I love McAlister's and this location in particular has such a great layout with a solid mix of seating arrangements, including high top tables. The cashier asked off we wanted pickle, which is nice because often they are just given. My husband showed enthusiasm so he was given complimentary extra pickles. The food was on point and as always the tea was magnificent.

Ms. Patty is the absolute best! She always greets my husband & I, is very professional, & displays excellent customer service skills. Regardless of how busy the restaurant gets, she always has a smile on her face & is very polite. She deserves a raise & so much more! Our food is always delicious & so is the sweet tea & strawberry lemonade. The McAlister’s Club is my favorite & my husband enjoys the King Club. The chocolate chip cookies are really good as well. Ms. Patty you rock!! ❤️

i’ve been here multiple times and never have had a problem. summer who is the inside expo lady, was very very rude. She specifically said “i don’t understand why people are so picky” in a room full of customers. OVERALL in the industry this is , you sign up to HELP and SERVE the customer accordingly. my mother has a deadly honey allergy. Patty tried to tell summer it’s simply and allergy and yet still had the worst attitude. as a person who works in a restaurant industry , that is completely unacceptable. i thank patty for being very nice and helpful especially it being busy. i just don’t appreciate the attitude when we simply want to order something off a sandwich because of AN ALLERGY. i watched my food sit in the window for over 20 minutes. as the expo pushed out newly plated food while my food was disregarded. i already had drinks , i just needed my food bagged.

People really love their McAlisters around here. It’s good for a sandwich chain I guess. I’ve been three times and only really enjoyed one of those visits. The tea is always good. I would definitely get the Mac n cheese again and the French dip which had thick cuts of steak that I appreciated. They also have different soups and I liked the basic chicken and dumplings, it didn’t have a home cooked taste, more like a cafeteria quality but still hit the spot on a cold day.

Good food, nice alternative to fast food. The first time that I was there I had a bad experience with their sweet tea, so haven't ordered it again. Really enjoy their sandwiches, though.

Love this place. But went into the bathroom and it was horrible. This was 30 min after they opened on a Saturday morning. The floors were so sticky I wasn't sure if I was gonna be able to walk out with the soles on my shoes. The walls had something on then not sure what it was. The toilet looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a week or more. Not sure if the A/c was broken but it was pretty warm In there.

i placed a to-go order on the app and immediately realized i forgot to change the time (i was still at work and couldn't get there for about 45 minutes). I called the store within a minute and told the lady i had just placed the order and could they change the pick up time since my food would be sitting there for probably 30 minutes till i got there. she told me "no, they are already making it". my order was for a vegie spud.

Several years ago this location had great food and service. I have tried to give them a chance here and there in the last few years and I have been consistently disappointed. I don't know why the employees are always in a bad mood, fighting with each other or just plain rude. Horrible service is the one thing I can predict every time I visit. Whoever reads these reviews for this location needs to really pay attention to what your customers are saying. If you don't get this location under control soon I don't think you'll have any business left.

Had our usual club on gluten-free bread. OMGOSH, the gluten-free bread LOVE IT. The cashier was super nice and even gave a military discount!! Whoot whoot! The server was awesome. Thank you for a great lunch!!

I ordered a couple of sandwiches and a salad. I had never eaten there before, but my wife had. She had a craving for their Ruben sandwiches. I had the Southwest Chicken sandwich, and her son wanted a salad. I ordered pickupand the food was promptly brought to my car. I have to tell you, everyone loved the things they ordered, including me. That was probably the best sandwich I've ever had. I will be going back for a second opinion... maybe even a third or fourth.

I have been a loyal customer for years but when you order curbside that is what you expect. It told me to check in and they'd be out shortly and noone ever came, if that is not an option it should not be on there.

Again, McAlister 's is a great stop. The folks working need to pay more attention to the orders coming in though. I generally eat there once a week. In the last four visits, there have been three mistakes on my order. I pick up my lunch and return to work, so I don't usually know it's messed up until I get back. Please read the orders fully. I use the reorder feature on the app, so I know it's correct

Sticky floors, dirty dishes on tables, long line to the door. Won’t be back. The worst McCalister’s experience I have ever had. Even my mom won’t come back.

Ordered a Spud Max, it was cold and tasted old. I should have noticed that something was wrong when the butter didn't melt, the cheese was rubbery, should have sent it back. This was the first time I ever had a bad meal here. I couldn't believe it was happening. I started going here on January 1st 2008. My first date with my lady friend who moved to Hot Springs, Arkansas. Been coming since. I will give this place another chance, anyone can have a bad day. Edward "Cajun "Prince.

Love the cheese dip. Food is always fresh. Not perfect, but they really try which is more than I can say for most these days. Hope they keep it up!

We waited a long time for our food which is fine I guess if it were really good. The potato soup was water with potatoes in it. My sons macaroni was tasteless. All of our food was luke warm. The roast beef tasted like it had been microwaved to death. Just over all it was bad. Positives, the tea was good and they were nice at least.

I dined in their Hot Springs location yesterday evening and ordered a Smoky Pepperjack Turkey sandwich. It was a small sandwich but the worst part was how dry it was. The bacon was over cooked and crumpled in the middle of the sandwich instead of being strips. Same for the Turkey it was little pieces. With every bite it fell out of my sandwich and there wasn't any honey mustard on it. I was going to ask for it to be fixed but when my friend ordered a spud maxx and asked for butter when they brought it out, they informed her oh we're out of butter that's why I gave you extra sour cream....

No matter where we travel if we find a McAllister we stop. Good food, plenty of choices and small portion options for those who can't stuff themselves! For those who can....enjoy a full sandwich and sides.

The Hot Springs location has went down in service and quality extremely bad over the past year. There are so many things to list or say. My wife and I really like McAlister's but after our visit and experience on 10-13-22 at this location I'd say we are probably not gonna return for awhile.

Good food but very expensive. Try the tea it's the world's best. Bring a 20 for lunch on the go. I ordered a club sandwich which was about 14 bucks. They used to come with bacon mine did not. It was fresh and taste good but I could have eaten three of them, left hungry. This is a girls type of restaurant to eat at. Those with small appetites and do not eat much LOL

Probably fine for dine-in, but won't be ordering from this location again unfortunately. Both times I tried curbside, and nobody ever came out. This last time I then had to wait for the person at the front to finish up with some customers, while staring at my order sitting on the back counter. I actually had to flag her down when she was freed up, because she made eye contact with me but still started to walk away. I'm sure they're short staffed, but even a small acknowledgment would have helped. And also not offering curbside if there's not staff for it. On the food side, my caesar was disappointing. Over half the lettuce was at that wet/spoiled stage so I ended up throwing the whole thing away.

The atmosphere was serene and comforting! The sandwiches we ordered were the best we've had in a long time! I recommend the Roast Beef French Dip and the Garden Fresh Turkey! You will NOT be disappointed by the serving portion and excellent taste! The staff is cordial and customer service focused! Go Mangía! and Bon Appétit!

Ordered the pick 2. Chose a mccalister club and spud. Spud was great. Club had 1 small piece of bacon cut in half. I asked staff if that was all the bacon they put on the sandwich. Was told she would check on it for me. 15 minutes later, no more bacon and she never came back. $7.79!!!!

Best Harvest chicken salad sandwich I've had in a long time. Generous with the filling and served in a very fresh cressant. I'm already craving another.

Quality food, nice atmosphere, great service. Busy-ish during lunch, but not usually crowded. Good place to meet a friend for a quick, casual meal.

A good chain in a dystopic location. The staff is subjected to a less-than-ideal placement for an otherwise popular restaurant. Because of this, it always feel like an episode of the twilight-zone when I go in.

Had the flagship sandwich- the ham wasn’t great quality and they use that sweet mayo which I don’t like. Wheat bread was not toasted. Potato salad was Kraft premade stuff. Coffee came in styrofoam cup but it was at least strong. The staff was nice
