Had a 9 AM appointment, so what! They let walk ins and appointments stand in line. Over an hour just to check in! Horrible place, go elsewhere! 2 hours for a simple “rapid” Covid test. I can’t wait to see how long it takes before I get results!

Called and set up an appointment, was offered the option of seeing a Nurse Practitioner the same day but opted to see Dr. Rios himself the next day. Appointment was set for 10:30. Arrived at 10:20 and was informed that Dr. Rios decided to not honor my appointment that was on the schedule. Asked the desk if he in fact had and 10:30 appointment with another patient and was informed that he did, it was just not with me. No contact from his office to cancel my appointment, allowed me to show up to find out that he decided to see another patient.

I have been coming here for years and have referred many others. Dr.Rios is a GREAT doctor. I was expecting the same great service as usual. This time unfortunately when I made a appointment for my husband at 1 pm today 3/4/22, we didn't even stay and left. The women at the front are rude, unprofessional, they were talking enough about the personal business among themselves, we could've named their kids. They talked about patients after they left and they gossip about a women who came to also try to share somethings with the office. We got tired of hearing everything and even after my husband asked if he was next they were still rude. So we left and didn't have the time or energy. I hope you get some better staff, this business is going down hill.

We did a COVID TEST with RIOS - STAY AWAY !!!!!. RIOS charges our isnruance $274 for a doctor office for the COVID test PLUS $200 for the COVID Test ! $474 for a COVID TEST !

My wife had been experiencing consistent migraines and struggling to find a solution or doctor to take her seriously. Brought her here and I couldn't be more grateful to the Rios team. The doctor we saw was so kind and willing to listen to our concerns. Agreed to get us a referral for further testing and thank goodness she did because it turned out to be a brain tumor. If it weren't for the proactiveness of the Rios team, we might have caught it too late. This doctor saved my wife's life, thank you so much

Had the best experience today seeing Dr. Thomas Rios! Dr. Rios was very thorough and took great amount of time to hear out all my concerns and provide me with recommendations for treatment and further diagnostic. Office staff was very polite and on-point! Highly recommend!

While my visit was quick and easy and I received my results in 2 hours. When I received a bill, I was charged $129.87 for a 10 minute Covid test. My insurance company was charged $293.08, so my balance was payment was $129.87. My insurance discount was $163.21. Why is this an acceptable practice???? I will not go back to this establishment!

Dr Rios was exceptional. I had seen other Doctors before seeing him and he stood out. He was patient and very insightful with his responses to my consultation concerns. He took his time and analyzed my challenges from diverse perspectives. He is great at his job without a doubt.

Terrible experience. I strongly suspect there's a multitude of fabricated reviews circulating here. I typically never have to spend a cent on my annual physical exam cuz I have a good insurance company. However, I decided to schedule my annual exam at this establishment and was blindsided by an exorbitant bill. First, the people working there were not very good at their jobs. They made a mistake with the bill, and my insurance wouldn't pay because of it. It took a long time to fix it. Even after they fixed it, I still got a big bill. To add insult to injury, my insurance company informed me that this facility charged significantly more than the standard allowance for an annual exam. This was an unprecedented occurrence for me. Despite their assurance of an avenue for appeal, I never received any response from them after reaching out. Even my attempts to seek clarification through their online billing support proved futile, with nobody addressing my inquiries. If they resort to involving collection agencies to collect this bill, I am prepared to pay it, but I will not hesitate to take legal action against them as well.

Extremely satisfied with excellent experience. Office stuff are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Rios is a great doctor, he takes time to provide that personal attention and answers and explains every detail. True professional!!!

The receptionist over the phone was very helpful and very fast scheduled me for an appointment to see Dr. Rios in the next 20 minutes. I was so impressed with her customer service. I booked my appointment in the morning for the same day and Dr. Rios was able to see me right away. The staff in the front desk and the nurses are very friendly and professional. Dr. Rios is very patient and you don’t feel rush. He has great listening skills and explained everything. Great bed side manners. Plus, the follow up from the office is great! Highly recommended

I have been going to Dr Rios for about 4 years. Dr Rios appears to be very caring and thorough. He listens to his patients and does not make snap judgments The staff is very accommodating and helpful

Waited over an hour to be seen. They took a test, i got the results, and i never heard back on how to treat the issue i came in for. I have followed up with this office for 5 days and i have yet to receive a response. I plan to never return back. The receptionist and Nurse deserve 5 stars but my experience with the doctor lacked out patient care.

I was very pleased with the over all service Dr Rios staff provided. As soon as I walked thru the door their staff was very friendly and helpful. Starting with the receptionist and their nurses, they made me feel very comfortable and at ease. But what I really liked was the patience Dr Rios has with his patients. He actually listens to his patients, unlike other doctors who seem to be always in a hurry. I would highly recommend Dr Rios and his associates!

Dr. Rios has all the qualities you hope to find in an excellent doctor. Knowledgeable, compassionate, a skilled communicator. And the whole office is very professional. We heartily recommend them.

Doctor isn’t there on sundays and staff comes very late for early appointments. Avoid at all cost. Imagine if you have a serious health issue, is this the group you want taking care of you?

Fantastic facility. Quick turnaround. Where our family goes for urgent needs - from COVID testing to strep throat to lab tests.

Dr Rios and his staff do a wonderful job of taking care of my Mom. Been going there since he opened and never had one complaint.
