Fries were cold, asked for well done burger and bacon. Burger was pink inside bacon was not crisp. No salt or pepper on the table , wasn’t asked if we needed any. Had to ask for salt and salsa to go with meal. Waiter stank of cigarettes. Glass and cup were both unclean. Never was asked if we needed refills. Won’t be back to the Hot Springs location.

We are from Conway and don't have Applebee's. We come here every time we are in Hot Springs. We did a 2 for $25 and loved our dinner. The salads that came as an appetizer were huge and the ranch is homemade and great. Our server was so attentive and kind. A manager visited the table that came out of the kitchen in an apron. Great service and food! Thank you!

Came in and waited for table. Then finally got seated after hostess asked manager where to put us. (Just me and wife) when finally got seated waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us for drinks or ordering and nothing. Restraunt wasnt busy at all. We left without service

This will probably be the last time I eat here. It’s just ok, and I’d rather spend my money on food that’s delicious. There are so many other restaurants that do better. The cheese dip was cold. The onion rings were really good though, 10 times better than Sonic. Our waitress was friendly.

Being a traveler between California and Arkansas, I like enjoy eating at Applebees. Congratulations, this is the worst. Worst service period. And this wasn't my only meal here, I had three. While the food was good, the service, except for my first time I was here was awful. Poor attitudes, and no sense of urgency when seating customers, even when there were less than a dozen customers in the location. Starts at the top.

A short staff casualty. Came to watch the NFL game and were there for 20 minutes before someone asked about drinks. Probably 45 minutes to get our appetizer and thought it best not to order entrees, we might never leave! Lol Management was noticeably watching TV or casually chatting with wait staff while we couldn't get refills. I liked everything we ate though! Spinach and artichoke dip, mozzarella sticks, boneless buffalo wings, and quesadillas. Yum! Will be back.

I ordered door dash yesterday from Apple Bee's and I can't lie it was almost better than eating at the restaurant. My meal was piping hot smartly packaged and the portion was NICE! I ordered the Creamy Pasta Alfredo with chicken and broccoli! Cooked to perfection. I normally don't order pasta on DD because it never travels right. Yall got it right!

Great Applebee's. Our family loves them. This one was clean and had very nice staff working when we were there. We came for the half priced appetizers and the waitress also took the time to make sure we were ordering the ones that were marked down. She could see that I ur family of five wad trying to keep the bill low. She also answered questions about the town and the bath houses.

Dee was a great server. Very pleasant and accommodating. Great with kids too. I can't help but get steak every visit and I love their Caesar salads!

I come here about twice a week for lunch and sit at the bar. I feel Kali needs to be acknowledged! (Just for background, I worked f&b for 20+ years. Mainly behind the bar.) There have been many times I have watched her maintain 3 sections and the bar top with a professional, but, also with a fun demeanor! She is always engaging in conversation, and I want to mention super clean about her bar and tables! Come see her!

Applebee's in Hot Springs last night after a movie with my husband. Breanne was our waitress and was super friendly and helpful. I got the chicken and shrimp with loaded mashed potatoes and it was delicious! I ate every bite. Hubby got the riblet platter amd was very happy as well. It was around 9 pm and not too crowded which really surprised me for a Friday night, but even the other customers were friendly. Cool pictures of local schools and events and places are on the walls.

Went there for someone's birthday. After we ordered most of us got our food. We had one person in our party not get his food for 45 minutes. They said they were "busy" even though there was hardly anyone else in restaurant. They would not comp anything. Terrible service.

Chips were stale with our appetizer, and we did not complain to anyone.... we waited for drink refills, we all had water w lemon, I still tip well and would like the occasional refill. But it seems most people think water and lemon drinkers are cheap and won't tip, so the service is not the best. Shame on anyone who doesn't tip well and drinks water... you're giving us all bad reps! The server was a bit put out to get our refills, even rolled her eyes when walking away. I dont think we will be back anytime soon.

Food was great....service was excellent....went to the bathroom and toilet has mold ring around bowl. Could not have been cleaned for some time. Makes me wonder how clean everything else is.

Waited over 25 mi uses for food after ordering. Meat on one of the double cheese burgers was not even bite size. Just a little bigger than a silver dollar. Meat on. The regular cheese burger was bigger than the bun. Server was good and polite. The place was not busy.

Our go to chain restaurants when we travel. The drinks and apps are a must try. We ordered margaritas, tacos, salmon and their holiday menu items which was a hit. The kids had the app platter. Which had mozzarella sticks and wings. To end it the chocolate meltdown is a must

My youngest took me here to eat after the movies. Even with 30 minutes before closing we was treated great. Our waitress was awesome and very good. We both had the 6oz sirloin steak and it came out just the way we ordered it and was very delicious. I will definitely go back.

Our waiter was David and he was very attentive to us. He was a very good waiter. Had 2/$25 and got the bacon cheeseburgers and cheese sticks for appetizer. It was all delicious.

We go here for dinner quite often lately. It's never been overly packed, we've always gotten seated right away, all the servers we've had have been great. The food has never been disappointing.

I visit it today. The food is good, but the staff was not friendly at all. When asked about to change one of the channels to the World Cup, they were rude.

Not a good experience. They were out of Pepsi and kids pizza. Took ten minutes to get our drinks and one of the glasses had dried food on the inside. No apology from the waitress. Would not go back.

The food was good. The service wasn't great. It seems a rarity that servers anticipate customers needs. Drinks, to-go boxes, checks etc. Which causes excessively long wait times.

My wife and shared a full rack of ribs here. The ribs are good, but my wife and I both liked the ribs better at Chili's down the road. Overall good experience. We paid less at Chili's as well and got more food at Chili's.

Great food, drinks and service! We enjoyed our waitress and our group of 4 loved our meals! Only downside is it was freezing in there! Definitely would go back and recommend to others!

I loved this place and had an amazing experience. We got buffalo wings appetizer and it was awesome. The waiter was named Corey and he was outstanding. 10/10 service. The only bad thing was the wait but it was busy so it was expected.

I'm allergic to Mango and accidentally ordered a drink that had mango in it. I asked the server to check if it was imitation mango flavoring or real mango, and he brought me the actual cartoon to check out to be sure. Turns out it was real mango. Most people wouldn't have bothered to go out of their way to do that, but because he is better than most, he saved me alot of discomfort and a potential trip to the ER! He also did not charge me for the drink, even though it was my error for not paying enough attention to what I ordered. We had a great girls night out!

I would give them no stars if i could! They took my money when i got NOTHING from them. They keep throwing me back anf forth to the corp. office and restaurant. So I had placed my order online, asked for curbside service. Got there about 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and waited and waited and waited. After 40 minutes of waiting I left. They still charged me for the food that I never saw. Its been ridiculous trying to get a refund. Spoke to a nice manager that assured me that he couldnt do much more than what had already been done. How can they just take my money like that! Theives! I know one thing, I will never eat there again.

Clean restaurant, good food just what you would expect from Applebees. The server for our meal was not what I would expect though. She seemed distracted, even though she didn't seem to be busy. She was also not very cheerful or happy. It was difficult to get her attention any time we needed something.

Lexi the waitress was great and cheerful.. She's the only reason they got any stars. My steak cooked medium rare was hard on top and rubbery My dad's riblets were kinda dry And my step mom's chicken fingers couldn't even be cut. And this was after Lexi brought her replacement fingers. So zero for food... And y'all should award Lexi for service... Yes, we left her a nice tip, it wasn't her fault the cooks failed so miserably

I am from Louisiana visiting with my family. It was my husband's birthday. First it was hot 82° to be exact, I asked our waiter to turn it down something. He said he couldn't that distract manager doesn't allow it. And has it locked and all this stuff. Comes back and says thermostat says 82°. Then it took forever for our sodas. They we under staffed and have mass confusion in the kitchen. Our server was great and tried so hard. It wasn't his fault. But this establishment needs new management.
