which
do
not
make
any
sense
to
US,
when
You
do
not
treat
your
Customer
Perfectly.
My
son's
watch
needed
a
new
strap,
so
we
went
to
replace
it,
but
the
lady
at
the
service
counter
treated
us
like
we
were
attempting
to
steal
something.
If
we
asked
any
questions,
we
would
only
get
one-word
replies,
which
made
the
experience
terrible.
The
strap
was
obviously
more
expensive
than
Rs.
1300.
They
have
a
few
old-model
chairs+sofa
kind,
that
don't
fit
their
decor,
and
it
takes
around
20
to
30
minutes
to
change
the
strap.
In
the
meantime,
where
do
customers
sit
(it
was
already
occupied
by
few
people).
You
tend
to
wander
around
the
store
and
there
will
always
be
10
to
15
pairs
of
eyes
watching
you,
with
a
black
dress,
as
if
you
are
there
to
steal
something.
The
staff
members
need
sufficient
training,
There
are
several
reasons
why
people
would
go
there,
including
1.
window
shopping,
2.
price
comparison,
3.
repairs,
etc.,
and
this
is
what
we
finally
get
from
India's
Best
Company.
