Ladies, be aware, housekeeping boys are entering into female rest rooms. When we reported the issue to Front Desk Manager, he is not at all bothered. Arogant and Admant staff. Not eligible to work in service industry. Don't go for morning breakfast a la carte. Will have to wait at least 30 to 40 mins. And, average food quality and taste.

• We stopped here to have breakfast on our way to hometown. • Wanted to use lobby restroom🚺 and went inside, suddenly one housekeeping boy entered.I shouted at him and asked him to go out.Then again same person came inside (he was not holding any moph or any cleaning items-Suspicious).I was shocked got him redhandedly took him to front desk manager and reported about the issue. • No response from the management. • Ladies be aware, if you are visiting this restaurant. • And, average food quality and taste. • Irresponsible staff, cannot expect hospitality. • Took nearly 40-50mins to get one plate poori.

Preferred guests only gets good service, Before reservation ask will you get preferred guests treatment. Different treatments guests to guest. Water bottle in dining is chargeable for some guests and complimentary for their preferred guests. Every single thing they do differs guest to guest though the room rates are same or higher we pay. Policies are varying guest to guest. They won’t accept the fact, I discussed with Mr. Devaraj front office manager. Not ready to accept it. Preferred guests get best room, given very small room while check in. Struggled for an hour to get decent room then a day to get preferred room. Food taste is good but buffet menu doesn’t change much. You will have a feel of having same food every day after 4 days. If you are allergic to some food there is not alternative options given. They will stick to there menu. F&B team will except guests to be flexible. Travel service and the drivers are very good. Travel arrangements/Co ordination needs improvement

I haven't not stayed here. But we have visited restaurant and tasted night dinner buffet. Cost is somewhat higher. Quality is very good. Ordered chicken rice. Received less Quantity for the price we paid. Hotel Location is on the highway. Very easy to reach from city. Interior is so nice.

Had an amazing stay at Claresta. Staffs were friendly.Neat and spacious room.They have a small play area for kids. Buffet lunch had lot of varieties especially on Xmas day(699 per head). Complimentary breakfast was a normal one and had less varieties. Overall had a great stay.

Though my preferred Hotel for stay in Hosur. This visit turned out to be unpleasant. The AC wasn't working, change of room post check in due to technical problem. The check in checkout can be smooth inspite of no other guest waiting, the reception keeps checking, calling etc making me wait for long.

Non veg meals here are not up to the mark.They charge Non veg meals 299/- and they provide only bones. It's not worth 100/-. They provide unlimited white rice and gravy. At least they don't provide a good dessert or sweet. This review is only for meals and I'm not taken other services provided by the host.

While the facility is good the service is extremely disappointing. Since we planned to checkout early we had asked them to pack some sandwiches and cut fruits. We were given one sandwich and one small box of cut fruits and were told that it needs to be shared. Absolutely disgusting. Sharing a picture for reference.

Most of reco on this hotel are fake paid one (Check several hotel and you will find copy paste or mention about very Nice panorama which for Hosur is a joke) Having tried several hotel in Hosur, it is one of the good one. Very noisy environnent days and night (close to motorway without any isolation) but all the same in Hosur. WiFi is VERY slow. They say having a spa but in fact not The restaurant is relatively good and welcoming.

One of the best hotels near Hosur. We got a Luxury experience in a valued deal. The breakfast buffet had a wide spread and tasted delicious.

Haven't stayed here, but Claresta is a surprisingly nice and unexpected spot to stopover for breakfast or lunch if you're heading in Chennai/ Coimbatore direction, from Bangalore. The entire property is well maintained with good parking. Their restaurants offer a wide menu. Breakfast offers a sumptous buffet spread of Indian and Continental. Earlier we have had lunch here too (super South Indian meal!) and the taste and pricing are excellent.

I stayed in this hotel on behalf my business visit. The rooms are neat. I would like to give 5 star only for food everything was perfect. I personally like the food they served including complementary breakfast. I tried chicken, fish, prawns its realy fresh and especially the sambar and paneer masala those were out of the world.

The best moment that experience in Claresta Hostels, it's really amazing. The place is very beautiful and rooms were very cleaned and with good interior designs. coming to the food here the breakfast, lunch and all are too good I loved the delicious south Indian foods over here.Promise guys, if you come and taste this once. Stayed at this hotel on a family marriage function trip. Hotel is excellent in every manner like rooms, dining cleaning, ambiance. I came here for the first time and the experience was so good. Evening buffet has wide spread of varieties at affordable cost. Hotel has swimming pool and gym. Ample parking space and greenery is maintained all over. Hotel is located at busiest highway in Hosur.

Very good property and excellent service and I would like to extend a special appreciation to Mr. Abdul for a fab service.....food was also very good...if at all i have to identify an area for improvement, it could be the front desk....took somtime to checkout.....but overall value for money...

Perfect hotel for business people's. But no room for driver's. Driver rest is important for guest. Kindly consider travels driver's also humans.

One of the oldest and finest hotels and restaurants in Hosur, very good service,clean and neat rooms. Best hotel with all required amenities including GYM, Swimming pool, Restaurant and Bar. The hotel has the best location at Hosur and a very peaceful environment. The restaurant is full of breakfast and lunch and dinner with a wide variety of sweets. Rooms are comfortable with all required amenities including tea coffee options. Good swimming pool and gym. Guests can walk around after their meals. The hotel has superb views of the city and hill top temple of Bagwan Shiva. The hotel has a good conference room that can accommodate a good number of people. It was a really great experience.. Complimentary breakfast & room service was excellent.. Variety of food they served right from fruit salads to Indian & english breakfast dishes. The rooms are very neat & clean.. Overall it was a memorable experience

Food is good. It's a good stop to make before the long ride to Chennai. They were renovating the entrance when I went, hopefully it will be better. The staff are also well trained.

Excellent rooms, well attended, well maintained pool and childrens play area, good food - we took ala-carte for dinner and buffet breakfast, all dishes were tasty and there was a good spread of dishes on the buffet. Its right off the Highway with ample parking, very courteous staff - even the security at the car park offered to help us with our luggage from the car park to the reception where he handed over to room service, very pleasant and obliging people at the reception. We took a break on our drive from Pune to Kottayam and it was worth every penny.

Great hotel. The staff are well trained and behaved. Room was good, did not use the gym/swimming pool. Food buffet is excellent. Had a lot of different items on my two weeks stay here. However, the staff are quite slow at serving water. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hosur.

The rooms was up to the mark... Good enough to live in.... But nothing extremely luxurious... The service was good... The hotel staff was great... Food was 👌... Lot of varieties... But can do better... But more than enough for a great meal... The buffet package was worth for the price... Swimming pool is great and the gym and health center is good too... Good enough to go through your routine... The commute to rooms are also good... They have a lot of space to just hang out... Out of your room... Be nice to the service guys there they will give u Complementaries...

It was a pit stop in Claresta on our journey back to Chennai. We stayed here for a night. Claresta is located on the highway NH44. It’s clean & neat. Staffs are polite. Buffet spread was good, a la carte is also available. Food tasted good. There is swimming pool and spa. They have vast parking space. Room was spacious, bathroom was small but very well maintained. Over all worth the money.

It was a very terrible experience being at this place. The food was worst , everything we ordered was tasteless. We complained to the waiter there And when we wanted to complain after eating the tasteless starters the guy on the cash counter , Ganesha was not even listening. He was looking at his system and didn't even was giving an ear. It was my special today and I was with my friends to give them a treat but all became a waste. We even didn't had main course there. I had a very bad evening. Will not suggest anyone to be at this place to dine.

I stayed here for a night to attend a conference. My room was incredibly spacious and well maintained. The bathroom, though small was clean and well stocked. The conference hall could be better maintained and the buffet breakfast needs much more variety. Overall a great place to stay in Hosur.

Great atmosphere. We celebrated our daughter's baby shower function there. The food they served was traditional and excellent in quality and quantity. Rooms for our guests were tidy and spacious and we'll equipped. It was a great experience over all. Staff are all very courteous and eager to meet our needs.

Not at all happy with services. Poor response after calling on desk front and no proper clarification from the Hotel manager on 18% GST applies on food service bill in the hotel’s 180 Degree restaurant.
