Absolutely furious. Tried to return an item never worn with tags & receipt in hand but was told I could only receive a refund via the original payment (card) or gift card per their policy. I did not have the original card at the time of return & I did not want a gift card. I asked for cash & they said their system won’t allow it. That policy was NOT listed on their receipt at all. I felt lied to. I had asked about returns upon purchase & was never told I had to have the original card. What a way to lie to your customers. I will be calling corporate because this is ridiculous

Great selection of lingerie, women’s, men’s, and kids. Large store was clean and well organized. Nice selection of James Avery jewelry. Swim suit season has a a ton of brands and varieties to choose from. Chubbies brand is also sold here in the men’s selection.

Sales consultants are knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. Petite section has a broad selection of fashions. For the most part, floor stock is well organized frequently, though the aisles are a bit too crowded by shelving. Well managed and well appointed dressing room area.

Its just a typical department store, what this one has over others is its pretty dead so its not insanely busy

I've been a lifelong customer of Dillards and always will. Thier selection is excellent and sales are awesome. My favorite shirts to wear are their gold label button ups. :)

Uptown Shopping mall!! The mall is about empty, but it had some good stores in there. Spencer's, Bath n Body works, JcPenny, Rue 21 and Dillard. We found some good deals as well
