Worst service... gave my laptop for service 3 months back, I got it back today stating my problem can't be resolved..... and moreover they have replaced my original charger with a duplicate local wire..... very bad service, I even suspect tampering of my laptop..... if you're looking for reliable service, better take your laptop to Bangalore.

Dell laptops are worst please don't waste your money especially on the inspiron series. The worst laptops ever seen.The workers in the store are good, the workers working in the service centre are good, the suggestions given by the sales man are good but the laptops are worst. If you are going to buy a dell laptop make sure you have a lot of patience within you because immediately after the first week of purchasing, the laptop starts to hang. The service centre helps you at their best if any other problems come but if the problem of hanging comes their only answer will be to update your laptop. Its true that the laptop works smoothly after update but the problem is update comes once in two days and the update will be large enough to take atleast an hour to update. If you want laptops for offline use you can go for dell but for online use you must spend an hour daily to open the browser.
