DO NOT STAY HERE!! They charged me $50 dep each night I stayed! I was there for 3 nights!! I checked out on Oct 1 and still have not got my money back!! They won’t answer me. I have sent 15 emails and they responded to the first one saying my deposit was sent then cancelled then sent again!! They scammed me!! Then my daughter paid for 2 nights separately and they charged her $285 and $117 all that for 2 nights and told me they waved the deposits!!! She checked out on Oct 3 and has yet to get any of her money back. She is a single mother of 2 working full time and going to college!! You think this makes any sense to not give her her money back!! You people disgust me and I will NEVER stay at y’all hotel again!!!

DO NOT GIVE THEN A CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD!!!!!!!! You will be ripped off by at least $100. They stole my money. They charged my card twice and will not refund either charge or my deposit. I could not get the front desk girl Charmaine to give me a receipt. She lies every time I call. They have no pool. The carpets are wet and dirty. The TVs don’t work. There is no fitness area. And there is plenty of DOPE and HOOKERS.

Two Words. BED BUGS. My husband and I stay in a lot and I mean A LOT of hotels for his work and basic travelling. We booked a room here without reading any reviews. Our mistake. I guess we assumed for the high price per night that it was a decent spot...boy were we WRONG. When we first got to the hotel, I noticed it looked a little dirty, but I brushed that off because ya know maybe the building was old or something? But then our hotel room looked okay. Not the cleanest, but not abhorrent. We booked the suite. So this should have been the best room they had to offer...we went to bed around 11:30pm, I woke up at 3:00am covered in bed bugs. I was so itchy, had multiple bites on me that were not there when I arrived. I found one on the bed next to me still crawling around.. I am trying to figure out why I can't post photos with my review, but if I figure it out I will attach the proof of BB). It was HUGE! We immediately got out of there, grabbed our belongings and went to the front desk to check out and voice our concerns. We spoke with a young lady who said she would have to give our names and number to her manager, Kimberly, I believe is the name she gave us for the manager..we wanted a refund for everything. We were planning to stay two whole nights, but with evidence of an infestation, we had to get out. Bed bugs are traumatizing and gross. If you've ever had to deal with them, you know how traumatizing they can be. We left the hotel at 3:09am and went to the nearest 24 hour McDonald's. We didn't have the option of going to another hotel because of budgeting for the trip, and also we did not want to spread the parasites to another hotel room. So we stayed up all night and waited until our event we had traveled for. Once the event was over we barely made it home because we were so tired from lack of sleep. After this all happened, I waited until Monday to hear back from the manager who I was told would contact me back. She never did, so I called the hotel. I got a hold of Kimberly. She said she was just a desk worker, and they had done an investigation on the room and found no bed bugs ..which is a complete and total lie. Anyone who has any real credibility as an exterminator knows there are clear signs of an infestation of them when they are present. I know she lied to me. So, we just wanted a full refund. That's literally it. We didn't want money, free rooms, gifts or anything. Just our money back from services we did not receive at the standard we were guaranteed through the Wyndham website. She was unwilling to work with us, so we are currently trying to sort this all out with corporate...but we will see if anything gets done. I have a feeling we won't be seeing the money we spent with them even though we might possibly have brought bed bugs home with us from their disgusting hotel. I hope that no one stays here. I am currently dealing with a small allergic reaction to the bug bites. If I lived nearby I would make sure everyone knew about this...please for your safety and most importantly your sanity, DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!! I promise you, it is not worth it.

This place exceeded my expectations in terms of room cleanliness. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and the room was spotless throughout my stay.

Friendly, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Kudos to the team for their excellent service. However, I would have loved to see a wider variety of amenities.

The staff was great and the rooms were well kept. The only thing missing here was that breakfast was advertised but not available. But I'm thankful that they're even open seeing that a fair number of hotels in this area aren't yet open due to the damage to their hotels.

Trash. Dirty, hair in toilet and shower. Drug users outside and in vehicles. No breakfast. Pass this place unless it's the only like in my case. Room smelt like Axe Body Spray. Someone at 530am based in parking lot for 45mins keeping us awake. Horrible location as well. 1/5

Had a great stay with friends and family. Would stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms was spacious and clean. Guest felt like family.

I stayed here for a few days and was charged a $100 deposit. No damage was done, no smoking, and nothing stolen from the room and I still lost my deposit. I have been given no explanation and just a run around. The staff do not clean the rooms or issue you towels for days on end. You'd be much better off staying at a slightly more expensive hotel due to the fact they may keep your deposit. It's a coin toss when it comes to that.Alot of the reviews are about unjust deposit forfeiture. You get the run around from staff about your deposit when you ask questions with no explanation.

My group took up 85% of the vacancy this whole weekend and we can not eat breakfast because there is none.And we was told there is complimentary breakfast every morning. But overall it’s a great place to stay.

Loved my stay here. Came for a weekend with my wife. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the complimentary breakfast was great. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for 3 night and it was fantastic. the staff was really friendly and the breakfast was so good, specially the waffles, they were AMAZING! also, the rates were very reasonable. i'll definitely be coming back.

Do not stay here unless you like the smell of marijuana, dirty hotel rooms, broken shower heads and cold water. I wish I could have taken pictures. I thought I was working with a reputable brand but I guess not. Family of 4 checked in on a Friday night and checked out within 30 mins. It’s not worth the hassle.

Everything about this place is filthy and the staff are incredibly rude. I’m talking about blood on the sheets, mold on the pillows, hair all over the bathroom… whole place wreaks of mildew and weed. Don’t believe the false positive reviews and STAY AWAY!!!!

where to begin let's see first we booked through hotels. com instead of a $50 deposit they charged more than the four nights we booked housekeeping hardly showed up and then we come back from an evening out to discover my wife's car had been pressure washed around and had chips all in the side of her car spoke to the owner and of course could care less don't stay here if you value your stuff

DO NOT STAY HERE We stayed here a week for work with 5 people and had the worst experience. Dont make a deposit with your creditcard! They will not return it. Reading other people comments, it is clear they are thieves!!! - Stole our deposit, do not respond after contacting them 1000x. - Hotel is old, rundown and DIRTY! - Staff is terribly unfriendly - Breakfast is a Joke We will file a report to the police. DO NOT STAY HERE

Just ask quickly as I checked in I was checked out. The room carpet was dirty, the bathroom sink and towels were dirty. Where the tub was there was trash. The pillow.cases were all stained with black stuff. OVER ALL DIRTY !!!! So disappointed. The only reason I am giving you all a two star rating is because your front desk young lady was very nice and pleasant.

Had some issues with my room smoke detector was completely missing, toilet bowl wax seal leaked. Mirrors needed cleaning. But the staff was quick to accommodate my request and get maintenance on the issues. I suspect next visit will be even better.

Rooms are dated. Location was perfect for my needs. Check in and out was easy. Front desk clerks were friendly.

Very friendly staff by the name of Rosheba. The hotel was nice. I just didn’t have milk for my cereal nor sugar for my coffee my entire stay. Overall; it’s a nice place

Walked into the lobby and immediately noticed how incredibly dated and dirty it was. It smelled like old smelly gym socks. We went to check in and they couldn't find out reservation. We waited and they couldn't figure out why we didn't have a room. While they were haggling those issues out we looked at the breakfast area and saw how gross it looked. By the time they discovered that we would have to start a whole new reservation, between the nasty lobby and terrible reviews we'd seen in the first place, we decided it was for the best that the reservation didn't work out. If the lobby was like that I'd be scared to see the rooms, which are always worse! We found a FAR better place, closer to everything in town, at the same exact price. I don't recommend it.

Wasnt at all as advertised. Pool is closed ice machine broken run down staff is rude breakfast is 6 to 9 only room was dingy and stunk of mold. Oh and beware of hidden fees. They hit my card for 150 extra

Booked a bunch of rooms for a Conference, rooms Clean and Nice, Staff friendly and none of our guests experienced any of the bad reviews. Now there is a Non Smoking policy and if rooms have to be cleaned of those smoking in rooms there will be extra charge. Will stay there again

Pretty decent hotel BUT they charge $100 deposit along with the room charge. I would NOT recommend staying there at all because they will find any little thing to pin on you so they can steal your deposit. The asian lady at the front claimed we put a blood stain on one of the chairs! Like where the hell did she gets this lie from so she proceeded to rob us of $20 out of the deposit they held!! We even straightened the bed and cleaned whatever trays we used and made sure the carpet was clear of trash. They are thieves! I wanted to add that now we refuse to stay there out of fear they will pin any little stain or spot on us just so they can take our deposit. How can you have a relaxing stay if you feel like you are walking on broken glass.

Hotel was decent but not the best. Price was decent but average on the high side. Pool was close do to damage by hurricane ide.

It was disgusting place and terrible service. We prepaid our room and stay and they still wouldn’t let me in my room without paying a 100$. Would not even come here because they will charge your room and try to charge for ridiculous things. Trying to keep my property for me , then began to say they weren’t going to do there job, then proceeded to say it was going to be 200$ After calling my husband dumb. I’d like to speak to the real owner, if they know how to even speak professionally. Place should be inspected and shut down because the employee would not show any type of documentation of why he was charging us and when because he attempted to charge my card before without my consent. This place is utterly garbage.

Stayed here for 2/3 nights for work in March and left as fast as we could. Wasn’t clean and a bit of a run down place. I had old used towels in my bathroom and hanging on the shower, hole in the shower duct taped over, stained sheets and cockroaches. I’d avoid if possible. Definitely not worth the price per night.

My company got me a room here before flying off to work and it’s the worse thing they have ever done to me. The only good thing about this place was the night shift lady she was very nice and helpful. My “clean towels” that were folded in my room when I got there were really dirty. It was pretty disgusting. Don’t stay here folks.
