I have been seeing Dr. Delee for about 14 years. He is awesome. For me, being someone who is terrified of dentist, I'm never afraid with him. The staff is awesome. He is a great man. Honestly, I would never ever go anywhere else. That's how great they all are!!

Staff is wonderful and all care about their patients. Bonus- there’s a nice peaceful landscape through the window to enjoy while they work on you. Definitely recommend.

This Dental clinic is without a doubt one of the nicest places you can go to for dental care. The dentists are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They provide excellent total care but also discuss cost-effective alternatives. From the Doctors to the staff, super friendly. Could not be happier with my choice.

After a few years living out of town I’m back in Hot Springs and to Tri-Lakes. I don’t know what to say they are the best. Everyone is super professional and great at explaining what is going on during my visits. I have a lot of anxiety about dentists and they are great and not only understanding my apprehension but putting me at ease.

Had a tooth extracted. Dr Teale lets you know what’s happening every step of the way, and the procedure was pain free and quick. I highly recommend Tri Lakes dentistry.

Dr Teale worked me in to repair a broken tooth. He was so kind and did an excellent job. Ashley, his assistant, was wonderful. His clinic is beautiful. I have severe dental anxiety and I just have to say that I’m actually excited to go back for my next visit. The whole staff made me feel welcome. The hygienist was so nice. She talked me through each thing that was being done. Very informative. Dr. DeLee never made me feel anxious. He explained everything extremely well. He even drew a picture to help explain something. I’ve never had a dentist take the time that they did to explain everything to me. I highly recommend this office, especially if you have terrible dental anxiety.

I couldn’t recommend TriLakes more. 10/10. INCREDIBLE staff, so friendly, helpful, and great at educating clients. Dr DeLee is one of the best. I make the drive just to see him! He does great work and is very thorough. Takes time with his patients despite his busy work load! The hygienists here are the best and I guarantee you they will remember you the next time you come in!

I had to find a new dentist just in the last 3 months. I have had an initial cleaning and x rays. Yesterday I had an extensive appointment with work in 3 different areas on my teeth. Never felt anything no pain no discomfort. Excellent job by all. This is my new dentist for all of my future needs Dr. Matt Teale is the guy!

Just finished getting work done at Tri-Lakes Dentistry, a very good experience with all the staff, very Kind and considerate; most of all Dr. DeLee was gentle and didn’t hurt at all!!! Just had follow-up appt, 12/2022 for teeth cleaning, x-rays, as well as problem with a very sensitive tooth. I cannot say enough about the wonderful care provided by all the staff at Tri-Lakes Dentistry!!! Would highly recommend them to family and friends!!!

After many years of terrible dentist- I have found the Pot of Gold! From the front desk all the way to the Dentist himself- This office is absolutely amazing! Making sure dental work that we all hate is PAIN FREE, making you feel welcome as soon as you open the door. I can't shout from the rooftop loud enough how over the top amazing this entire office staff is! Because I have terrible insurance, I have to go out of network to see this group- it is SOOO worth it!

I’m pretty confident that I’m being over dramatic but they saved my life at Tri-Lakes Dentistry! Ok, my life wasn’t at stake but my mental health was because I had a toothache trying to take me OUT!! Lol! But all jokes aside, everyone in the office were friendly and a pure delight! I called this morning and they got me in same day. Upon arrival, I was pleased with the receptionist, Mrs. Lisa, to the dental hygienist, Ms. Yasmine- She did an awesome job preparing me for my extraction and giving me post- extraction education and care. And y’all, I don’t even have all the words to describe the dentist, Dr. Matt Teale! He was and I believe will ALWAYS be wonderful! He’s very down to earth and very great at what he does! I highly recommend this office. It has a very personable feel and I truly enjoyed my experience! Thank y’all!

My first appointment here, I waited almost an hour to be seen, in the time I’m waiting patients who arrived after me were seen first. I finally am taken to an exam room. The hygentist was very nice and professional. She did ex-rays , checked my teeth and informed me the DR would be in once he was done with the procedure he was doing. Mind you by now I had been there over an hour. After sitting for awhile, I ask the hygentist when he would be in for my consultation. Her response was he was with another patient now and would be with me soon. I’m here for just a consultation, yet I’m waiting over an hour and still not seen. The other patient had a cleaning and he was doing a routine exam. Finally I’m extremely upset that I am wasting my time. Obviously my first impression was this is extremely rude. I finally tell the hygentist I’m leaving. I had been gone from their office less than 10 minutes and said Dr. called me and leaves an extensive message that he was sorry for being late, but he had already had a chance to exam my ex-rays and I would need to have another dentist as they couldn’t do the work I needed. The most annoying thing also, after filling out all my paperwork on line, I come in to find my insurance isn’t even in there network. Most offices check this out before you arrive and are able to inform you of this. My appointment had been made over a month in advance. I would not recommend this office. Worst experience I have ever been through.

Dr DeLee is so understanding and helpful. The staff are great and customer care is top notch. I've never seen such reasonable cost of services.
