Very bad hotel. Staff is terrible, rude and greedy. They cheat people, they are scammers.

Hotel closed due to some reasons pls remove the hotel profile.

Totally fraud ...very worst experience here , very bad condition of room with very poor facilities as per pictures not was there...also which check out not providing proper bill...so tatally wastega of time and money here

Great hotel!!!! Me and my cousins were visiting India form the USA for a family wedding and we had the pleasure of staying at hotel satyam for a few days. Rahul was awesome and the rest of staff and owner were great.

24/07/2016 MARAVILLOSO HOTEL Fuimos con mi familia, el hotel es tremendamente encantador. Con las reliquias que ves ni bien entrás, quedás maravillado. Los empleados son sumamente amables, cordiales y dispuestos a ayudar. Lo mejor es el desayuno en la terraza (muy completo) con vista a la Mezquita Azul, un verdadero privilegio. Adoré el libro que nos regalaron donde cuentan los descubrimientos arqueológicos realizados mientras… The hotel is perfectly situated, in the heart on Sultanahment; the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are right nearby. Overall, the service was impeccable. The hotel staff made us a huge favor by sending our luggage to the airport at 1:00 am when we needed it urgently. They helped us plan our days (we stayed five days in Istanul) by recommending excellent places to eat, and locating the best landmarks at the best times for us. My family really enjoyed their time in Istanbul, and we really recommend this hotel if you ever find yourself at Sultanahmet.
