For a modest price, the food was a big plus point. Tasty. Freshly prepared. Pet dogs added some charm. Whole estate is dead quiet! Not a soul around. That's the end of good stuff. The facilities have nil maintenance, be it swiming pool, or lawns around play area. Toilets are in a bad shape. Toilet door may shut, or may not. Only one light works in the room. Eating area near the kitchen has cobwebs hanging about. Place is dusty. Wash basin in that place is barely functional. Access roads are almost washed away. No sign to direct to rooms, once you enter themain gate. A beautiful location simply wasted due to poor maintenance.

This is a resort for those who wants to spend time with family and group (including pets). This is not a luxury resort, there is no WIFI, TV, AC etc. Far from the city noise, connect to the nature. The owner is working on upgrades few infrastructure needs to be addressed and fixed or upgraded. Homely food and great hospitality ( home type). Enjoy bon fire with the group. Approach road not that great but very calm and peaceful. Overall 4.5 star within this category.

Worst experience, had chosen this resort based on google reviews, but i am not sure how they managed to get this much positive reviews. The resort is not at all maintained, rooms are really dirty and cuboards are broken and not useful. Service was worst. We got evening tea at 7.00 PM and they not even bother if ask too. Swimming pool not cleaned for ages. They do not even care to maintain the only aminity they have for the customers. They have a dining room , we chose to sit there as we have small kids, but the table chairs, floor, wash area was full of dust and was thinking how there kitchen would be if the places we see are like this.

Beautiful place, great ambiance. Very peaceful If you are looking for luxurious stuff like multiple cusine and all glossy stuff.. i wouldn't recommend. If you are looking for a peaceful place with nice shoes ambiance and homely food. This is the right place. Refreshing

It's a very spacious place and easy to reach from Bangalore. It took only 1.30 hours for us to reach this place. You can feel very private and full of greenary. Good and safety place for staying with Family. But only problem is the food is not that great to eat. As they charge per person wise we felt it is cheaper including three times food. Breakfast was good. But lunch and Dinner is not that great. Ok ok as they prepare hot and giving no harm like normal outside food. There is no wifi but car parking in front of our room itself we can park. Overall it is for a change from our daily routine we can stay here and enjoy the nature.

I was here for a short stay this past week. Lovely, serene location and very close to Bangalore (80 minutes from Koramangala). Pros: - The location is very quiet and serene and set amidst greenery and a Dam nearby. I wanted to make a getaway to a place away from the noise of the city and this fit my expectations perfectly. I was able to read and relax apart from playing badminton and archery, which the staff provides you with. - The Service is good. Hari and his brother Madhu manage the property and they make you feel at ease from the start of the booking. I wanted to step out into the wooded area nearby in the morning to check out the peacocks and Hari made sure to send one of his staff members along which was a great gesture. Hari also gave me a flashlight for my evening walk and these little things add up. - The food is absolutely delicious! The Pepper Chicken starter for dinner, the dosa for breakfast and the Mango curry for lunch the next day were my favorites. The cooking is Andhra style and might be a lil spicy but is very delicious. - Great Value for Money. I made a booking during the weekday and I got a great deal in terms of pricing. Cons: The only con I can think of is that the last 15 mins (3-4 km) of the journey is on an untarred road which can get challenging especially if its raining. I was driving an SUV and still had to stay on guard. But this is the local municipality's responsibility and the Owner can only do so much here. Also, there's no AC right now (Owner is working on installing it in 2 rooms shortly) -- but the weather was so good you don't really need an AC at this time of the year (July). As someone said, this isn't a conventional Resort but is more of a homestay spread over 14 acres with a family managing the setup. Overall, good value for money, delicious food and a nice location for a quick getaway from Bangalore. (Rating: 9/10)

A pretty down to earth place for those with nominal expectations of a resort stay. All amenities are basic but available. It's a good location for those on a budget. The last mile of getting there is a challenge even with Google maps. Delicious food, great hosts, wide open spaces and liberal parking and playing space are the positives.

Amazing place, the host goes out of his way to satisfy our wants and requirements. Beautiful place to relax with friends and family. It's a huge place maintained well, lush greens around the place. It has a nice pool, they serve you the starters where ever you are partying and as the evening sets a nice bon fire is arranged. The staff is very courteous and understanding. Also there is no sound of vehicles and traffic which makes it much more peaceful. Overall a great experience and a must stay if your going with family, friends or loved ones.
