The
rooms
were
not
available
with
the
basic
facilities
like
toiletries
and
towel
The
service
response
of
the
staffs
were
poor.
They
provided
the
rooms
and
they
said
they
don't
have
enough
towel
and
toiletries
And
also
the
response
of
the
staffs
are
a
bit
rude
I
booked
this
hotel
through
Make
my
trip
app
(8
rooms)
It
was
booked
through
make
my
trip
app
and
the
hotel
accepted
the
booking
and
the
payment
was
made.
Then
the
hotel
staffs
called
us
and
asked
us
to
cancel
the
room
saying
rooms
were
not
available.
The
staffs
were
Informing
us
that
they
were
available
with
a
very
less
number
of
rooms
for
the
mentioned
booked
date
so
please
cancel
when
we
mentioned
it
was
non
refundable
and
the
hotel
accepted
the
booking.
They
just
said
rooms
were
not
available
with
us
so
we
can't
do
anything.
Then
we
have
to
reach
out
to
the
customer
care
of
make
my
trip
app
and
get
it
sorted
after
a
series
of
calls
between
us
and
make
my
trip
representatives
and
the
hotel
staffs
to
get
our
booked
rooms
When
we
reached
the
hotel,
the
hotel
was
almost
vacant
and
rooms
were
all
available.
Because
of
the
multiple
conversation,
through
the
make
my
trip
representatives,
the
response
of
the
hotel
staffs
were
pretty
rude.
There
were
no
water
bottle,
no
phone,
on
towel,
no
toiletries
and
very
poor
response
from
the
hotel
staffs
for
whatever
we
asked.
Pretty
bed
experiences
with
this
hotel.
I
would
never
suggest
this
hotel
for
stay
