👍 The good cause aside (supporting people with down syndrome), the coffee was not good. Doesn’t taste like a good coffee, but premade water down coffee. Yes, interior is cute. Service was great too. And I support the cause too. But I come to a coffee shop for good coffee in the first place - and that... This is such a wonderful little coffee shop! The staff is absolutely wonderful and so full of joy. There is an abundance of merchandise to look at while you wait to place your order. The atmosphere is full of empowerment and radical acceptance, and it's nearly impossible not to smile at the intention that fills every inch of the store. The iced chai is phenomenal and the cereal treat is the perfect amount of sweetness. I will absolutely be back!

This is probably the cutest coffee shop/diner in Houston. Had coffee and a muffin. Great service, great staff, strong Wi-Fi. Parking is limited but there is additional parking in the nearby garage.

Can’t give enough support! A friend wanted to grab a coffee after a lunch date so we walked here. Everyone was so welcoming upon our arrival. I’m not a coffee drinker but they had other options to drink like frozen lemonade and teas. We ordered our drinks and they gave us a playing card for our call card, so cute. When our drinks were ready, we realized they made a mistake with my order. I had asked for a matcha latte but they had given me a mocha latte. We had a quick laugh about how the two could get mixed up and they were quick to correct my order. The shop is spacious and they have merchandise available to purchase. I wish they had more stuff in tan, rather than navy and grey. Come check this spot out if you already haven’t!

One of the sweetest coffee shops I have ever been too! We are in town visiting and have planed to make it our coffee shop for our stay. I had the a Late with oat milk and vanilla, so yummy! My son ordered a mocha that was equally delicious. Five star service all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Coffe was good and cookies and cream rice crispy was delicious but It was over $7 for it. Very cool looking place with plenty of sitting and a nice vibe to it. Everyone was friendly and service was speedy. Will definitely come again when in the area. Parking shouldn't be too difficult. Although the parking directly Infront of it is small and limited, there's usually plenty of parking in the curb.

Vibe- This is a cute coffee shop that just opened in the rice village area. There’s some seating outside and plenty on the inside. The coolest thing about this coffee shop is that there’s a mission and purpose to employee individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, “changing the way people see other people.”! Customer service- Great! Michelle took my order and she was so pleasant :) Food/drinks- I got a hot chai latte with oatmilk and had some vanilla added to it. It was delish! Parking- There’s some parking in the lot and even more parking next door in another lot.

The atmosphere here is calm and fun, and the service is amazing. Everyone working there was kind and the shop itself is super clean. The cashier was a true professional making sure everyone in the shop was taken care of. It was over 100 degrees outside and I almost accidentally ordered a hot latte, but he knew to ask me if I wanted it iced. What a lifesaver. The coffee is delicious, smooth, and I love that there are a few different sugar free flavor options.

Such a great place to visit to grab a coffee and support a great cause! All employees are super sweet and coffee was good. I’ll definitely come back and tell others to check it out. I think people forget how far a little kindness can go. Grab a coffee and have a chat with an employee and make their day! I went on Valentine’s Day and got a sweet little heart to go with my coffee as well!♥️

We had a very pleasant experience. The service from Sergio was super. The iced coffee I had might have been one of the best. The extra step to write a thank you on our cups just made the whole time there extremely enjoyable.

The happiest coffee place in Houston! We had a great time in Bitty & Beau’s Coffee. The staff is very friendly and attentive to all the customers. In particular, I need to mention Nicolas who not only was very nice and attentive to us but had a great conversation about music, geography and the weather in Houston. Thank you Nicolas 🙏

Visiting Bitty & Beau’s Coffee is a truly uplifting experience. The staff, who are the heart and soul of this establishment, welcome each customer with genuine warmth and joy. The quality of the coffee is excellent, but it's the human connection and the life-changing mission that make each visit memorable. It's a place where diversity is celebrated, and the value of every individual is recognized. As Amy Wright, the co-founder, rightly says, this venture has become their life's work and legacy. Bitty & Beau’s Coffee is more than a business; it's a human rights movement that champions inclusion and purpose for people with disabilities. It inspires customers to include people with disabilities in every aspect of life, be it at school, work, or social circles.

The vibe is comfortable with lots of natural lighting. They have plenty of comfortable seating with outlets available for studying. The servers were extremely friendly and the coffee was tasty! I also really liked their mission of radical inclusivity and employing individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I will be coming back next time I'm in rice village and am looking for a good place to grab a coffee and get some work done.

I went to the location in Rice Village and ordered a hot, oat milk, vanilla latte. They use playing cards to call out the drinks which is fun. The company is geared towards helping people with Down’s Syndrome find work. They also sell merchandise with the company’s mottos: “radically inclusive” and “not broken.” The cafe is large and there of plenty of parking. I want to try one of the muffins next time. Bitty & Beau’s is a great option if you are searching for a coffee shop that is near Rice University and sells espresso drinks. There is a customer wifi network available and lots of electrical outlets for plugging in your laptop.

Wonderful time today at Bitty & Beau's Coffee Houston. The food was amazing. The staff were great customer service friendly and took or order in a proficient manner. The atmosphere was very calm and cool. Thank you again to the bitty and beau's coffee, staff employees for having us. It was a wonderful time, and thank you so much. For some of you who are unfamiliar, Bitty & Beau's hires individuals with disabilities. Or what I call unique abilities. And gets them out in the world and allows them to have a job and have a career and get out in public, and let's them spread the wings and fly.

I had the pleasure of meeting Anne Marie today and she was the sweetest and most helpful person ever. The whole atmosphere of Bitty and Beau’s is absolutely amazing. The coffee was delicious and everyone was so nice. The place itself was super cozy and we ended up staying for awhile. I will definitely stop by again sometime soon! 😊

Amazing service! Nothing but sweet angels that work there. Coffee shop is new, clean and spacious. Great for somewhere to hangout and catch-up on schoolwork or work. Outdoor seating. Simple, easy menu. Please come and support this business, I love their message and what they're all about. So happy to have a location in Houston.

We went to this place to try it out since the reviews were great. The service was good but the coffee was not. The cups weren't filled up all the way, even though we were charged extra for light ice and the frappe had no ice and was not mixed. Good cause, not so great coffee.

Extremely comfortable for groups and kids but particularly great it you like to study, work or be online otherwise. The setup and furniture are very comfortable, they have plenty of power outlets and a great selection iced drinks, hot drinks, frappes and smoothies plus locally made snacks like bagels and muffins. Best of all, the folks who work there are a total delight each and every time you visit. The service is great and they’re always happier to see you more than you could possibly imagine. It’s a genuinely fun place.

Atmosphere: This place is phenomenal, for more reasons than one may think. This coffee shop is run by a loving family who has perfectly staffed this location. The customer service is top tier, with your experience beginning as soon as you walk in receiving a very friendly & warm welcome from a staff member like Nikola. Or having your order taken and made just right by a tech-savvy cashier like Billy, to simply being attended to throughout your visit by people like Jacob you just can’t have a bad experience here. Now when it comes to coffee I typically get a simple black coffee normally preferring a nice rich and bold taste, and that’s exactly what they provide. Nothing too overpowering yet flavorful. They also offer a nice variety of drinks like smoothies, teas, & specialty coffees at a good price! Whether you’re looking for a nice cozy place to read, study, catch up with a friend, or to just slow down, relax & enjoy a moment this is the place for you! You may come in one way, but I can guarantee you won’t leave the same!
