$64 prime rib was too tough. Hard to chew. Complained to waitress then manager. He believed he was making it right with a free dessert. Baked potato wasn't even hot enough to melt butter and sour cream. The wife liked her salmon but not her salad, there just wasn't much to it. Waitress was on point, left 20% tip, she deserved it. Counting tip, our $188 anniversary dinner was left wanting. I'm not saying I will never eat there again but it will be a while before I try it again. Maybe they will change the manager by then

Two story restaurant. Down stairs is fine dinning, upstairs is fine dinning along with an amazing bar. The food, liquor, cocktail drinks are absolutely amazing with a wide selection to choose from! I recommend to call for a reservation as this restaurant is definitely a 5-Star and stays packed to the max. The Manager David Aldridge is absolutely amazing and stands heads above the rest. Great staff and management. The steak and porkchops are a must try. You get what you absolutely pay for!!

Quite frankly I was disappointed. I usually enjoy taking friends to higher end places, but this place with all its ambience is short on seasoning and cooking talent. The only chefn’ going on here is burger chefn’. Definitely watch out for the smoked prime rib which will be half gristle, tough as boiled boot leather and slimy. There were a couple of redeeming qualities , the parking is plentiful and well lit at night, and the wait staff is on par I suggest you try the Vault on Central for better cuisine.

Made a reservation, ate, drank and had a great time. We had the pork chop and smoke brisket. Both dishes were super tasty. We also had the brie starter and key lime dessert. Service was excellent. We would definitely come back!

We went upstairs to the Bourbon Bar. The atmosphere, food and service were phenomenal! In fact, my wife and I agreed that this was possibly the best meal of our lives! My wife had grilled swordfish in a coconut curry sauce. I had short ribs with a red wine demi reduction. We had truffle fries for an appetizer and for dessert; lemon cheesecake with blueberries and whipped cream and pecan pralines with a sous vide cinnamon apple and ice cream. The second dessert was really interesting. When I took a bite, I was transported back to my Grandma's house. She never made this but all the flavors were reminiscent of many different desserts I had eaten as a child.

Im a major foodie and I’ve been in the service industry for 11 years. Our waiter was timely, recommended specific dishes, double checked suspicious ID’s with management, and went as far as to connect with us on a personal basis. The bacon app was nothing like any cut I’ve had before. The blue fin was a suggestion and isn’t even an option for ordering if it wasn’t swimming the day before. The cuts are fresh, fall apart, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is lit with dim dinner lighting as well as some colorful contrasts. Orchids line most window frames and I even had to point out how beautiful a circular booth carved into a corner wall was. Our server was even kind enough to swing back around and thank us for the tip we left. We highly recommend here, and I believe our servers name was jay. We will request him every time we return!

WOW!!! What a DELICIOUS meal! The caviar deviled eggs are a splurge, but they were so worth it. The brie was a great appetizer and the steak was phenomenal. The brisket was a little fatty, but still very good. The staff gave my parents a complimentary piece of cake because we were celebrating their anniversary! A wonderful time!

Atmosphere is awesome and our server was very attentative. A lot of folks talk about upstairs, but air seems really cold the last time we ate there. We sat down stairs and it was perfect. Highly recommended and the menu items and options are awesome! Wife had Bacon Burger and she loved it!

We randomly chose 501 Prime as the location of a staff dinner and we were not disappointed! The staff is well trained and very welcoming & friendly. Our group arrived separately, but our waiter, Chris, was amazing as he welcomed each couple as they arrived. Chris was great on suggestions for appetizers and entrees, insuring that everyone found the dish for them. We ordered spinach dip, duck egg rolls and grilled oysters as appetizers- all were amazing! Each entree was a generous portion size and extremely delicious. Our party ordered steaks, sea bass, halibut, squash soup, kabobs, filets, and more. The side salad ordered with one dish was huge! Of course, we sampled desserts and would highly recommend the frozen chocolate, bread pudding and cheesecake. We can’t say enough good things about Chris. You should ask for him when you visit 501 Prime. The atmosphere is well decorated and comfortable. The upstairs got a tad loud with two large groups up there, but the noise level settled down as groups dispersed. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would.

So we are local to the Hot Springs area and were finally able to get a reservation for the upstairs bourbon room. Downstairs is a much more formal seating area, but we were looking for a really laid back atmosphere upstairs. We started with the oysters, cooked with cheese and sauce, they were fantastic. Then we had our starter salads - I am a classic ranch girl, but my husband is more adventurous and tried the bacon vinegrett, which he raved about! Our main course was a classic steak meal that came with a bread pudding that was to die for, and the bone marrow steak meal that was served with bread to spread your marrow on - we paired that with the Silver Totem cabernet, and we were in heaven 😋

Every girls trip, my friends and I choose one really nice restaurant for a great night oyt. Unfortunately, this one was recommended to us by a local. The food itself was okay but the service was pretty reprehensible. First, the table we were given (for a 5people reservation) was a small round table that could not accommodate our plates and drinks comofortably. We were literally bumping into each other and turning over glasses. The worst part, however, was the waitress who was aloif and unconcerned about our comfort. Interestingly, our tab included both a food tax and a liquor tax. Interesting because we ate and drank at about 5 restaurants throughout the city and never incurred these taxes. Be careful with your money here.

Atmosphere was jazzy, service was superb, bluefin sushi was fresh and delicious, entrees were amazing and that bourbon dessert got me right where I needed to be on our anniversary night. Service was outstanding. Will definitely be coming here again!

The food was phenomenal, probably the best I’ve had in Hot Springs area. The service was exceptional as well, our waiter was very friendly and funny. Can’t wait to return!

Great low key place to dine out. They had an extensive list of cocktails. Had the 501 smothered pork chops for an entree and andouille sausage as an appetizer. Both didn’t disappoint. Wait staff was excellent and offered suggestions. Reservations are required.

Great atmosphere. Service was okay. Ribeye was slightly under cook and tough. Appetizers and sides were great.

Celebrated a birthday dinner here for friends while in town to visit the races. We sat in a front section, our own table/ area with a window in the front of the restaurant. The service was great. We enjoyed the East Coast oysters, and Grilled Oysters as well as the salad course, pictured Wedge Salad and Butternut Squash soup. A disturbance outside in the front of the restaurant, which turned out, someone who was dining at 501 Prime was stabbedon the street, ruined the remainder of the evening. We finished our dinner, but with red and blue lights flashing, ambulance outside, police and detectives walking around taking pictures and gathering statements, it's hard to enjoy a celebratory evening. Incredibly sad and disturbing event.

We enjoyed eating here so much we came a second time. Our first experience eating here, we drive 3 hours just for the experience. Our server was Micheal. He made recommendations for food pairings and drinks. Everything he recommended was great. We made sure to ask for him on our 2nd visit. The food was great. The drinks were perfect. Highly recommend going here for great food.

I tried the 501 Smoked Pork chop. I was told it was a sous vide preparation finished with a brief char grilling. The thick chop is served with a generous amount of peach bourbon BBQ sauce that's really thick and rich with peach compote topping. I've always loved pairing sauteed or grilled apple with pork but I've never tried peach. The peach was diced and firm enough to fork and pair with a bite of chop... absolutely lovely, especially dipped in the sauce. I will say the first couple bites seemed a touch on the salty side but that subsided and only the cleaned bone was left on the plate. For dessert I chose the bread pudding which came with these amazing almost smokey flavored cherries and plenty of candied walnuts alongside a creamy scoop of ice cream. Delightful.

I'm glad the concierge at the casino had my wife and I shuttled here. Well worth the wait. The harvest plate and the custom crafted vegetarian plate were really good. like, really good. The chefs back there are mad scientists, and it pays off. The bartenders are no slouches either. They have most items, not all. They do use Luxardo cherries. That A tier In my book. Best anniversary dinner yet!

Had our anniversary dinner here and oh my goodness. The best dinner ever! We both had the steak and it was divine. Ryan our server was so nice, kind and knowledgeable of the menu and had great recommendations. Our anniversary dinner was amazing, we’d love to come back and spend our time with these amazing people. The food was pricey, but WELL worth it.

Nice restaurant with very friendly service. We ate the shredded Brussels sprouts salad, duck spring rolls, smoked beef brisket and sirloin. I only gave 4 stars because they didn't have what caught my attention in the online menus. The server did say they change the menu daily though.

This is my favorite spot in Hot Springs! You always know you're going to get top notch service and food. Started with grilled oysters and then the ribeye with asparagus blue cheese fondue. Finished off with this key lime pie concoction which was also amazing! Sat at the bar and Heather was great! Well always come back when in Arkansas!

Excellent food, excellent service combo. Great ambiance, excellent spinach dip! Of all the things that we had and ate there that night, we still fondly remember that spinach artichoke dip! Bartender named lobo is a class act, we had the best service from him that night.
