One of the best ENCHILADAS DE MOLE I’ve had so far. I also loved their MIXED PLATES menu choices. Service was genuine and welcoming, great value for money, will definitely come back!

Not many Mexican restaurants make their own tortillas in house so when these showed up with my meal, I instantly knew I was in the right place. The perfectly tender, yet chewy, slightly charred tortilla wasn't even the highlight. That sauce that smothered the blackened chicken and shrimp is what sent me to Tex-Mex heaven. Charro beans were amazing and their salsa Verde was as good as it gets. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

Sunday Lunchtime was pack with people, but we were able to get seats once we set into the restaurant. We order the La Chely which came with one chicken fajita enchilada verde and one beef fajita quesadilla. The beef fajita was very good. We also ordered the Cancun shrimp. The shrimps were absolutely delicious! Cooked to perfection and the sauce that came with it was amazing. We were giving tacos and nachos. We also ordered the Mexican dough to try as a dessert. It’s a puff pastry that is empty in the middle with sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on the outside.

This place is amazing! Staff food portions service overall! Years of it being this way. Homemade corn and flour tortillas which is hard to find these days! The flavors of everything is so amazing! You won’t be disappointed with anything you try breakfast lunch or dinner! 10stars!

My husband and I have been regular patrons of this restaurant for over 15 years. The food and service are consistently good. On this visit I shared the Pescado Acapulco with my husband who ordered a seafood enchilada. The Acapulco had shrimp,and crab and is in a delicious garlic/ cilantro sauce. Our server Raul was friendly and efficient. Great wine pours with no extra charge and plenty of food left over for another meal at home!

Raul made us feel like family! This place is hands down authentic as it gets. From the michiladas to the flan. The food is phenomenal! I've had Mexican food from Del Rio to Wichita Falls. Best food and service in any Mexican restaurant I've even been to!

Very impressed! Service was great and the food came out fast! The carnitas were great!!! The Chile relleno with carne molida was decent. The fajitas were very good as well. 10/10

Stopped by for breakfast on a Sunday and was very impressed with the staff and food !! The waiter was very professional and fast!! He catered to my sons and entire table as if we were family !! The food was very good and fresh !!! Will definitely be back again for lunch as well as a Margarita!!

Stopped in with the family for dinner on Sunday the 17th of Sept. Had beef fajitas for 2 which were delicious. Refried beans were good. Pico was very tasty. Queso was also great. Son had the quesadilla with beans and rice which he enjoyed. Wife said the margarita was outstanding. Definitely recommend this of you're over in the Airline area. When you leave go hit the El Bollilo panaderia that's just up the street.

Such an awesome first stop in Houston for some bussin authentic Mexican. Great atmosphere and crowd with all the sports you need. Samuel our waiter was super friendly and made sure we were completely satisfied. Great customer service Love IT

Very good Tex Mex food just a few minutes north of Downtown Houston. Service was fast and friendly. Prices were reasonable. Many meat, fish and vegetarian options to choose from. Upon sitting down you are immediately served ice water, chips and both a green and red sauce. The red sauce is warm and has some nice spice heat to it as well. The chips are crisp but a bit lacking in flavor. The food is fresh and flavorful and served in large enough portions to satisfy a larger appetite. The skirt steak is tender, well prepared with a lot of flavor. The tacos and enchiladas are some of the best that I have tasted in Houston. The homemade tortillas are wonderful. If your dish does not come with them it is worth asking for a side order to eat with your rice and beans. My only disappointment was the beer that I ordered. The bottle was cold but the accompany glass with lime were not chilled and left me with a warm beer after I poured it into the glass. My companion's strawberry margarita was very tasty and served well chilled.

I guess it's a good spot everyone should try at least once, but it seems to have lost its shine. Queso was good though!

Such a fun place! All the workers are happy and dancing. The food portions are huge. The drinks are poured with a LOT of love. I highly recommend the queso flameado. Definitely hits the spot for that fajita craving when you don’t feel like cooking dinner at home.

This place never disappoint. The food is always delicious. The staff always made sure your cup was filled. You definitely will need a walk after eating. Will always return.

I have been going to this place for years. They have great food, amazing margaritas and excellent service. All for a very fair price. Try their tortilla soup on a cold day (if we ever get one in Houston)

I’ve been to this place at least two dozen times (and that’s a conservative estimate). I’ve had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at this place. I love it. My friends love it. It’s, in my opinion, the best, most authentic TexMex I’ve had in this state. The service is friendly and fast; the atmosphere is fantastic; the prices are great; and I’ve never had to wait for a table, even though I’ve never made a reservation. Some of my favorites include: the Monday fajita and Friday suizas lunch specials; the cafe de olla for weekend brunch; the frozen house margarita; and the salsa verde (and chips). But you really can’t go wrong here. Do not miss this place when you visit Houston.

The food is authentic and amazing! The lunch prices are unbelievable for the amount they serve. My favorite Mexican food place worth the drive!
