I travel 50+kms to come to this store In Hosur though there are many in Bengaluru. Now I am regular customer in this store. Excellent staff. Very personalised service. Dhanalakshmi has been very helpful over the last 3 years. They have good designs for jewellery pieces. One needs to take the time to find those good designs amongst the mass-market pieces. One can save on the making charges by buying through the saving schemes. This is store is in a busy corner on Hosur road. There is a huge paid car parking space next to GRT store. For customers there is no charges for parking vehicles in the adjacent area. There are multiple restaurants in the neighborhood. Anjappar is just across the street. Recommend this GRT store.

They have good collections. However, they keep the wastage % high on the tags. They expect the customers to bargain.. and after level 1 level 2 bargain, they bring it down by 2-3%, which personally I felt was a waste of time and energy. With a baby in hand and old family members, I had to struggle wasting time on this wastage%. It would be better if such standard places fix a nominal rate without expecting people to do this! Even after this negotiation, I found that their wastage% is comparatively higher than other jewelry shops. Feeding room was actually a store room space underneath the steps with old worn-out furniture, without any air vent :D :D

The collection of design, purity, price etc., are fine. They also have a range of silver coated silver jewellery which is making it a stop for those who look for a budget friendly jewellery. Yet Customer service could be satisfactory.
