I had to read the reviews before going to this clinic, very bad service, the people who are attending are in a bad mood, I have private insurance and they asked me to talk to get all the information. I really needed to go to the doctor and only they had the same appointment. day now I realize why they have appointments available. The doctor just entered the room, looked at me, asked me my symptoms, wrote down and left, did not tell me what I had or why she was referring me to a general surgeon and I have to wait for people to tell me which doctor they sent me to. They don't know how to do their job because with PPO you don't need a referral, you just go to the specialist. I hope they can do something because all the reviews that people have left them are true This clinic is a waste of time and money

Worst doctors office I've ever been too walk ins are not welcome so if you have a problem oh well and staff are rude dont even waste your time you have to wait for everything

Good clinic to pay little and not pay high prices DO NOT MIND WAITING

The girls in the office were very good and helped me with my application to pay less. The doctor is very kind and shows importance to your health. The parking lot is small, so I recommend that if you have an appointment, arrive early. The service is always pleasant at Centro De Corazon.

Unreasonable wait times. You can make an appointment, but you will not be seen for several hours after said appointment. The staff seemed disinterested and lazy, and the waiting room was full of screaming children. I left without seeing a doctor.

The service is fairly fast and the staff is friendly. The only down said is the lack of parking. (This clinic has both Doctor care and Dental care.)

Appointment at 8am still 9am and they haven't been call me. This is ridiculous, It doesn't have point of making appointment.. Bye of this clinic, the one on magnolia is the one...

This clinic is horrible, I wouldn't go back here if they paid me , that's just how bad it is . I had a mammogram done on August 3,2021 and since then has been calling to get my results everyday. I am still waiting . Smdh I am in disbelief....

Don't see no point on making appointments if I can't be seen the time I was scheduled not the first time this has happened I guess I need to find a new clinc to go to cause I sure as hell not returning to this one 😡😡

It would be nice if y'all had your own phone number instead of all the numbers to El Centro they are linked to the main office on Capitol Street cannot get through nobody seems to relay messages
