No appointment needed nor was there a wait. I called ahead and made an appointment and completed all my paperwork ahead of showing up. This made the process move along in a much quicker pace. Saw the nurse practitioner, completed my exam and was out the door in 40 minutes. Very professional team and the facility is super clean!

I have to give NeuMed a lot of credit since they were fantastic and took care of me quickly when I had a medical emergency. Also, the location was immaculately clean. Without a question, if I ever find myself in a similar situation again, I'll come back here. A big thank you to NeuMed!

NeuMed is a AMAZING experience which leaves you elevated, refreshed, rejuvenated and completely re-energized. I come here often and each time the staff is extremely helpful, educational, and reassuring with excellent bedside manner. At the Washington location, Rene at the front desk and Brian and Val the NPs are excellent with the entire process from start to finish. I would highly recommend NeuMed to anyone needing a rejuvenating and uplifting experience!

This is the third NeuMed location I have visited and each one has its own unique brand and feel, all of which are excellent. The overall experience, as usual, is exceptional from initial entrance to post-infusion. The staff is friendly and extremely nurturing. I have personally recommended the NeuMed experience to many friends and family. It's hands-down the best place to visit when you're feeling down - you are guaranteed to feel elevated and re-energized post visit!

I have insurance from out of state, they are so good at accomidating me. So helpful and so polite. The Doctors are so knowledgeable and really listen to what you are saying. They caught a disease I had when no other Doctor did. I highly recommend this facility

The staff at NeuMed was fantastic when I visited them with an extremely nasty cold. I was seen right away, and they immediately set to work on me. I'm incredibly grateful for the level of kindness and compassion they extended to me. I would without a doubt suggest NeuMed to anyone looking for a cutting-edge and expert urgent care facility.

My son was sick. They were able to see us right away. The lady in the front was truly awesome..she helped and ushered us right back. The nurse I believe or MA was so patient and nice..the NP was very knowledgeable and gave my son alot of attention..all in all it was the best ever doctor experience I've had!

Had the best experience I've ever had at an Urgent care. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to come here for my daughters sports physical and I will definitely do it again! The entire staff here is so helpful, polite and professional.

I cannot say enough good things about my positive experience at NeuMed urgent care clinic. I called ahead of time to make sure that I could be seen for my symptoms. Sunni was very helpful and assured me I was able to come in the same day for treatment. The staff here is truly the best! I was welcomed with a friendly smile and seen by a knowledgeable provider promptly after. I was fortunate to been seen by Donald and Amanda, a caring and thorough nurse practitioner. Along with offering urgent care, they also offer a variety of IV drip therapy options for all kinds of conditions. The clinic is quite clean, parking is a breeze and all staff are highly professional. Highly recommend this place for those with and without insurance. It was a no stress experience and we were able to handle my conditions accordingly. Great spot in the neighborhood for your healthcare needs without having to drive all the way into the medical center.

Can't say enough about how seamless my experience was. Everyone was very pleasant and it helped that I had made an appointment on line so there was no waiting. After some extensive questions and a lab test done on premises, they diagnosed my issue and advised me on how to resolve. Overall, I thought they did a great job and I will go back if future issues arise.

I went to the Galleria/Tanglewood location for IV therapy and a vitamin D injection and I had a great experience. The facility was so clean and Jonathan, the NP, was so personable and accommodating. I didn’t even feel the shot OR the IV going in, and he got me in and out quick bc I was in a hurry. He was fantastic. Courtney, the woman at the front desk, was helpful, warm, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

First I was told my insurance didn't cover service. I called my insurance carrier, wow the service is covered by my carrier. Saw the nurse on duty. He is professional, polite and caring. If you get pass the gatekeeper, all is well.

I had the best experience at NeuMed from the time I entered the door to to when I left. I came in to get an infusion before traveling for a weekend getaway with some friends. Sunni and Donald greeted me with such warmth and explained the patient intake forms thoroughly. I'd never had an IV done before, and Bryan was so gentle. I didn't even feel the needle go in! I couldn't have asked for a better first time experience. I'll definitely be coming back again!
