The delivery guys are very rude not even acceptable to come near house they stop at they are preferred location and ask to come and collect they think they giving freely to us very bad service

Address is same but the location in map is incorrect. Actual Amazon Delivery office is located near Sudappa Kalyanamandapam, matham road (via Muneeshwar nagar). There is a school next to kalyanamandapam opposite to that can check with any shop near by for route.

Amazon claims that it can deliver products to my pincode, but office at hosur claims that my pincode is not serviceable. More than 10 oders were cancelled from last 1 year, they have mentioned the reason for return as product damaged. Even seen a delivery boy giving missed call that too from Amazon delivery number, these guys do that. I never realised till now that these office at hosur doing such kind of activities but amazon gives the hope of delivery while these guys just return the oders even without attempting.

Delivery products are not delivered as per delivery date. They will make blank call to customer and cut the call, so that they can post pone the delivery. This is done only when they interchange products inside package.

Worst delivery service. When Amazon accepts an order for a certain pincode, the delivery guys who are paid to deliver the product doesn't deliver the product. They return the product as damaged. They should learn to deliver from Flipkart delivery service.

The location in maps is little off......it s few meters away from it. And it's in the complex in that area. They stick to the rules like " I will come to home and update the home delivery" and verify.....and they do provide the product with you if you ask and if you verify yourself with them ......

Amazon has hired uneducated and manners less employee's to deliver either an iPhone or an scandal. We can just order but delivery won't come. All out of service itseems, but these nonsense people will report as product damaged. Since I raised many complaints but no steps has been taken.
