I saw Dr. Nguyen (she is a dentist), at the West Houston location, she was very kind and professional. But it took quite sometime to have the office schedulemy appointment. I believe they are short handed when it comes to available dentists. I hope that they will be able to hire another dentist. So many people don't have to wait so long. There are people that don't have dental insurance and can't afford to pay regular rates. Please find another dentist to help with the work load, when you are in pain, you just want help.

Dr.Kathryn Matterson, she is a very good doctor, she cares about listening and giving good advice to her patients. My 10-year-old son is with her and he likes to go to therapy, I also called several clinics and they were not accepting more patients, in this clinic they gave me several options and they took us immediately, my son had his first session faster than expected

Very unprofessional, had an appointment at 11 AM, and due to a traffic accident was going to be arriving a bit late. Sat and was calling the clinic for over 30 mins and no one answered so finally when someone answered and I just asked to reschedule they stated because I was a no show they could not reschedule me, how am I at fault for them not answering the phone on time. These people are useless I am already in my third trimester was told I would be getting an ultrasound sound done at my other appointment and I didn't I have no clue how far along I am nor what gender I am having. All they did was ask questions and schedule me for 2 weeks later and now that I tried to show up I can no longer go to my appointment.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. This clinic's staff is extremely unprofessional, like they scrapped from the bottom of the pool. The buck will get passed around more than a government agency. I went in with GI issues, the nurse practitioner requested labs. There is absolutely no communication going on between individuals. As I am waiting for a lab tech, no one really knows what I am supposed to be doing. Eventually it gets sorted, and the receptionist reluctantly schedules me for follow up. Did I mention you will get attitude while scheduling your appointment? From the very first contact with this institution, you will get attitude. It has been two weeks, I am still suffering and have not heard a word from these people. Call to follow-up, no one answers. You don't matter.

People there are rude, my wife left crying at how she was treated. They verified our daughters insurance the day before her appointment but kept no record of it so now we have to reschedule…. Again. Going back to Kelsey Seybold.

Quite annoyed at how this is now being ran like a community clinic. Meaning when they first opened you could get someone to answer the phone, get a callback same day for any questions and didn't have to wait months out for an appt. The provider Ms. Langley is a Godsend. The staff not so much.

I am very grateful for the work and respect, both of the resection and nurses and of Dr. Gonzales. They have given special treatment to my children and of course I recommend this clinic.

Doctor Billy Marsh as professional as he is, saw me before the time that I originally had my tele-visit appointment schedule. Very open to hear the full facts of my condition and to everything I had to say. Open two suggestions from my part, just a wonderful human being very professional, very humane. I love this clinic, been coming here for years. Providers are always great, I have seen the family providers for myself And Dr. Thomeer is amazing with my kids!

The doctor was so sweet with my daughter and very knowledgeable about what was going on with my daughter. They were so professional and very caring.

I had never seen such a slow clinic in the United States to give the results, it takes 2 months for each result, the nurse will never work and the attention on the phone is horrible, they are poorly educated and disrespectful, I do not recommend this place at all has been the worst experience in my life

you have to wait weeks for an appointment and will only call a day before to tell you they cant see you then you have to reschedule and wait a whole other month they wont help or anything just say sorry

The staff was very kind and friendly! There is a process because it’s a community clinic with government resources but you can get a lot of information and help there 😉

Doctor Billy Marsh is the best doctor I’ve ever had. His personality is unmatched and that means a lot in healthcare. What I love the most about Doctor Billy is that he educates you! I moved an hour away, but I will not see anyone else. Keep up the great work Dr.Billy. You’re a GEM!

When our doctor got moved from his location in Katy to this one , we moved with ! Dr. Gonzales is absolutely the best pediatrician we have had for our children. We find him to be very kind and understanding he listens to the parents concerns and provides support like no other. His bedside manner is by far the best and what you would expect from a doctor who really cares about his patients I can not rave enough about the Doc himself ! The front desk workers however could be a bit more welcoming and friendly. They often at times can come across as just plain rude. It does hurt to smile when greeting people !

Billy Marsh is awesome. Everyone here has great Customer service skills, but the cleaning is lacking. Actual blood and puke on the floor and exam bed was intentionally not cleaned. This has been here a long time

My doctors have been great, informative and really listen. Also both times I have gone it has been a quick in and out visit. They handled me in a timely manner.

I have been taking my son to this clinic since I carried him in my womb 🤰 he is now 5 years old December 28 this clinic deserves 10 stars it is the best 🫶gracias

Mental health has very good counseling and the staff is great. She works well with my son.

Very unprofessional , Script was supposed to be sent after appointment on Thursday;never sent in and I’ve been calling all day (Friday) to get it sent before closing and still nothing. No nurse is ever available and Dr hasn’t responded.I will be changing my dr before my next prenatal appointment very disappointing

Had my annual physical here and it was great! The staff and doctors were very friendly, my physical and blood draw were quick and easy, and the facility was very clean!

Excellent treatment of the patient, very humane. The nurses are very friendly and treat patients very well.
