond farewell. Not being a regular customer of McDonald's in general I find navigating the order board awkward even for an American and cappuccino. Nobody seemed to be front of house so to speak. The whole crew seemed to be busy prepping food back stage.. To cut a long story short it would be nice to have the option to order face to face.

    The dips are 10p now unless you use the pump service, which is not very good if it’s a take away meal. The tables were all occupied, so there was no space left. They did not add the tomato dip with my chilli bites. I am most disappointed about the barbecue dips being charged for, as it is difficult to take it with you. I guess we are living desperate times where McDonald is charging for dips. Future advice: take a secure plastic mini box with you to have the bbq sauce in it for take away. Desperate times, desperate measures. I am glad I only come here like twice a year..

    We were passing through on our journey. Very busy at the time with drive through, especially with the building being so close to a petrol station. Car park was chocca. However, despite this, once we got to the window -which wasn't long, the order was placed quickly and the food was ready by the time we got to the collection window. Food very hot and fresh. No hanging about Happy kids!

    By car access to the restaurant is very dangerous and ridiculous. If you prefer to order inside, you have to initially join the queue for the drive-through. This took ten minutes. Then drivers can split and park. However, the food was hot, at least. I also noticed that they don't ask to see your receipt when collecting the order.

    Rude staff. Always not enough people to help. Dirty toilets. Busy enough. Some maron decided a delivery with a huge truck should happen on a Saturday at a busy time, blocking the entire car park. Not sure what they are doing for brains down there. But someone useful must of had the day off! Had to park outside the venue, as chaos was ensuring! Obnoxious and rude staff! Should of gone to Burger King down the road!!

    If coming where McDonald's is on your right, Sat Nav will try to take you down to the roundabout, go in the right hand lane to turn right. Entrance is through the door to supermarket and turn right. As per McDonald's restaurants, clean, tidy and service to our table was quick with the food being hot and the drinks cold. Toilets were clean and had soap and toilet roll.

    I came just after 10 pm, maybe that's the reason, but a few tablets have been a bit dirty and no customers around. Otherwise food was good, hot, and served really quickly. Will come back

    I've given service 2 stars, the reality is that majority of the youngsters and the table clearing staff deserve 5 stars and the managers 0 stars. I ordered adult meals for my 2 children (4 and 6 year old) as they are vegan and there isn't a Mac Plant burger Happy Meal option. So having paid double the price on adult meals compared to happy meal price they refused to give my children a happy meal toy!!!!! We have been to a few Mac Donald's including this one over past few months and all have been happy to give a toy to the children and acknowledge the fact that it isn't ideal that they don't give this vegan option in the happy meal. I will never be going back to this Mac Donald's. It wouldn't be so bad but Mac Donald's is so expensive nowadays you expect a good service. Its nearly as cheap to go to a nice restaurant with proper food and table service!!! You've lost our business Mac Donald's because of 2 very rude members of staff in this franchise and exhorbatant prices (for what you get).

    Could not order on app as no signal. Ordered on machine and no ticket came out. Helpful member of staff remarked that the machines needed servicing, then went off to find my order number as it only appears on the receipt. Chips were cold and soggy, coke was watery and flat. Burger was ok, just. Place to avoid.

    Went during worthing firework night and impressed. They controlled how many were in store, so whilst busy could get a seat. Order came quickly despite the huge number of people. Staff were helpful and the store super clean. Although they had run out of fizzy drink!

    My wife went through your drive thru and ordered 2 cheese burger kiddey meels, 2 chicken burgers,2 coke zeros and a medium shake. There was only 1 toy in 1 box and no toy in the other, the chips were half cooked and cold and the chicken burgers were terrible. I have never had such terrible food from a McDonald's Yours hoping for improvements Bill Jackson PS no point writing a review here as McDonald's don't even respond

    This is not a branch I frequently visit. But definitely not impressed with the state of the place, particularly the dirty tables and messy floors. Certainly not the McDonald's norm I have come to expect. Their cleaning routines are usually good with someone routinely wiping tables and sweeping floors. However on this occasion If you wanted to eat from a clean table then pretty much you had to clean it yourself. A rather poor show I would say.

    Food was as consistent as always but large fries really weren't that much bigger than the medium portion which was unexpected. I'm developing a preference for a banana milkshake over a fizzy drink. The calories aren't as bad as you'd expect!!

    Not your normal Mickies experience. Normally I wouldn't five the golden arches more than 3 stars. But that's because a review is always sought retrospectively and, let's face it, after the event PMS (Post McDonald Sensation) sets in and the feelings of regret are manyfold. But today we simply needed milkshake that resembled cold decorators' caulk and would you believe it, a Mickies was ahead. Despite being one of the busiest days of the year the team were doing great things, delivering many orders very quickly and staff all very friendly and helpful. 4 stars well deserved!

    can be very busy at times but staff always friendly and provide great service. good location just off main road. Lose a star as no hand sanitisers even though number of touch screen self order (have we learned nothing from the pandemic)

    Unfortunately, i cant give 0 stars. On a saturday evening at 9pm the place was heaving. Kitchen staff were unable to keep pace with orders. We waited over hakf an hour for our food which turned out to be cold. While everything was there, the customisations had just been ignored. My burger had bits of kettuce on it, when it doesnt have salad. My fries looked cooked, but were still frozen in the middle. We saw lot of errors and missing items while we were waiting. As a general comment to McD's, please improve the brown bags! They are soflimsy they cant carry anything. They just gave way while walking to the car. I would never use this venue again.

    Went Sevenoaks McDonald's ordered on the drive throw the order I ordered was completely wrong even down to the drinks was sent off the a bay some 20 minutes later out came the meal check it out.so disappointed still got it wrong everything even the coffee what more theses were warm . So I took the order into the store went to the counter. After explaining the situation we had a lot of people looking at each other 5 minutes later got my meal less coffees then another wait for the 2x coffees 1x latte 1x flat white and got 2x normally white coffee. Gave up @ this point.

    Whilst I dislike McDonald's the kids love it. I found the touch screens temperamental and it was very busy when I went. Happy meal toys aren't what they used to be. A few cards rather than a toy.

    It's a mcdonalds you get what you get for fast food restaurant however it's nice ans clean toilets are on the small side quite cramped male toilets urinals are right on the hand dryer so you either walk out with dripping wet hands or start feeling someone up using the dryer, staff polite and helpful

    I was absolutely discusted with the attitude and rudeness of Anthony , after waiting at the till for 15 mins and not being acknowledged, as I am unable to use the automated machine my eyesight is not good. He came to the till and I complained about my wait not shouting or raising my voice, he would not take my order or help me on the automated machine. I then had to ask a customer to help. How disgusting to be treated this way.

    Poor experience at drive thru 1. We was abruptly asked to go to the next window to pay before we had finished ordering but brushed it off to them being busy 2. At the window to pay 3 members of staff were chatting, we handed out cash to pay as the staff proceeded to talk the young lad says “paying by card” and hands us the machine before realising we have cash. 3. Next window the car in front of us did not receive all their order and had to come back to the window to ask for missing items. 4. We asked for ketchup and wasn’t given any nor were we given straws Dow the drinks 5. As we started to drive back we also noticed that we were missing 2 burgers from our order (I went inside and this was rectified immediately wi the an apology) 6. 3 of the burgers lacked very little to NO sauce at all including the new Spanish burger that was mainly lettuce

    We pulled into here after a busy evening. We got a little confused by the lack of lighting and the worn off road markings to get to the car park, but we did it in the end. The service was great, and the food was as usual, delicious. We may come back, it all depends if we're this way again anytime soon.

    I usually come here, I have a sesame allergy and have never had an issue with them changing over the buns on my order…however a man called George was serving us over the drive through and cut me off twice whilst I explained, he was very short and condascending. When we went round to the second window he was there, I asked him if it had gone through to be sure as he cut me off, and he said yes but can’t I see it’s busy, and told my friend the driver off for letting him read out the sauce options for her selects and accused her of knowing already stating we held up the queue. I opened my mc crispy and all be it there was no sesame bun and a normal one, however there was half a wilted lettuce in it which I thought was a bit extreme and passive aggressive. Really dissapointed in the service and have never anywhere else been penalised for having an allergy.

    Great place, great location shame it's not 24 hr, all the 24hr nmmcdonalds near me are never open, constantly having to trek from Chichester, arundel and bognor but never open. I work late and come home in the early hour of the morning and just need to stop and have something before I start again in the next 3 hours to then do a whole 26 hr shift again. This is the only good quality mcdonalds in my area and its only a let down as its on my way home and not 24 hr close chichester mcdonalds as its never open after 10, also staff there are the worst there better of at a Karen's dinner. Buck barns top tier.

    This is the nearest mcdonald's to me and although I do not use mcdonald's a lot when I do go it's this one. Staff very helpful. I have no issues with the food there and place is pretty clean.

    Bucking Amazing! Best maCs around!! guy on the order mic / pay window is a true Boss in the game.... 💯% Knows exactly what he's doing! They should clone him for every store in the Country !!! 😎🤜 10/10 + Seems to be one of the only mcDs who had Milkshakes! JUST NEEDS TO BE 24HR !! Then they be Killin it.... + I WANT MILKSHAKES BETWEEN 1-5AM!! SORT THIS OUT MCDONALDS! YOU ARE A MULTI BILLION£ BUSINESS... I DONT CARE ABOUT MACHINE MAINTENANCE..     Don't know why I keep going back! Every time something is not right. Today's meal had uncooked fries and the sleeves for the fries were only half full. As it was a collection, didn't find any of this out until I got home. All four fries we had were the same. One upside today, it was quiet. Usually this place is manic and as others have pointed out, trying to park is chaotic. Will head to Crawley next time. At least there is ample parking there.

    Car park rammed as usual, at least a 20 minute queue, managed to park and go in so self served hence low service star as I served myself! Ate in the car so atmosphere was pretty awesome. FYI......McCrispy is pretty damn spicy!
