    Management was very poor. She got upset and rude with me when I asked her for fresher tomatoes, due to the poor site of the very few "like maybe 12-14 left at bottom of pan." Only when I decided not to buy my sandwiches, is when she snapped very loud and rudely to the helper to go get the new pan of tomatoes. If it hadn't been for the helper having been there and he had already finished with my sandwiches except for only tomatoes, I would not have bought mine; I would have just bought my my husband's that had already been made prior to my ordering.

    I absolutely love subway and its one of my biggest pregnancy cravings. This location is closest to my house but very unpredictable when it comes to the order being right or wrong. When the guy is working the order is 100% right everytime. If the other lady is working there is always something wrong with the order. This time i ordered 2 '6 subs and even have the receipt to make sure i didnt put the order in wrong and it came on the wrong bread and was missing ingredients. Very unsatisfied and will definitely be driving to a different location from now on.

    If there was a way to put a negative or 0 on here I would do so. This is the 2nd time we have gone to this location on Albert Pike because we were working in the area and the same worker named Dustin was working both times and he was beyond rude, very unprofessional, personal hygiene definitely needs to be addressed as well. We own our own business and ALOT of times we work later and just stop and grab something quick but rest assured we will not be returning to that Subway. And to add a side note it's absurd that a company as large as Subway is not allowed to accept bills over $20!!!!???? What about workers again like us or others who just get paid and may not have anything but a $100 bill yet place a large order, food is done and ready to pay just to be told we can't take that payment it's our corporate policy!? That obviously should be addressed by whomever Corporate is because I'm sure it costs a lot of money having to throw away large orders of food because they are not allowed to pay with anything larger than a $20 bill. Ridiculous to say the least. I hope someone higher up in this company sees this and will be professional enough to handle the obvious things that need to be addressed ASAP before Subway loses ALOT more business.

    Everyone including the trainee was super nice, the store is very clean and they keep their supplies stocked. My favorite subway in town.

    We were charged $29.72 for 2 wraps. The manager was dismissive, at best, of our concerns and didn't budge. I will not ever be going back to Subway. I'd take your money out of their stock, if I were investing.

    Friendly and attentive staff and the young man who took my order processed it so that I got a better deal and paid less. The food was fresh, good quality and tasty. The cranberry cookies were a treat!

    This has to be the Best shop in town! Clean Clean Clean. Excellent polite workers Eli and you young lady Susie I think! Server124. Handle the job like owners. Definitely management material. I highly recommend this shop.....

    Tried using app to use a coupon which kept throwing an error when attempting to checkout, deleting whole order. In store would not honor the coupon stating it had to go through the non functioning app.

    The two ladies that were working at our visit were to busy carrying on a conversation between themselves as 6 people were standing and waiting. Very Rude and lack the ability to count the correct change in return .. . The vegetables were frozen to the containers...Will not be going back to that location...

    These were the worst Subway sandwiches that we have ever had. I have always loved the fresh ingredients, the tender flavorful bread and protein choices at Subway. Tonight, the staff was standoffish, the bread was very stale to the point of not being able to chew through it, the veggies weren't dark or aged looking, but tasted past their peak. I hope the shop improves their service and product. I had eaten at this same Subway store 2 years ago and it was great. Ours was a to go order, so it's not like sitting down in a restaurant and saying, "My soup is cold." And having it replaced.

    I thought sloths moved slow..... Started making another sandwich before my sandwich was done. I had to tell them to finish mine. Then put my sandwich into a bag with someone else's. Again had to tell them it didn't go there. Please don't tell me everyone has a bad day. There were 2 workers "working together" and couldn't get it done.
