I would refer you guys to anyone trying to loose weight without doing the surgery. I did the mixture of lipo / B12 shot mixed together. I went for the month I was 244pds. The following month now , I’m down to 228pds. The customer service is great and quick. They have other services. And they’re a phone call away. Try it out for yourself. Thank you guys for encouragement. Also ladies all I do is walk 30 minutes a day.

I’ve been to a lot of Doctor office and none of them would look at the real problem they would only offer me stuff that would not help me lose the weight that I was trying to lose, they would just tell me that I need therapy and I’m just fat, but one day I decided to give this office a chance and they blew me away! in a matter of a hours they Have found the issue that I was having and starting my treatment! They are very professional, very honest, and very welcome. Definitely recommend this practice

I put on a significant amount of weight recently due to medications. I went from size small to a size large and had to purchase clothes that would fit me. This really made my mental health suffer, I work out and eat clean most days but I know I needed something else to help. I went and did my blood work to see if I was a candidate for Semaglutide. I am! The doctor spoke to me in a manner I would understand what the drug is and how it works. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I won’t forget to mention the blood draw was the smoothest I’ve ever had, and I hate needles. They sent my prescription to a pharmacy to have it delivered and I had it within 3 days. I did my first injection last night with the detailed instructions included. So far so good. 100% would recommend!!

I’ve been going to Z med clinic for years. I’ve also referred several family members and friends that are current patients. Firstly, I want to say the new nurse has a superb technique for a person that’s quite squeamish when it comes to needles. She takes time and care as well as explains in great detail what she’s doing and answers any questions I had about new services offered. My one complaint would be that they did not accept my Groupon. I usually make it minimum of twice a year, paying full cost of visits and at least once using a Groupon because they use to accept it once a year. Would have been great if they would put new or changed policies online for long term patients or honor it if there is a policy change. Otherwise I would have rated 5 stars. That said, I highly recommend Z med clinic

The staff was great! They have changed my life. I have battled my weight for years.But, I was able to keep it under control with exercise and no carbs. I always watched my diet. Once menopause hit, nothing helped and my normal weight increased by 20lbs. Their program really helped. After , 14 weeks I am back to my normal weight and maintaining.

My experience at Z Med Clinic was incredibly disappointing. I had a 1:15pm appointment, but I wasn't seen until 1:55pm, making me wait for 40 minutes past my scheduled time. To make matters worse, they initially indicated that they would honor the Groupon I had, but then they tried to upsell me with different IV sizes and additional charges. The staff continuously complained about closing time, which was extremely unprofessional, considering I came for a service they offered. It was the worst experience I've had at a clinic, and I have no intention of ever returning to this location.

Walking into Z Med Clinic, I was a bundle of nerves, even after all the weeks of prep. Trust me, I went all out with a “trial” physical and getting all 14 vaccines, even tossing in a few extras just because! But the second I was greeted by Natalie and Alexia, a wave of relief washed over me. These two were an absolute delight and pure professionals, making me feel so calm right from the get-go. Next up, I met this lovely lady – and yeah, I did ask her name but embarrassingly, I forgot (my bad!). She didn’t just check my vitals; we shared this incredible chat about her parents' journey to the U.S. I swear, at moments, it felt like I was catching up over coffee with a mate rather than being in a clinic. Then Jocelyn entered the scene, ready to draw my blood. If you're someone who gets jittery around needles, you’ll want her by your side. She's got this technique that's just...wow. Makes it all seem like a breeze. I mean, I’ve had my fair share of pokes this year, but if needles give you the heebie-jeebies, she’s your gal. Last, but not least, Dr. Kate. Oh man, she was a gem! Our session zipped by, and it honestly felt like hanging out with a buddy. I know it sounds weird saying that about a physical, but that’s just how good she and the whole crew at Z Med are. So, to anyone digging through reviews trying to pick a clinic from the USCIS list, just stop here and go with Z Med. No shade to the other places, but Z Med rocked my world. Huge shoutout to the whole squad there. You made this final step in my immigration journey a laugh and an absolute pleasure. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The Groupon does not list it but apparently it is for a 250ml bag, even then I was willing to pay extra for the largest size but they were more concerned about their closing time despite calling me back over 30 minutes past my appointment time. I actually work in this industry and that is no way to retain clients. Groupon gets people in yes but it is then your job to provide exceptional service to get that client to come back. I only came here because my own work place is very busy and I really needed the IV today. If the owners see this review I would urge you to provide better training to your staff- this is coming from someone with over 9 years in the aesthetic industry.

Went to talk about weight loss solutions/injections but apparently my BMI did not qualify. Calculating a BMI using weight and height does not give you any indication of how much fat versus muscle there is so I was very disappointed that They didn’t consider all the factors such as age, fat composition , etc.
