I visited for senior citizen health check up. Test and consultations are not managed so well. There is a tremendous scope for improvement. They ask you to go from one floor to another floor and with senior citizens it will be very difficult. There is no systematic approach also. Although people coordinate with you they also don’t have any clue. The way they handle patients I am also scared how are they handling the blood samples and all. Please look into the issues and take some action. I see this a good neighbourhood hospital but there is a lot of work to be done at ground level. If you can’t speak Tamil it will be difficult to manage

Very bad paediatric care. Admitted my kid for 8 days there without proper treatment, admitting doctor never visited for 3 days, and no relevant treatment was provided. Later we have to shift her to a higher facility and we saved her at the last minute. Last week my sister admitted due to low BP , oxygen and urine infection.she was in ICU, when they started steroids for BP, not properly injected due to that blood was blocked in hand. Morning doctor was tell that due to more infection the blood clots is happened in hand, we already gave injection to clear blood clots , we can't do anything, need to remove fingers in future.She is in critical if you are interested take her to admit in another hospital. They made the mistake and told us we were not made any mistakes. I have shifted to another hospital now she is improving. But she needs hand surgery to clear blood clots. The doctor said that these blood clots happened due to not properly injecting steroids in hand. Due to doctor negligence and not proper services.

Dr Nirmal kumar and Dr Karthick was very clear with their explanation and the way they handle critical situations is so cool my father had a hole in stomach region he was very critical he needed a immediate surgery(exploratory laparotomy)on mid night but Dr Karthick (anesthetic dept) and Dr Nirmal kumar came to the rescue immediately and saved my father's life . First of the hospital is clean and sanitized but the elevator are always out of service low maintenance for they need to improve that otherwise all are good nurses all are friendly and cool

Last month we admitted my father in law for surgery. After surgery they said, he can be moved to the normal ward today. Very poor service in ICU. But because of poor caring in ICU, they killed him. I have never seen such a money minded hospital. Apart from poor treatment, they looted money also. During admission they said 80k as a package amount. But they collected a double amount. Those people don't know how to fill the cause of the death certificate also. They made us wait for 2 hours to correct that. Very worst caring and attitude. More than that money minded. Please avoid this hospital for surgeries and the treatment requires in ICU.
