I paid same day to get, women said $549 then she dropped the price to $500 even. She made it clear it was only $500 & when she charged my card she charged me $549! One gold tooth didn’t fit and she blamed me. She said I didn’t bite it all the way, how does every other tooth fit, but one & I didn’t bite it right? She gave me no discount & I told her I traveled an hour away to get the same day grills. She didn’t care, told me to come back for other gold tooth another day. This whole experience was the worst I’ve ever had. I’ve had grills before & I never experienced someone so quick to take my money & not do the job right. No apologies & no discount plus I have to travel the hour again for one gold tooth! The manager is the worst money hungry person ever! My grills didn’t even look like teeth, they’re sloppy, can’t even see the teeth lines like my last grill that I bought elsewhere. Same day grills was a bad experience for me!

f I could give a negative star I would. I made purchased for 14k grill. When i recieved my grill it was made sloppy. Looked rushed with no care in the world the shape was off, it had alot of scratches. I wore the grill one time it started to discolored. I contacted the store it they told me to bring it in so they can take a look at it i told them I dont live in Houston I was visiting. Then they assumed I smoke or drink saying that what caused discoloration which I dont do either. Keep telling me to bring it in. Then they said its nothing they can do about it. Don't waste your time or money here i got sold fake gold. They dont care they just want to take your money. Go to Johnny Dang if you can.

I got a 8 piece top grill and a 4 piece bottom grill today, the top grill didn’t look good at all it looked like cheap foil and the shape was terrible, the 2 front teeth where crooked and slanted and my teeth aren’t crooked, I had to go back and forth with the short Mexican guy and older Asian lady for half an hour to ask them to fix it I paid $350 for a product I’d expected it to come out the way I would like! on top of that they made me pay another $50 just to correct it and I’m still not satisfied with the grill, the whole top just needs to be redone and they refuse to do it even tho it’s their fault. I’ve got grills from them in the past but this one is just a botched job!
