I
tried
avoid
giving
them
a
review
every
time
'coz
it'll
be
more
bad
experience
than
good.
I'm
not
sure
if
management
will
look
into
this
but
atleast
it'll
be
helpful
for
the
patients
or
anyone
who's
planning
to
come
here.
I've
been
here
4-6
times
including
today.
Never
once
these
guys
are
punctual
or
stick
to
the
time
they
give
appointments.
I've
booked
ultrasound
scan
appointment
a
month
back
for
today
(Dec
9,
2023)
9:00am.
Came
here
by
8:45am,
they
said
it's
going
to
be
9:30am.
Till
10am,
no
one
came.
Unfortunately,
we've
not
taken
breakfast
since
we
had
to
travel
20km
and
reach
hospital
before
9
based
on
their
given
appointment.
Thought
I
could
take
breakfast
after
the
scan.
Atleast
someone
came
around
10:05am
but
they
informed
it'll
take
another
45mins
since
there
are
3
people
before
us.
Based
on
their
appointment,
the
first
schedule
starts
by
9am,
I
booked
for
the
first
slot.
Not
sure
if
they're
giving
same
timing
for
multiple
people.
I
went
to
take
my
breakfast
and
came
back
by
10:30am.
And
the
waiting
continues...
finally
went
inside,
10:40am.
The
cherry
on
top
is
I'm
having
1st
appointment
for
OG'cian
by
11am
to
review
this
scan
report.
Madam
never
came
on
time,
not
even
once.
Atleast
during
all
my
visits.
It'll
be
always
between
11:45-12am.
I
used
to
this,
it's
always
leave
to
work
when
I'm
visiting
here.
Wondering
how
come
there's
no
one
in
private
management
asking
them
questions.
Atleast,
hoping
to
get
the
report
before
doctor
arrives.
Since
everything
happens
delayed,
they
do
have
a
coordination
to
keep
things
flow
on
their
own
way.
You'll
be
delayed
for
scan/test,
delayed
for
report,
then
delayed
for
doctor
arrival.
so
if
you
look
at
the
whole
picture,
the
mistake
is
on
patients
not
being
late
everytime.
I'm
not
complaining
everything,
they
do
take
good
care
of
people
but
this
is
no
one
want
experience
while
visiting
a
private
Healthcare.
