We played the Market (Special Ops) escape room and it was great. It was a little tough but not too much. It helps that there are unlimited hints, but I tried to use them sparingly. The room was very immersive and fun. Adel was our host and she was great at explaining everything and getting us prepared to play. I will definitely do another escape room here.

The Escape Room was super fun! I would highly recommend this place. Great family environment! Great date night spot! Good vibes! Staff was cool. Very helpful! I would highly recommend and I will be back!

I have done a large amount of Escape rooms, and I can not only say with confidence that Escape Game has the most high quality and fun rooms I’ve ever seen, but also their staff is so kind. I’ve been to many different locations of Escape Game, but this was the best. We played “Playground” to celebrate my friend and I’d birthday. Our game guide Kailey was the kindest person I have ever met. She was incredibly welcoming, but also helped a room full of teenagers have a great time. I HIGHLY encourage you to visit, and if your guide happens to be Kailey. Get excited, she is really so amazing.

We had an amazing time here! We had the Special Ops challenge — we worked so well together with the couple that joined our family of four. After we crushed it with 9 minutes to go (and no 3 clues), our guide JG told us we were rockstars. It may have been lip service- but it felt genuine and we were so proud. So much fun!

Adele and Mark were great hosts , we had an hour to escape and honestly we could have used another but all in it was great and exhilarating experience. Mark was great at helping us reserve and book our time and Adele was wonderful as well at guiding us throughout our escape. Between the Great deals, short wait time, and edge of our seat experience, we’d definitely recommend this escape to any of our friends!

Our first escape room experience. Mom, dad and 2 young teens. We were not sure what exactly to expect. Everything was top notch. The game-masters were all friendly and encouraging. We did The Heist which had 3 different rooms. The rooms were all clean and everything was in good working order. We had a blast with lots of WOW moments. We are talking about our experience together even hours later. A true team work type of activity. We escaped with 4-minutes 20-seconds remaining! A great activity for families with teens. Will definitely do again to experience the other rooms. Top notch & worth the price.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! For our monthly game night we decided to change things up and try the Escape Game. We did the Mission impossible theme and the difficulty was perfect. We had a great time! The level of detail made it feel like an actual mission. The Game Master was one of the nicest people. Highly recommend this to everyone! We are coming back to try another theme this month.

So so so much fun!!! Never disappoints when we come and this time we had a group of people we didn’t know which turned out to be surprisingly fun. Our guide Chloe was so great and so sweet. Her clues didn’t give too much away so we still felt clever and smarts. Definitely coming back.

My partner and I love escape rooms, and I can confidently say that this company has the BEST. We've completed "The Heist", "Timeliner", and "Special Ops," and we are definitely coming back to complete the others. The staff is so friendly - especially Scarlett! The games are challenging and immersive. There are hints available when needed. It is honestly the best time! **They have moved locations and are now down by the ice skating rink near the food court**

What a great time! Rooms are fantastic and the crew is great. Anthony especially is top notch. Highest recommendation! Edit: We've now completed every room available at this location. All of the rooms are clever and very well done. The staff are truly very friendly and generous. Can't recommend this location and their rooms enough.

Such a fun experience for the family or with friends! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They put together a sweet birthday gift for my 8 year old and presented it to him after we escaped. Highly recommend this place!

The playground was awesome! Hard as heck for two people but we did it with only 40 seconds left. (Very few hints lol) Grant was awesome! He explained everything very well and we couldn’t of done so well and had so much fun without him! Great place! We also loved the riddle of the day!!

Molly was absolutely amazing. We did The Depths escape room. So much fun! Cant wait to do another one! We came for my daughters 13th birthday and they even put a Happy Birthday Alyssa sign. And made her a card!

AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! This was my first escape room experience and I will be back. The room was extremely detailed and truly challenged our thinking skills! We met three cool people and together WE ESCAPED!!! KC was our host and he was awesome, he gave my daughter the cutest card in celebration of her birthday.

I love it here so much! My boyfriend and I always make it a point to come here during my vacations to Houston because of both the convenience of the location and the super friendly staff. This time we had the pleasure to have Summer as our game guide and she was awesome! The games are such a great challenge which I absolutely love and they have special commemorative pins for each escape room that we always make it a point to buy after a win as a trophy <3 thank you all again

Really fun! Just finished the Depths experience. Rae was great in briefing us and making sure we knew how to go about things given that it was our first time.

My husband and I have played so many escape rooms, normally with more players. Today we played "The Heist" just the 2 of us. The room was well lit, which we especially liked. The staff were all so very lovely especially Tati and Chloe. They made our wedding Anniversary very special. If you have never played a room, give it a try you won't be disappointed. If we return to Houston we will definitely play another game. It left us wanting more, as we enjoyed it so much. Thank you, your hospitality won't be forgotten.

This was my 6th Escape room, and it was by far the the best themed escape room I've ever done! (Spec Ops) The staff were all above and beyond friendly, and highly accommodating. If you've never tried one, or are looking for some of the best in Houston, I definitely recommend here. I look forward to trying their other rooms in the future!

My husband toastmaster group came tonight and had a great time. Our group did the time machine room and it was really fun. They clued and puzzles were really clever. I think the guy who helped us was named Jeff. He was a kinder guy, glasses, and curly hair. He was really nice and even took pictures for us at the end. I would definitely recommend the Time Machine. It had three rooms. We escaped with 40 seconds left !

The Escape Game Houston was an absolutely amazing experience. I planned a Cousins Gathering for the weekend and our family elected for The Heist and Special Ops Room. We split into two groups to compete against each other and my group made it out of The Heist first with 7 minutes and 14 seconds to spare. Our hostess was amazing and responsive when we needed a clue to help us “think” a little more but didn’t give anything away! I highly recommend.

I did enjoy the Special Ops escape room. De-activating a nuclear device is not an easy exercise. But a team of Engineers figured it out without asking for a clue. Thank you Rae and crew, it was an amazing experience.

Me and my cousins loved it! Our host Rae was a delight and the customer service was excellent from the entire team. They pumped us up and had us extremely excited and hopeful we’d escape (which we did). We will definitely be back!

Me and my boyfriend were browsing around at Galleria, and came across this Escape Room. We decided to give it a shot and it was definitely such a fun experience! It was our first time trying an escape room and we did the Special Ops, definitely a challenge but so so fun! Highly recommend for couples or big groups, it puts your brain to work and the feeling of successfully “escaping” is phenomenal. Special shoutout to Rae for going above and beyond in explaining everything, she’s so enthusiastic about what she does! We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Overall wonderful experience 10/10 for sure!!!

So fun!! We've done a lot of escape rooms. This is the first one we (almost) didn't make it out of! The multiple rooms added a lot to the experience, as well as not knowing when they'd open! KC was a great conductor. I liked that he asked if we wanted a lot of hints/clues or if we only wanted them when we asked. We did the Timeliner room.

The market was such a great experience! I’ve done a few other escape rooms but the detail and props used here was so much cooler. Ray was such a great “sidekick in the chair” and I can’t wait to bring more of my friends back.

Micah was a great host! Our group of 3 didn't make it through but we had fun....after asking for countless clues. I'd definitely go back and try the other games with more people! We tried the Timeliner and reached the final door. Next time we'll escape the room!

The staff at this location was so sweet, especially Chloe. She was able to accommodate a private room for us and was super helpful and understanding when the sudden rain/traffic pushed us way behind schedule. Everyone was so nice, we really appreciated it! Thank you guys so much! I’ve been to escape rooms before but this was my parents’ first time trying one, and while we didn’t escape, they really loved the experience! This specific location was new for me too, but I would definitely come again. The room was super fun and immersive!

Such a fun experience! We had 5 of us doing the depths room and it was challenging but very rewarding when we solved a clue. Our guide Anthony was very professional and helped us the perfect amount when we needed. We were able to escape with 9 seconds left. We definitely plan to do the other room types in the future.

Timeliner was AMAZING!! Rae ran us the perfect game, perfect amount of help and so friendly and cool. 10/10, would recommend. Randi also ran us an incredible Depths game today.
