From the doctor to making an appointment to being helped with the final assistance… they seem to all really care and get you as much help As they possibly can. The staff did a fantastic job of helping me find the earliest appointment for my schedule without ever sounding like they didn’t want to. They are very pleasant to deal with… Fanny on the other hand went above and beyond in getting me situated with financial assistance, since my insurance doesn’t kick In til the 1st of the year, so that I can get my first appointment in with no problems. I was very impressed with how well this Clinic runs. The way they treated me and seeing their interactions with other patients as well, shows me that they actually really do care here.

I went with my daughter today.. the staff was very helpful. I had the opportunity to speak with and Ms. Karen, after I observing her fabulous management skill at work. She is extremely professional and understanding with her staff. Ms. Fanny at the reception desk is very professional and sweet. I highly recommend Denver Harbor Family Health center. The center was clean and sanitized. Their staff is bilingual.

I recently changed my families primary care to this location. Everyone is very nice. Starting from the appointment schedulers to the front desk staff. Ms. Aguilar I believe a Manager was helping the front desk staff. She was very helpful and answered all my questions I had regarding my coverage and assisted in getting information to my Dr. The nurses and Dr's are also very nice. We seen Dr. Do he was very attentive and listened to all our concerns. He wasn't rushing nor did he make us feel rushed. We've also been tested here in the past for covid and there very organized and prompt. I definitely recommend this place for your families Healthcare needs.

I have been coming to this place since they first opened the doors, and for years, I’ve not had any “serious” issues with the staff. When they first opened, they were a God send to this neighborhood, and for good reason. I can pretty much see a Dr the same day if not a few days later, and the medical staff is always a pleasure. Parking lot is rarely full, but waiting room usually is, but that’s not a dealbreaker. Recently, they’ve made some upgrades to the office, and it looks beautiful! If you’re low income, it’s a great place to seek medical attention at a truly affordable price; just beware of what is to follow…the attitudes of the ladies working in the front is as if you are taking time away from THEIR day and money away from THEIR pockets when you ask a question about anything from an appointment to medical records…and getting an answer is like pulling teeth! Not only are they rude, but they have no compassion for anyone who is truly needing assistance. I get help is hard to come by, but the ladies who were there before (who were seemingly fired??) were so much nicer than the staff that took over. That clinic, although it looks nice has really been run down…far from the original “Vecino Health Center” or “neighborhood” feeling it used to have when it first opened. That’s sad because low income families really depend on this place, but it seems (now) that’s more a nuisance to them than before.

Had a third great experience at Vecino today. Two visits with doctor Williams helped me alot and today i went by to discuss some administrative questions and were answered by Elizabeth Miguel, Anna and Erica to my satisfaction. I am so happy with there services I always refer people to Vecino.

Went for my first dental appointment today and was so happy with them. They were all so nice. Sarah helped me with my application and walked me through everything!

Me and my kids love coming to see the dentist and her staff! Sarah at the front desk was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. Anna was great at explaining treatment to me. The whole dental clinic is awesome!

I have been coming for years even after I started working and recd commercial insurance. I enjoy the fact that I can see a Dr in the afternoon or since I work 8-5. Office is clean and also no issues with parking. Side note office is not off a Main Street but is tucked away in a residential neighborhood. There is a high turnover in Dr’s so please don’t get attached to one. Now the negatives. If you are requesting medical records, be prepared to wait for at least 30 days! Yes 30 days! That is ridiculously long especially if you are having surgery or another appt with a specialist. Most Dr can have that ready 5-10 days. As for referrals or scheduled mammograms, 2-3 month wait time.
