I
rarely
write
reviews
but
I
did
not
have
a
good
experience
with
the
billing
department.
I
feel
bad
because
I
had
a
good
experience
with
Dr.
Sabonghy.
However,
I
kept
receiving
bills
months
after
the
visit
with
little
detail
of
what
it
was
or
why.
There
was
also
one
bill
that
I
received
months
later
after
the
visit.
At
no
point
did
it
say
the
bill
was
late.
I
paid
the
bill
and
then
several
days
after
paying
it,
I
received
a
letter
that
I
was
sent
to
collections
(with
no
notice
or
warning).
It
was
such
a
strange
experience.
I've
never
had
this
happen
before.
I
ended
up
calling
the
billing
office
and
they
were
kind
about
this
and
apologized
for
the
mess
up.
However,
it's
really
disappointing
to
me
that
this
happened
and
then
I
had
to
dispute
the
collections
and
prove
that
I
had
paid
the
bill.
The
billing
department
really
needs
to
improve.
If
a
bill
is
late,
it
should
be
clear
it's
late
or
there
should
be
some
warning
before
something
gets
sent
to
collections.
Most
importantly,
don't
send
something
to
collections,
if
it's
been
paid!
Receiving
bills
months
after
the
service
was
also
disappointing.
