I'm
very
displeased
with
my
experience
at
this
clinic
and
I'd
like
to
share
to
warn
others.
Back
in
March,
so
around
6
months
ago,
I
finally
got
medical
insurance
set
up
for
myself
and
I
chose
to
make
Avenue
360
my
primary
care
provider.
I
made
an
appointment
because
I
have
hypothyroidism,
take
thyroid
medication
regularly,
and
needed
a
refill
of
my
medication.
I
saw
a
Dr.
Mark
Levine,
who
spent
about
5
minutes
talking
to
me,
and
after
I
explained
that
I
had
been
off
of
my
medication
for
a
few
months
due
to
insurance
issues
he
prescribed
me
my
medication.
He
also
ordered
labs.
When
he
got
my
bloodwork
back,
he
increased
the
dosage
of
my
thyroid
meds.
I
had
no
complaints
at
the
time,
everyone
at
the
clinic
was
professional
and
helped
me
with
what
I
needed.
A
few
weeks
later,
I
ended
up
going
to
see
several
doctors,
including
another
doctor
at
this
clinic
due
to
lightheadedness
and
heart
palpitations.
The
next
appointment
I
made
here
was
cancelled
due
me
being
"late"
even
though
the
only
reason
I
was
10
minutes
late
was
because
the
parking
lot
was
blocked
off.
Finally,
I
saw
a
Dr.
Pitts
who
was
very
kind
and
understanding
about
my
concerns,
but
couldn't
do
much
without
some
labs
and
scans.
Before
I
could
schedule
that,
I
ended
up
in
the
hospital.
Ten
doctors,
a
$1000
hospital
bill,
and
a
$100
urgent
clinic
bill
that
this
office
forced
me
to
pay
later,
it
turns
out
my
recent
change
in
thyroid
medication
was
causing
some
issues.
Had
I
never
gone
to
this
clinic,
I
would've
saved
myself
6
months
of
anxiety
and
stress.
Always
take
control
of
your
own
medical
issues
and
beware
of
doctors
who
prefer
to
collect
their
paycheck
the
easy
way.
