I visited this place for the very first time for a post birthday celebration of my mom. Here are my observations: 1. The hygiene in the restaurant is up to the mark. Though at washrooms, it can be improved with a better maintenance. 2. The interior designing of the hotel is contemporary as well as attractive. The seating arrangement is comfy enough with complete required amenities. 3. The staff is very professional and well behaved. They are aware of their menu and their Modus operandi of a serving cuisines is wonderful. 4. The buffet is amazing to taste as well as presentation! 5. The food and mock tails served were amazingly prepared and tasted really well. Though they can work more on their soup preparations. 6. The menu has wide variety. Also, the prices set are fine. Thank you for a wonderful hospitality. I hope my feedbacks would be taken in a positive spirit.

I am giving this Restaurant one star because this what happened with me when I went there I told them to play punjabi music and the manager sorry we can't I was like but why he said mam we need to take license for playing punjabi music in punjab. is that makes any sense we live in Punjab you earn from Punjab people like them are making punjabi language extinct but why is this happening becauss we are not speaking for our mother language . Though it is a good restaurant, but staff mainly management really very unprofessional. Asking customers for google reviews and feedback( its good to ask) but posting check-in by getting customers mobile on social media without even informing them that u have posted on FB. Man social media is a personal space and u people don't have any permission to use or post using customers mobile. I know that's my own fault who simply handed over my own mobile but... I can't say who did this from the staff, but its a very unprofessional thing that u did. I just want to say :have some manners, that will help u to have a good name in the city and also will help u to get trust.

Ambience 5 star Staff 5 star Food 3 star We have selected buffet ( It's buffet with less no of food varieties which is getting served on table, not like barbecue nation and all )which costs 599/member which is quite descent in terms of cost ( veg manchou soup is the best, tikki and other dry item is not upto the mark, Manchurian and paneer tikka was good, main course needs more variety addition) To be honest we like the food in first half and gradually didn't liked when we are full in stomach🌝 ....may be because we are strictly non vegetarian, this might be other case we didn't like food very much.. But all the food is on the sweeter side ( need to be little spicy)

The buffet was incredible but due to new staff the presentation and serving was moderate . Although the experience was great.The staff was very polite and cooperative.This place is best for family gatherings

It's located at peaceful and good location so we stopped for lunch. The ambiance and services is good but the food waa average. The onions served with food looked like many days old. And the washrooms were in pathetic condition. I might not visit this place again.

The food at saffron restaurant is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and specially newly added paneer angara test was so good and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at the place and staff is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place.

The staff is good but the food is issue here, soup preparations are rubbish and was unbearable to take a sight of it and the main course was super oily. Would not recommend.

Went for Dinner and I would say the experience was very good. Ambience is good. Staff etiquettes were very good. We order Indian food and it was delicious. Service was on time and appropriate. Overall nice place in Hoshiarpur to have some good quality food and atmosphere.

Well came here for dinner. Thought this place will have some vibes but disappointed. Could have much better. Uncooked foods (Baby Corn Chilli) I ordered. Pizza was good, so was Masala Dosa. Giving 3 stars for the uncooked food only otherwise could have given 4.

Visited a while back with parents and loved the ambience of the place. The setting and upkeep is amazing, so is the service. True to it's name, the restaurant specialises in North Indian cuisine. We took a risk opting for Chinese. The fried rice was made using basmati, the Manchurian balls were too soft and gravy wasn't up to mark. The veg crispy, while cooked well, was inadequate in terms of sauces. Overall, an average experience since the food was the main priority. Wouldn't recommend any other cuisines here.

The hospitality and ambience of the restaurant is great. You won't see a more courteous staff anywhere else in hoshiarpur. They make you feel sooo comfortable. Coming to food, tastes great. They have a good variety too. The only con is the food is a bit overpriced considering the quantity they serve. But overall, its a pretty enjoyable experience

For Hoshiarpur the food is really good. We had the dinner buffet. Price was good around 450. Everything was delicious. The panner was super fresh for the tikka. The seekh potato was amazing. Cutlets were really good. Kadai Paneer, Daal and Naan were really good. Please try you will not be dissatisfied!! 4/5
