The concept is great, because it allows you to sit and pay as one group while ordering from any one of Finn Hall’s ten kitchens. Two complaints, which if addressed would raise my review: 1) The staff use iPads for taking orders, which would be nice if they didn’t freeze and significantly slow down the dining experience. 2) All drinks come with a plastic straw, even if not requested. Such a trendy new restaurant should aim to be more conscientious, and forcing straws on everyone is environmentally unsustainable and out of step with comparable food halls in other cities. It makes me wonder whether the food hall does anything to reduce its footprint.

We went for Halloween and wow the drinks were 10 out 10 presentation and flavor wise , our favorite was the zombie served in a black flask with dry ice and had passion fruit in it , delicious. The bar was not crowded which we loved, we were able to go to the bar and order without wait. The Halloween menu was phenomenal. We also saw a burlesque show they had to was very sexy and alluring loved it. The decor of this Speakeasy was very cozy loved the decor, several booths and tables. The bar staff friendly and courteous.

I stopped in for food at another vendor and decided to grab a quick drink. Wallace and Gray were in. Their service is phenomenal. I ordered a margarita and it was amazing. Fresh agave and lime juice totally set it off. I’m new to the area so I’m always looking for great service and a place that feels like home. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Great drinks and prices. Cool daily specials. Wallace behind the bar is killlllllllllllllling it. Neat set up with the food court style arrangement. Very cool for groups. Visiting Houston and this was a great find by our hotel.

Cozy little beer & cocktail bar centrally located in Finn Hall. Bartender Wallace was an excellent host who was attentive to all guests at the bar. Solid selection of local and Texan beers. Did not have a cocktail this time but ingredients on the menu look very thoughtfully crafted and seeing other people's drinks look tasty as well. Will have to try one next time!

Wallace was wonderful! Drinks were great - so well made & the musician playing was a great vibe. Regardless of it being in a small food hall - highly suggest stopping in for a quick cocktail before a game or after work!

Exquisitely constructed cocktails with friendly and helpful service. A welcoming and fun atmosphere that we will be back for. We would happily recommend this to all.

This bar sits across from my job (Carol Kay’s open M-Sat 8a-2p) and I always watch the regulars and even tourist come by and have an amazing time. It reminds me of Alley Kat’s that used to be in midtown the way they have themed drinks and events, but what was so amazing is everyday you can see the owner there who is grinding to make sure the bar atmosphere is amazing as well as the drinks. Kudos to the staff and the owner for all being on one page and showing amazing teamwork to ensure good customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a cool swanky black-owned WOMAN-OWNED bar this is your place and new spot to tell your friends about.

Such an awesome and cool experience. The Pleasure Pier was the perfect tropical drink. The mint and coconut water makes it refreshing to drink. If you’re feeling frisky, add an extra shot! ;) Wallace was super friendly and inviting.

Sat at the bar 5 mins while completely empty. Bartender ignored me while they were reading. Gave several signals to order, looked to see if I was supposed to remote order through an app. Nope. Gave up and walked out. Go elsewhere.

We were walking downtown and happened to find this place by accident. What a wonderful place to take a break. Tara was fantastic, and I'd imagine that we will come see her again. Keep up the great work!

Nice little bar in the middle of a food hall. Good selection of drinks that you can order while you wait for your food. Probably would be a bit of a wait if you came during a lunch rush

Nice seasonal beer, great vibe. I had the stout, price 8,70 + tip.
