Probably my most seamless experience at a place I dread the most. It’s super easy to be at peace when you have a staff that takes care of the patients so well. The cleanliness, systematic arrangements, doctor visits being timely and easy discharge process has made me choose this hospital for times our families need medical help

I joined here for a regular typhoid fever, but why was i scanned and billed for thyroid and liver blood dialysis. I have no idea why it was done for. And also i was about to get discharged in the morning 12.00 pm, but I was being held back for some other reasons which they are not ready to share. As a patient, I've the right to know why my bill is being reconsideration and why discharge is getting late.? Never seen such a worst hospitality. I suggest people not to refer this hospital. Not complaints about doctors and stays here. But the management should speed up in any process.

This is not good for emergency. Main doctors are good but the duty doctors in absense of main doctor not good to handle the emergency. I lost 2 lives trusting this hospital and the reason they gave is very weird. In my case main doctor didn't even come and treated the patience in emergency. Doctors timing, appointment there is no relation. You need to wait for long and then also there is no response.

Good hospitality and Nursing care and doctors care was so good. Thank you Dr. Anbuchezhian Sir the services providing in this hospital was so good, and also we felt as like our home. Some people told me that too much expensive here but when I came in this hospital I realised that the cost is equal to the treatment. Thank you so much 👍 Thank you to Management also

This is hospital is fully money minded and doctors does not know the proper diagnosis and and they don't know how to treat the patients they will charge more money. They are not desired to give at least one star to them. It was a bad experience for me.

Exceptional care and a dedicated staff make this hospital a top choice. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The doctors were knowledgeable, compassionate, and took the time to explain every aspect of my treatment. The nurses and support staff were equally outstanding, always attentive to my needs. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. In-house food and related Canteen facilities are good and hygienic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during my stay. Highly recommend this hospital for anyone in need of medical care. Few suggestions are - they can provide wifi facilities to In patients and their companions. - can make some arrangements to prevent the chaotic situations that prevail in all the hospital floors due to crowd. - Only 2 lifts are available currently. Can have separate lifts for patients in wheelchair or trolley beds and increase the number of lifts for other people to prevent the chaos. - should emphasize all people to wear mask always inside the hospital premises.

Venkatesh Sir and Varun Sir have treated my Mother so well. I will definitely recommend this hospital. But, when it comes to Cost its bit high. I feel whatever they are charging is appropriate or equal to their service.

I'm very much satisfied with this Hospital. Good atmosphere. Overall treatment is good. The services were good and the staff and doctors were excellent in all ways. Thanks, everything was good. Hi All, It’s worst experience for us. We got appointment at 11:40 am ist we reached 11:30 and registered but they said doctor will come at 1 pm ist . Request to respect others time as well Please share if any escalation contact details Please do not say sorry for inconvenience as usual

It is very rubbish hospital. Some doctors are very arrogant and egoestic. And they think they know everything about patient condition and don't want discussion from patient family members/doctor regarding patient condition . If you want to go for normal disease or if your patience is not in critical condition then you can go else don't go in this hospital. Not supportive doctors and less experienced doctors here while they think that they know everything about patient disease. If your patient dies, nothing will happen to them. You will be at loss. So if your patient is in ICU and is in series condition then always discuss with other senior doctors of other hospitals also so that you can save the life of your patient.

They provided very normal service but the change are like we 2 time higher than any of the beat hospitals. That too for pregnancy, delivery, specifically if you are with insurance they loot you like anything. It's better to go to some very normal hospital with same service and with 50 to 60 % less charges. I don't prefer this hospital for anyone after my experience with this hospital.

First we need to be in queue for 20 minutes to get OP card for doctor. The ultrasound waiting time more than one hour. Once we get scan results again we need to wait long hours for doctor consulting. They should do proper coordination and we noticed there is a lot of miscommunication which increases the delay. Overall we need to be in hospital for 4 hours to get some turnaround. - Need to increase bill payment counters during Morning and evening peak hours. - Few peoples came for scan directly later they went for paying fees. - Always someone needs to be outside of scan room to guide (or) answer patients questions. - Please introduce some online payment system (or) hospital App to do payments and convenience.

I have visited kauvery Hospital in Hosur today, It's one of the biggest hospital in hosur, Hospital premises is clean and well maintained as came to visit a patient who is admitted in the ICU Unit, I don't have knowledge about their service to patients, I'm adding the pics i took in the hospital i see they deal with many specialties in this hospital

My father was admitted on 26th Oct 23, taken care by senior most doctors. When it happened to rush to ICU in the mid night, team worked swiftly and made everything required. Today he is getting discharged after the completion of treatment. Nursing team around the clock are functioning always with same energy. Housekeeping is excellent. Thanks to the senior management team for leading, guiding, motivating a wonderful team.

Worst nursing care and delayed services. Post admission for doctor to come and see the patient takes forever..To administer medications also we have to call them each time. Disappointed with treatment. Will never go to such hospital and will not recommend too. Bad experience. Especially those who are posted in common ward(nurses). My younger brother was admitted in 309.. at that time it all happened.. Nurses were chitchatting in nurses Station and didn't bother to come and visit patient even when we called them too.. That much ignorance..
