First of all I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Jayaraman Sir and dr Aggarwals Hospital hosur. 1.dr jayaraman sir is very experienced Doctor , handled patience very well. From my experience, I say, if you want to meet Jayaraman Sir, then meet him. Very clean aggarwal hospital in hosur and thank you for Jayaraman Sir and Agarwals

Extraordinary treatment and they will take care of you in a superb manner. Doctors and staffs are very good in treating patients. But cost of spectacles is over priced , atleast 3k to 4k, I assume that as a reasonable price . But cost of that spectacles are over priced, they can consider this (feedback from most of the customers).

We have experienced very good service and care taken by Doctor and staffs. Myself relly admire the ambiance and hospitality keep up the good work. We strongly recommend who really want to check their eyes.

Service was fine and place is also neat and clean. But their purchase policy is not good. After the doctor consultation, on the opticals with lack of knowledge ordered a costly glass for the specs after, but after discussing with family within an hour tried to change the lens with other one with frame for the same cost (didn’t asked for a refund as well) by they denied and told its not in their policy and told the order has been already pushed from Their website, Which is not felt good and this policy can be revised by the hospital to make customer friendly. Update:- after providing review here and wrote email to the support team they helped me correcting my order and delivered the glass and lens as I have requested. So providing the 5* now.

Best service,and the doctors there are very humble and are open to all our queries. We don't have to wait for the service there as it is well planned and you'll barely have to wait to visit the doctor as the steps are done accurately and simultaneously. Overall the experience was wholesome. I shall highly recommend this place.

Appointment process is bad. Such a big hospital do not handle appointment system properly. Once walked in, we have to wait for hours to meet the right doctor/person. We do not need generic reply commemt like you do for all the review comments. Instead of replying, please take necessary steps to manage appointment system.
