Hi, I would like to mention about Sathya who works in pharmacy. For certain instances I had paid the same medicine bill twice but they didn't refund immediately. I had to call multiple times to follow up but this employee Sathya who works in pharmacy went extra mile to refund my money. Her customer ethics is much appreciated! People like her are great asset to the hospital. On a personal note the services in the hospital should be improved. Long queue which is uncontrollable hindering the common pathway is annoying.

Gunam hospital was taking care of our brother very well and restroom and bed were very clean even security was ensuring about the patient which was really helpful, but it was so difficult for shifting room which took a while.. and we should keep on asking asking for nurse for everything, the thing is not on time which should be noted!!! And chair or stool can be placed over the floor for attenders or visitors who are always standing for long time. Thanks a lot for all the nurse and doctors. Dr.Pradeep Kumar sir was taking much care and treatment was great!!! Personally I thank him

Worst experience in Gunam pharmacy..Only one person searching for medicine, billing & struggling manage the crowd in the pharmacy at 10 PM & ppl (patients/ childrens) are standing in a que for more than 40 mins to purchase the medicines...😡😡😡😡 No proper response from the hospital management for the feedback & the complaint which sent in email too. Also no experience doctors available in the weekends... Hope training doctors are in emergency during the weekends, they aren't ready to hear patient problems...

Never expected a worst responses from the attendees who are suppose to be patient friendly. Especially the receptionists are so careless in replying to our queries or concerns. Poor customer services...... My Mom had a sever blood clot in her thigh. We went to check with the doc in Gunam on 7th Feb'24. We waited for almost 2 hours 30 minutes for our turn. Doctor prescribed to take a blood and scan tests for my mom. So it took another 2 hours. When we came back to show the report, @ 9:20 PM the doctor already left for the day. One of the nurse in Gunam had informed us we could consult the doc within three days of our next visit to show the report. So , we went on the third day afternoon, which the admin and attendees of Gunam hospital are not allowing us to consult the doc. It is not our fault for the delay as the report came to us only on the next day of our first visit. So impatient in listening to the patient's concerns and poor attendees.... Never expected this from a big hospital..........

I reached emergency care midnight around 1 am due to heavy fever and I got admitted on insurance scheme but failed claiming my billing amount and finally put on my head only when I was in great crisis. The doctors and management and also the insurance persons all tensed me though I was patient. It is really condemned and the hospital will face the consequences soon. Be careful before admission if you are a insured patient. Money oriented and less services hospital overall to say

I tried avoid giving them a review every time 'coz it'll be more bad experience than good. I'm not sure if management will look into this but atleast it'll be helpful for the patients or anyone who's planning to come here. I've been here 4-6 times including today. Never once these guys are punctual or stick to the time they give appointments. I've booked ultrasound scan appointment a month back for today (Dec 9, 2023) 9:00am. Came here by 8:45am, they said it's going to be 9:30am. Till 10am, no one came. Unfortunately, we've not taken breakfast since we had to travel 20km and reach hospital before 9 based on their given appointment. Thought I could take breakfast after the scan. Atleast someone came around 10:05am but they informed it'll take another 45mins since there are 3 people before us. Based on their appointment, the first schedule starts by 9am, I booked for the first slot. Not sure if they're giving same timing for multiple people. I went to take my breakfast and came back by 10:30am. And the waiting continues... finally went inside, 10:40am. The cherry on top is I'm having 1st appointment for OG'cian by 11am to review this scan report. Madam never came on time, not even once. Atleast during all my visits. It'll be always between 11:45-12am. I used to this, it's always leave to work when I'm visiting here. Wondering how come there's no one in private management asking them questions. Atleast, hoping to get the report before doctor arrives. Since everything happens delayed, they do have a coordination to keep things flow on their own way. You'll be delayed for scan/test, delayed for report, then delayed for doctor arrival. so if you look at the whole picture, the mistake is on patients not being late everytime. I'm not complaining everything, they do take good care of people but this is no one want experience while visiting a private Healthcare.

In one incident, whatever instructions Doctor gave at morning 10.30, the tasks were not taken up immediately and required follow up from our side. This may be improved. Apart from nurse, some responsible person should monitor this. Thus is my suggestion.

Gud care and treatment for heart angeo. Dr. Lakshmikanth very kind and experienced. V r verymuch satisfied with his treatment. Hospital is very neat and clean. Staffs and nurses are prompt and kind.

Consulted Dr.Karthik Pandian for my treatment for pulmonary pneumonia. Got admitted and close attention given. Well taken care off and nursing staffs were good. Got cured from fever and discharging today. Thanks Gunam hospital staffs.

Effective co ordination and treatment.. all details explained clearly before surgery... Fees can be reduced to middle class family.. Thanks for the support...

OPD: Hospital infrastructure is good. OPD fees are comparatively less. But they need to educate their staff on how to be professionals (it includes all the staff except doctors). There will be long wait time for pediotric doctors. It's not just because of the crowd, they do multiple round of checkups, seems like some training going on. In patient experience: My mother admitted here for a couple of days. Care and service is OK. During discharge, hospital staff came and asked for my mobile. When I asked for purpose, she said need to get feedback. Then I asked her the link to post feedback, then she told me to post feedback in Google and she insisted on doing it before discharge. I refused... First thing they force people to post something on social media. Secondly if I was ignorant, she would have posted a review from my account, that's not at all acceptable.

Not following patients safety hygiene, when taking blood test not following the standards, very bad. Also doctor "Nagarajan KV MD" after examined child's health condition advised Admission even though child's condition is good. Money minded and no care at all. Not a suitable hospital for children.

Dr. Arunkumar sir Treatment was good..It was a comfortable stay. The staff was very concerned and helpful. Overall a great experience. Keep up the good work.thanks for all hospital staffs.

Good treatment and facilities. The front desk staff can be a little polite and trained on how to handle the customers. Booking an appointment over phone is an annoying task with them. Maybe they’re influenced by the GH opposite to them because the behavior is not much different.

My mom consulted Dr. Karthik Pandiyan for Pneumonia. The treatment was really good and the nurses and maintenance staffs were really caring and cooperative. Overall I would really recommend Gunam hospital
