    1. Place is very good. 2. But prices are high. 3. Upper middle-class and rich people can afford to buy flats or plots here. 4. Housing loan facilities are available. 5. Very peaceful area. 6. People come for walking and jogging here as roads are very good inside. 7. Just shortcoming lies in entrance through Aman Hospital area...Just few front homes, while entrance cause the road transportation difficult but when you enter the area, it is very awesome, calm and beautiful.
